Take 5 broke a piece off my front grill

I went to get an oil change this morning at 3401 Williams Blvd. and at the end of the service the technician/manager slammed my hood and a piece of the grill broke off of my hood. I have photos and would like to have this resolved quickly. Thank You

Rude Manager

Erin pulled the car tent from the windshield as he was removing the old sticker, he was very apologetic and went to ask about a resolve to the matter. I asked if I took my car to Toyota would I be reimbursed if there is a charge? Great experience

Cant tell you how happy I am with the service at Take 5. If my Dad were alive he would kill me for paying to have my oil changed. But at 66 years old I am pleased to have you do the work. Always a pleasure , and as a disabled veteran I am happy for the military discount. Keep up the good work

Unhappy

Over priced. I will pay more for quality, not here. Splash under my truck fell off. Overfilled by at least 2 quarts. I will not pay a premium for incompetence.

Dissatisfied customer, Poor customer service

Wasn't greeted by staff upon arrival and waited for 15min. 2 other cars after me was greeted with water and went into bay area before me. Where I come from its first come first serve but not at this location. I'll never return to this location again. I think they where using the buddy system. Sunset Rd.Charlotte NC needs better quality service. Stop wasting people's time and money.!!!

I went to change the oil from take five 3 week later my car broke down something wrong with the engine I can see the oil leak from the oil filter and I when back to talk to them they just say not they fault I dont know what to do my car now have a lot of smoke I did talked to the mechanic guy he said its was leak from the filter so I have to buy oil from the gas station to fill in but I still have same problem when I hit the gas paddle its not going well like before I need some responsibility from you guys thank you so much my phone number is 727307****

Something sketchy

I went to store #1109 today 07/29/2023 at and had a supposed full synthetic oil change and replaced 2 filters. The issue I have is the service was sketchy and I am wondering if I should go to Valvoline to check the work. I mentioned a tire was leaking, they said they would check it. I even reminded the tech and all he said was, they checked tires. They did not, I went directly to a gas station and found the tire I mentioned was at 28 psi. They did not clean windshield, I have no idea what they did under the hood. The only thing I can confirm they did was change filters. That is because I watched them do that. The sticker has my next oil.change due in 3000 miles, even though I have a Mazda. They even spelled my name wrong when I spelling it out for them. Very disappointed because this location is close to home. I will be leaving a Google review of the same.

They have back Or changes, they don't know what they're doing.

They messed up my engine In other, don't know how to change all without messing up. Somebody's engine, they strip people's plugs in their car. They are very irresponsible, unprofessional. What a hold your car for weeks without Telling you what you're doing to their car telling you where they're taking your car, none of this stuff, yeah, i'm pissed

They have messed up a twenty sixteen bmw

I took my car in to take 5 oil to get a oil change Around 3 weeks later I go outside In the morning to go to work and All my oil is on the ground So I have it tow to chapman BMW They let us know that the oil plug has been stripped This is why all the oil leaked out of the car. Also also my gap, inspector. Also elaborated the same thing that the oil plug has been stripped. Now, remind you, this is a 2016. With only 55000 miles on it. Which I take very good care of this car Now take 5 OIL has had my car for over a week. And not telling me anything about this situition. I've been renting a car for a while now at $35 a day. Without nobody getting ahold of me about my car. That's just sitting in their shop for days and I can't get ahold of nobody I have been very patient with them now. Engine blew up after an oil change

On Monday July 3rd 2023 my boyfriend took our car in for an oil change. We had a slight knocking sound when he pulled up. After he left the car ran fine but once he got on the highway the check engine light came on and the car cut off. We had it towed to a mechanic and the mechanic said that there was no oil in the car and that there was antifreeze splattered all over the engine and all over everything under the hood. He said that because take 5 didn't put any oil in it it caused our engine to blow up. My boyfriend contacted the take 5 he got the oil change from and they said that it wasn't there problem and there was nothing that could be done. At this point I feel like we need our money back and take 5 owes us a car. If nothing can be resolved from this then I will take matter into my own hands and take the company go court and take legal matters.

I’m uncertain that I was honestly dispensed the correct amount of oils that I’m due, paid, and asked for upon my Rouge being serviced

I had my Earl changed at the Marrero, on Barataria Boulevard store. I have 2019 Nissan rogue. I advised, and asked the technician for the five month oil change that I normally get from the dealership, and from your Vending Business! he agreed that I was correct. However, the sticker that was placed on my window read three months. When I brought it to his attention, he said that that was a computer error that needed to be fixed, and he could change it to the 5 month sticker, and he did! I asked the Tech did I have the right amount of Oil in my vehicle so I wont be riding around for five months with only 3 months worth of oil, and again he said that I was good, and again it was the computer system that shouldve been updated!!! I even paid for the gas treatment! I have health issues that God is healing me from!!! Anxiety is one of them, and I would like to know if what I was told if accurate information, or am I riding around taking a chance still with three months of oral change as to five months that I paid for as well as ask for from the beginning! Also, Im still uncertain as if my tire pressures were checked. I asked about that, and was told yes they were checked as I was speaking with the Tech that went back and gave me my changed 5 month sticker. Im aware yall work fast, Im just not trying to be a Victim of a burned out motor, or any damages caused do to neglect!!! (504)994-**** is my phone number. Scam artist posing as oil change business

Took my car to get oil changed, this scam business completes work without expressing price. I refuse their 80 dollar charge, they try to give to me for free. I declined. They reinstalled my oil fill cap and break it. 9 days later my car is acting up. I take it to a 3rd party mechanic and he states the engine is damaged to loss of oil. Take 5 manager refuses to take responsibility. BEWARE scam business

Bad Experience

Hi, my girlfriend recently went to the take 5 location in moline, Illinois. The address is 3947 41st Ave Dr, Moline, IL 61265. She visited on April 18th around 3:15 PM. She went there for just an oil change and they tried to up sell her on a bunch of other stuff one was including her coolant. Her coolant was fine before they messed with it and they said just changing it would fix whatever they thought was wrong with it. It did not. Right before our trip to colorado the entire time we were on the road it was leaking coolant from whatever they did to it and all in all i spent probably about 200$ in coolant so her car wouldn't over heat and explode. The people at this location are unprofessional and untrained and just try to sell you more things even though they don't know how to do it. My grandma visited this location and said the same thing happened to her vehicle and it was about 600$ to fix it and she contacted the CEO of take 5 to pay for it because it wasn't her fault. Neither is this my girlfriend's fault in this situation. Someone needs to be in contact with her or me immediately so we can get this figured out and I need to be reimbursed for all the coolant I had to buy which was completely unnecessary if they didn't mess up her vehicle. Someone needs to make this right or we will be getting lawyers and lawsuits will be filed. Take 5 Oil Change negligence

Take 5 had three chances to get it right and failed. I had my oil changed on 2/28/2023 and it promptly began leaking on my garage floor. After two return trips and over three hours time, the problem was worse and Take 5 advised me to go to the mechanic who corrected the problem which was the wrong size plug.Unbelievable that Take 5 continued to fail at this simple issue. Cost of Take 5 oil change of $122.99, plus cost of mechanic of $125.09 plus $100 for the time and hassle dealing with this equals $348.08. Pay up please.

Take 5 oil is not a Reputable company and doesn’t stand behind the work. Poor quality.

My son took our 2018 vehicle in for an oil change on 12-11-2022 in Tallahassee Florida. Everything was fine for a while, however days later the engine seized. I had to have the car towed. My first plan of action was to get the car towed not to call them first. Had to have a new engine installed. Called take 5 and spoke to district manager for over a month. He stated that he will make right and pay for the motor, even though they didn't have a chance to look at. Now he changed his mind and said they can not do anything for me. He never once said that he was sorry for what happened and that our company stands behind our work. I've called 3 customer service numbers, left messages for a month and have never received a call back. I am out 11k for their Incompetence. I am not the only one this has happened to. Their parent company is Driven Brands a billion dollar company and this is how they conduct business! They have an F rating with BBB, 368 complaints in 3 years, 160 complaints that have been resolved in a year. Now I know why. This just happened to someone in Orlando and he got the news channel involved and the company reversed their decision.
