I placed an order, I made a mistake on sizes and colors. Totally my fault, sent the message to correct. I think they got my message and corrected problems. If so they are awesome. I will not know until order arrives on September 5th.

I have not received my order after almost a month, I have no tracking number, and I’m not able to talk to anyone from Tactical World.
My order was placed almost a month ago. I have not received my order, I was given no tracking number, and Im not able to get in touch with anyone from Tactical World. Did I mention they most definitely took the payment for my order. Ive called 3 telephone numbers, one being out of the country and no answer. As a matter of fact, the US number is a Verizon Wireless number. I have never called a company that uses a Verizon Wireless phone service. There is something truly wrong here. I want my order or I want my money back. I WILL MOST DEFINITELY be getting one or the other. I will NOT stop until I do.

Totally Unsat in all areas of business
I ordered two UV protective Balaclava's from Tactical World Stores on the 16th of April, not knowing that the product wasn't available in the US. These items were shipped directly from China. Bad enough that the items were (most likely) made in China. The items weren't delivered until the 6th of May.

Wrong item. No return or exchange. Offering 60% refund. Now no response.
They sent us the wrong item. I've emailed back and forth with them for a while, and they've negotiated up to 60% refund for boots that are the wrong size and color. I've insisted each time that we want to return them for a full refund or exchange for the right size + color. They've stopped responding. We seem to be stuck with unusable $67 boots. I've now shown my husband how to look up reviews before ordering online.

Item ordered wrong size shipped. Offered 40 percent off to keep it. Then offered 60 percent off to keep. Said no both times. Customer service would not exchange item for correct size. Insisted that they sent correct size. They did not. If they don't want to exchange or refund items they should say they do not give exchanges or refunds.

Wrong size cane in. I emailed them and didn't even get an automated response back. I called multiple times and still nothing. It's been over a week don't order online from companies that don't have customer service

There is no real phone number to call to speak to anyone, and all I needed, after spending a large amount of money with this company, was a tracking number. NEVER EVER again will I place another order with this company! The simple fact that they have a "Pissed Customer" category, should make anyone run for the hills with this so-called company! Do not order anything from the Tactical World website! You will NEVER see your productyou will NEVER speak to anyone, and you will have lost money in this black hole of an imaginary company!!

Ordered a pair of pants from your web site, wrong size and i Ordered a size bigger, they are low waisted skinny pants for a Chinese person, if u would take the time to look at your comments you would see that your company SUCKS ! Why would i take the time for a refund when u charge half the price of the item to send it back! You have a good racket going, im just glad i only ordered one pair of your ty products

I ordered a $45 pair of tactical pants and was delivered a red, white, & blue throw over blanket. Guess this company falls in the scammers out there. I wish that I would have read these reviews before I made the purchase. Ive turned this over to law enforcement since Ive tried contacting them 3 times and no answer, No customer service! I dont recommend a fraudulent company such as this one!!
