Terrible customer service, incomplete order

Do not eat at this location off 80 in mesquite, the crew is very rude, and my order was not correct. I went on 8/25/2023 around 10:45 pm. The young lady at the drive thru kept slamming the window on me every time I asked a question. I asked the young lady in the drive thru her name. she shut the window on me several times. i kept asking her, she would not tell me her name and the older lady I'm assuming was her manager did nothing. I will tell all my friends and church members in mesquite to drive right pass this taco cabana. see attachment of my order. i ordered the ghost pepper pizza. this is what i got. the older lady made this

Cause you're employee is an idiot

I ordered guisada tacos, the employee repeated asada, I repeated guisada. Upon arriving at the pickup window a very rude woman, unkept, slammed open the window and stated IF YOU EVER TALK TO ONE OF MY EMPLOYEES LIKE THAT AGAIN YOU WILL NOT BE SERVED ??? I asked her, in what way did I speak that was offensive? Her reply: Guisada, Guisada My reply: yes, because in the past I have ordered guisada and I get home and it is Asada The red haired, gnarled toothed, rude, unkept woman snarled at me saying dont come back

I got a message on my Taco Cabana app today August 17th 2023 that they had expired this must be something new my Taco Cabana money has never expired and I find it very strange that you're just telling me today it said it expired July 8th of 23 you're just telling me today??? I do not feel I should be cheated out of this money. I spent a lot of money and time at Taco Cabana to earn that $5 please do not cheat me out of it. Not very happy with service and being talked to like I'm stupid

First day on the job I was call stupid by the Assistant manager she got mad cause I reported her to the store manager so she was mad so when we will work together she treated me like a slave mind you I got hired as a shift manager

I want a refund for my order ($10.48). My queso was missing and I requested 'no' sour cream on the Southwest Cabana bowl. I contacted the store and the manager was unavailable and has not returned my call. It is too hot to return to that store. I haven't eaten the salad and would like a voucher or credit sent to me. Taco Cabanna App not working, please add my points

I called Taco Cabanna twice already to have them add my reward points to my app.and they still haven't done it . There app wasn't working at the time I tried scanning my receipt. 1st call I made I gave them all the information on my receipt the asked for. Next day after they wanted me to take a photo of receipt and email it to them I thew it away after the 1st call. 2nd call they said they would add my points but never did add them.they cheated me out of my reward points.

Horrible service

Gone into TC on Saturday June 17th, 2023 approximately around 11am. Stood at the order counter approximately 10-15 minutes. 4 staff members behind the counter all in plain view. 2 African American women and 2 Hispanic women, one in the cooking area. All looked at me, then turned their heads to my surprise and anger. So after a few additional minutes "I" asked Hello if there's anyone at the counter to take orders? 3 never looked up, never responded. 1 African American woman yelled to her coworker "Rechica". I'm sure I have the name incorrect, however, she never showed up to the register either. Now I'm totally PISSED off. I then left TC after NEVER getting ANY service, not a Hello, not a Welcome to TC, nothing. At this point I've decided to NEVER visit that location again and I feel Corporate Office should know the type of staff that worked this morning and the Managers lack of presence and leadership. FraUd homeless

I had it with this company and others they use me to sale my idea in food for their little fraud people and when I apply they won't give me a job their plan was for me to get kicked out of my place and not have any money to get another place one company hired me and fired me after a week they were saying here's ur money that's fraud and sexual harassment telling their men to *** with them while they use my 12 year old for sex to make them feel good hire new people the homeless need ajob and they had one guy bust in windows and cause they wouldn't give him food and they hope for people to die if u like to call me u can but I called lawyers

Being overcharged for prices that are not posted

Hi there Team! I'm a loyal customer I haven't been for a little while and came back I had a bad car accident and your beef bowl was normally 4.49 I believe in that area about $5 well it's been about 2 and 1/2 years and I went on Riverside in Austin Texas and the first two gentlemen they honored that that it was the prices were not posted they just said they will be in raised to $7 but it's nowhere showing that so how do we know where the money is going if it's not generally you posted and also the restrooms were just so toxic that place used to be so presentable and balanced and excellent I pray you get in contact with me I still have my receipt when the young lady was very rude to me I just walked out and prayed about it and decided to reach out to you my number I left with you on the communication on the other page. I went through the drive thru no one behind me and I was asked to pull up. I waited 10+ minutes for tacos then the manager wouldn't bring them to my car because he saw me get out and turn around after I saw him. He was rude and unapologetic for any of his actions. Worst Taco Cabana. This is the second time in 4 years that this place had suck managers

A complaint

I went through the drive-through and order food was eating until I realize that there was a worm in my food so I took it back to the store. The managers was very rude about it. There was one young guy there. He was very nice movie trying to talk to him the manager told him to go back and let her handle it because she said that he was slow so therefore something needs to be done about it
