My aunt had called them and was told 25 dollars.. That sounded low so i called and was also told 25 dollars.. Then the guy charged 200!! He had no license plate on his car.. He used a big copper wire to unlock the car and refused to give me his buisness lisence number... Absolutely a scam!!! Their number is 253 880.....do not call these people...

I was at work and I locked myself out of my car, I called gAve them my information,and sent someone out,failing to anwer my question as to how much they charge. Iget told that they have to see the vehicle to give a quote. What they can't tell me over the phone when I told them what kind of vehicle I have???? So when the guy gets there to unlock my door I had asked several times how much they charge, and he tells me he won't know til he's done, the whole time he just going for it, in opther words they did't allow me to turn him away, and call someone else. Now he's done and he hands me a bill and its OMG! $150.00, I could not believe it ! and now its too late to decide to go elsewhere, cause hes already opened my door. I had needed a locksmith just about a month ago and it only cost me $35.00, thaTs a reasonable price, but $150.00 is outrageous, thats straight taing advantage of people, I don't know about you but $150.00 that hurt me, right now I can not afford that and honestly I don't know who can. I don't know how that can be justified and then to not have given me a quote over the phone he left me without a choice, and for that alone i am pissed *** off!!!! I absolutely was appauld you take away my right to decide and just do the service with out any warning of the cost, my god these people are out of lone and are robbing people and getting away with it!!!! I AM JUST LIVID ABOUT THIS!!!!!!! I googled them the number to the company is 253-210-****, what ever you do don"t use these people cause they have no problem burning people in a time of need!!!!!!!
