Younger gen Z cashier 5 Abilene Texas tells me tha police department there after op

i ride my electric bike to Taco casa after riding to walmart and having realized i didn't have my bike lock keys feeling the unfortunate reality of this and finding nothing but overpriced bike seats i thank well *** I might as well go to Taco casa and not waste my trip well... (fact about me I never learned how to drive) and I see a cashier cashier #5 on my receipt who looked at me with a insidious look half the age of me giving me a treatment as though everything is my fault for the lack of what I presented him with while I'm almost 30 (29) in my mind I sometimes think of things to say in my defense to keep myself confidence and mental health good I tell him my resolution I came up with- that is (I should hold a sign up saying driving school is healthcare right?) i.e. ((socialism)) and he smarts off and tells me where the police station is he should have been fired when he rung me up last time and didn't hear a word I said about how I'm trying to be frugal but eat a lot too, he didn't understand any of it, so even known the people behind him fixed the super burrito good, I was too nervous to eat it and didn't get to enjoy it (at all) this had me shakin, not to mention the same people that prepared it was walking back and forth to the bathroom while i was eating it, one female)~ but anyways I just don't believe that they should be indignifying me spending money there especially when I like the food and the only block on it for me to enjoy it is them, so for this reason I would like a refund,, 08/06/2023 6:11pm 50079 1402 E. overland trail Abilene TX 79601

I almost broke my tooth on foreign object in my taco.

My taco light had some kind of bone material and almost cracked my tooth. I typically enjoy Taco casa but it has gotten way too expensive for the quality of food you received. I understand tacos have grease but you don't want a whole mouth full and soggy crunchy tacos because of it. Gallon tea tasted like it was made two days before.

Complaining

I have mentioned to the lady before exactly what she did wrong and where she went wrong. And I'm sure if you contacted her she's going to make it seem like she's the victim. When in actuality I was the victim she sat there and judged me and don't even know me I'm pretty sure I make just as much money as she do maybe even more but she judged me just because of the way I look it's hot outside I'm sweating she's enough fit to be a Taco casa leader and if you guys don't believe me please give me a call meet me here at this location I'll gladly prove it to you my phone number is 214-206-****

ORDER WAS NOT CORRECT

I drove in from out of town and was hungry. I stopped to order dinner, for me and my daughter at 1340 US HWY 377, ROANOKE, TX 76262, 2 Super Tacos, 2 combo burritos. I got home had eaten my burrito and was looking for the other taco and it was no where to be found! I called (not the 1st or even 2nd time this happened) . Mind you I confirmed it with the guy a the window because he thought I had 2 orders! I called up there, guy on the phone says I need to bring the order back so they can correct it. I said I am NOT driving back up there. I started to say something else and he HUNG UP ON ME. I called 4-5 times total no answer. Waited an hour or so called back, they answered, told the guy on the phone what happened and I wanted to speak to the mgr, I am the mgr, ummmm asst mgr, it was between 8-8:30 pm, he said he just got there, funny, not funny, same line was used in previous times. What shift mgr comes to work that late in the shift??? Just curious. I said I would be there in the morning to speak to the mgr, he said he would be there. Not worth my gas to go back up there to have someone blow smoke up my backside AGAIN. Sorry I am done with this TACO CASA. BEWARE CHECK YOUR ORDERS, these people obviously need a new Mgr and Asst Mgr. Accidents happen - but to tell a customer YOU NEED to bring the order back so we can correct it - I didn't even get a receipt ! and was charged $15 for 2 tacos and 2 burritos OH WAIT that was 1 taco and 2 burritos!!

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Last night I had driven in from out of town - stopped at Taco Casa, Roanoke, Tx . Ordered 2 super tacos, 2 combo burritos. Confirmed the order at the window when picking it up at the window, because he thought I had 2 orders. So I repeated 2 super tacos, 2 combo burritos, he looked in the bag and said yes. I got home and had eaten my burrito, my daughter ate her taco and was working on her burrito and my taco was no where to be found. This is not the first time this has happened at THIS Taco Casa!! I called and was told I would have to bring the order back so they could correct it. I said (and by this time I was not happy) I am NOT coming back up there! I started to say something else and they hung up on me. I called a minimum of 5 more times no one would answer the phone. I waited about an hour and called again some guy named Tinsty or something like that said he was asst mgr and had just got there which was around 8 p.m.!!! Sorry I call BALONEY!!! WHAT shift manager comes to work at 8 pm??? AFTER the dinner rush!! I told him I wanted to speak to the mgr and he said I am the mgr, ummm asst mgr, I said I would be in to speak to MANAGER in the morning. He said I will be here and I will make it right. It isn't worth the gas to drive up there for some guy who shows up to work at 8-8:30 pm for him to blow smoke up my backside AGAIN ( YES that is the same thing that the previous asst mgr told me, "I just got here ") I AM DONE WITH TACO CASA ROANOKE, TX!! BEWARE IF YOU GO THERE !!! CHECK YOUR FOOD YOURSELF !! OBVIOUSLY they CANNOT COUNT OR just don't give a CRAP!!! THIS TACO CASA USED TO BE A GOOD ONE!!! Not so much now!!!

Had not been there since before COVID

I got the super salad $8.49 and Super Taco $3.99 Both way overpriced for what you get. The taco was more like a 99 cent taco...hardly any meat, no real body to it..other than being a bit longer than an normal taco, it was not anywhere near the pre covid quality or quantity... The salad was something I alway bought...it was more like half full and again, hardly any meat...mostly lettuce...shell had a greasy taste to it. The folks with me decided all to expensive and after they saw what I got, no way. They went to Taco Bell which has some good deals on tacos and such. Before COVID 2 of us went there every week... Last for me for a very long time until I see pricing go down and better fillers. Had a black gentleman there making food with a very bushy full beard that should have been covered too. Hat to wait also for someone to come to the register.

Horrible experience at your Winstar casino location.

I would like to know whom I may email regarding this issue. My boyfriend come to the casino generally 3 times a week and many times stay at the hotel, as was the case this last week. On Tuesday, December 20 we decided to eat at your restaurant which is also something we do quite often. This time, just as last time, they were already closing off part of the restaurant two hours (and more) early, which also means they blocked off the exit. My boyfriend is legally blind and I am his guide. It's much easier for me to guide him through the exit so that we are not running into people. There are booths right inside the exit where I can "seat" him then continue to order. When I went to place my order I noticed to my right that a young man was trying to get some sweet tea with no success. The container was empty!! I mentioned it to the associate taking my order. She said it was ready, just not out. After I placed my order I waited for several seconds by the cannisters waiting for them to bring the new full tea. To bring attention to the problem I politely picked up and moved the canister. (I apologize. My Bad!!). Immediately the *manager* comes over and rudely tells me, DON'T DO THAT!!! If you need tea, tell someone! I said, I DID!! You don't need to be getting smart with me!! The back n forth went on for a couple of minutes. Instead of him apologizing for not having tea (and my apologizing for getting upset) he called security on me and said I started it, that *I* was belligerent! I thought speaking with operations would solve the issue but instead, they took his word over mine. And because he told security he wanted me to leave, security made my boyfriend and ME leave!! I got punished for something YOUR manager did. Had he been doing his job, had there been sweet tea, this issue would be a non issue. He might say that I ordered my food to go anyway. That is NOT true! I, again, was trying to be helpful so I wouldn't have to "bug" your line guys to get to go lids etc as we leave. I told the order taker I wanted the NACHOS to go, NOT the WHOLE order! Is that really how you treat your patrons? Do you really want to potentially lose business by closing down a portion of your restaurant early? People walking by and not familiar with your hours might assume you are closed and walk on. I am VERY upset that he made me leave ("kicked me out") when it was his issue to begin with. Had he not smarted off to me, the customer, I would not have reacted. I treat people with the utmost respect and I expect the same in return. He either needs replacing or retraining!

Making racist slurs, cussing at customers, and flipping them off! I will never be coming back to this location because of him. Yall should also know he sales and smoke marijuana on the property while taking his breaks

Very unsatisfied

I had ordered the big nacho meal and I got a box of just chips and another box with a spoonful of meat...hardly any beans and a heaping of tomatoes...it was ridiculous and I'd like my.money back to be completely honest with you. It seemed very very unprofessional to me.

Food made us sick!!

We stopped at your Arlington Texas (little Rd). We bought 5 tacos and 3 burritos. We came home and ate. Within 30 minutes we were both sick, having stomach cramps and headaches. We felt fine until we ate. Im sure we cant be the only ones that got sick.

Location Garland TX 75043.

Returned twice. No one can make a meat burrito. Will not waste time or funds again. The manager should be fired immediately. What a joke, no one has any customer service skills.

They have very poor service nobody understands English I didn't get what I asked for after repeating my order twice and

the manager was very rude I will never go back again and then I ask for corporate number and she. Said she didn't know it and then said I would have to buy my meal all over again and this not the first time this has happened all I want is my money back

Very bed experience

For the second time in a row I was trapped in line at the drive thru. I was in line and the cars in front of me didn't move for 20 mins. Finally I was at the speaker and man ask for our order. We wanted a taco and a chlada along with 2 large sweet teas. The man stopped me from ordering in the middle of the order by saying, nevermind sweetheart just pull around to the window. At which time I told him not to call me sweetheart and then I pulled up behind the rest of the vehicles. Finally I made it to the window and the man handed me a drink while repeating someone else's order as if it were mine. I've been in line over 30 min, have a headache and am running late. I told the man that was not my order and he hadn't taken my order. I told him how long I had been waiting. He said I didn't have to be there, I could go somewhere else. I said I'm aware and started to order. He told me he wasn't going to serve me and to leave.I spend a lot of money at that restaurant. This is unacceptable.
