Didn’t do my order right
I ordered a number 3 and didnt get half the stuff that was supposed to be on there and got a soft taco which was my other order and the guy keep telling the other guy to do my order both of them acted like they didnt even know I ordered and the other guy kept saying did you do an order and then he got an attitude he did my order but did it wrong and then he has ruined my food and I said can I have a cup, and he had an attitude when he gave it to me I always go through the drive-through. I never order online, so this may be my last time going there because I dont appreciate being disrespected or having somebody be rude.

its not a complaint its a compliment my family and I went through the drive thru around 9pm on 8/16/23 at store #3052 and the manager on duty was very friendly and he said his name was Hugh he had our order ready under 2 minutes he and his crew was very fast and we will keep going back please let him know that we appreciated his friendly service thank you the Smith family

Messed up my order and corporate has not reached out to me , what a *** joke
Got the totally wrong order and I tried to call the store back and the phone was busy for 4 hours so I called corporate and left a message and no call back from them Im furious your customer service bis awful

Says on the door for dine in open till 10 why were the doors locked at 8:30 Customer service at Eldorado has been bad and getting worse every time we go. I never complain because I understand the stress of the job sometimes but every time we go its getting worse and getting old

Bad service my burrito fell apart taco shells stale manager was rude and condescending he said I can't give u refund for the BF taco salad and nacho salad cause I have no receipt just empty shells

Manage your way until I got to the drive-thru to turn out all the lights three times this week now you're not serve me and still open for another hour
Three times this week I've come to Taco Bueno and three different times they waited till I pull in the parking lot and get in the Drive-Thru to turn out their sign and then f*****Sherman Texas absolutely horrible customer service and manager skills you just in general the people suck ***

I was charged for a 3oz side of queso when I asked for just extra queso on my nachos. And they wouldnt do a refund for it. She said the computer wouldnt let her refund. She never tried to get a manger or anything.

The taco bueno on Hampton and wheatland food is horrible the meat wasn't real n not ground beef the employees are rude everytime I go there its like it doesn't change I use to work at taco bueno n my teen years the food fresh to cook it doesn't come from trucks the only one I go to now is the one n mesquite,tx.

The lady working the drive thru in Wagoner, Ok at store # 8049 at 650 PM needs to be reprimanded for her attitude while taking orders. She had a bad attitude towards us and acted as if we was bothering her by ordering our meal. As a paying customer, I will not tolerate this behavior from your store. I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IF SOMEONE WOULD TAKE CARE OF THIS ISSUE, I DO BELIEVE I HAVE HEARD OTHER PATRONS HAVE A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE.

Poor service
Went through drive thru even though it is always risky as the person at the window will not usually give you hot sauce so I ask for 7 or 8 hot sauce containers and the employee rudely said they are in there and when I got home there were only 3 and that was for an order of 4 entree items plus chips, I called the local store that I went through the drive thru at and the line was busy so Im sure they dont want to hear anything about any form of a complaint. I will just go elsewhere for my food, there is no way they can recover from being rude.

Companies like google, yelp, and this one should make 0 stars an option! Because some restaurants dont even deserve one!! I ordered 2 PARTY burritos for $1 a piece, but I wanted extra cheese, they charged me $1.58 per burrito so the extra cheese costed more than the actual burrito!!! I think $0.50 is okay but anything over is ridiculous so you could imagine my disgust when I was expecting to pay $2.14 and instead I paid $5.62!!! Then I look inside the burrito and there wasnt just not extra cheese there was barely ANY CHEESE AT ALL!!! So I go back and explain my dilemma and they treated me like I was overreacting but feeling like I was taken advantage of and now I just want a refund for the cheese!!!
