Application was submitted 10 days later to Department of State than I was advised
Eshar, I have checked the Tailor Brands Dashboard and the Georgia Secretary of State LLC Registry this morning. Neither have my LLC registered. I am requesting an actual phone call (not an email) from a management representative of Tailor Brands that can resolve the following: A thorough explanation of the "hiccup", "problem", or "delay" that Tailor Brands continues to reference that is holding up the processing of my LLC beyond the date provided. I have relied on the expertise your representatives have continuously claimed they have in these matters, but no one is answering my very straightforward questions or forwarding me directly to someone in the company who can. they also have expressed they lack the ability to transfer between divisions and that this expertise is held in silos, which creates these voids where the customer can't obtain solutions. A point of contact (with a phone number) who can continue to assist me with this matter until it is fully resolved; fully resolved being receipt of my articles of incorporation and EIN An explanation of why the Secretary of State did not receive my application for ten days after it was supposed to; the State of Georgia has confirmed this, and a screenshot is below. I have asked for this explanation multiple times, and each time the request has been ignored, dismissed, or intentionally redirected to focus on another topic that had nothing to do with it. A refund of the $99 expedited fee, based on the confirmed information that the application was not routed to the Secretary of State in two days as explained in the service offer.
