Store did not get on-line order

Typical for Taco Bell, the bastards claimed that they did not get the order that I placed on line, nearly $40 and I have the bank receipt on my debit card showing that I paid and yet the store says they did not get the order. And to make it worse, the Taco Bell "customer support" phone number says that they are closed, so I'm out almost $40 because of this company's incompetnce. They hire the lowest wage people, people who can't get jobs anywhere else so I should not be surprised.

Why did you stop giving senior discounts on drinks?

I tried calling and waited a half hour no one answered so I hung up.Im upset because Taco Bell stopped caring about senior citizens. That makes you a very *** company. The country is so messed up because of the current administration making everything so expensive I was hoping better from Taco Bell.

Food poisoning

The staff was nice but my fiancée was up all night with food poisoning had to take him to the er to confirm that it was food poisoning.

Complaint!!!!!

Ordered food with my boyfriend thru the kiosk inside, paid cash at the counter. The total was $13.65, he gave the cashier $20.65. Then he said what number we were and we moved from the counter to wait. We got our food and went to our truck, before leaving I asked my boyfriend if could get a soda and my boyfriend went to hand me a few $ but all he has was a few cents and we then realized we never got our change OR a receipt.. We went back inside, calmly mind you, he was not rude AT ALL, and told the cashier what happened and he said he couldn't remember if he actually gave us change or not. So I asked him that his name was and the manager came storming out, very rudly asking why I wanted to know his name, and I explained what happened and she said without a receipt there's nothing I can do, sorry. So I said well you will know if we didn't get our money for sure tonight when you count your til right? She then got very mad, told me I'm 86ed and I was not allowed to come back or they would call the cops. I was not rude, didn't have an attitude or anything. Simply asked their names and explained what happened and said thank you. I'm sure your higher up with be able to help in some way. We went back a few days later to get some food and she seen us waiting, after ordering. Went and got the security guard and told us, we were already told we are 86ed if we didnt leave she'd call the cops. I don't understand why she 85ed us, we did absolutely nothing wrong. P. S. We used the kiosk, so our order should be in the system logs under my boyfriends name- travis B? Also oddly enough, I put in my email where it asks you to before telling you to pay at the counter with cash, yet I never received a email.

Taco bell messed up my order and I tried calling them back over ten times with no answer

They got my whole order wrong and I tried calling them back over ten times and nobody answered I started calling about 25 minutes after I left around the time I got home

Order issues

I ACCIDENTALLY ORDERED AT THE WRONG LOCATION. I live in Queens (Rego Park) and somehow through the app I ordered at the Brooklyn location (Grand St Bushwick). Now I know I should have looked properly before placing the order but my kid was throwing tantrum because she was hungry, TACO BELL CAN YOU PLEASE RETURN/REFUND ME MY MONEY? I'm a single mother and money is tight, I'd really really really appreciate you guys and be grateful if you'd ignore my mistake and return/refund me my money. Hoping for a kind and positive response soon...Thank You!!

Location messed up another order. App won't let me submit my feed back.

Cant submit a clam on app or website and location wont answer calls Grilled cheese chicken burrito Had no cheese no rice no tortilla chips. Had tomatoes and lettuce. That isnt even supposed to be in it!

Very upset

I went thru the drive thru with a large order. When ordering i made it very clear there could be no onions on my grandsons burrito. I got home, handed out the food and there was 2 items missing(1 being his burrito). I called and let them know and they said to come back and they would replace the items. I go back and a tall african american man is in the window and he says show me your reciept. I said "i just called and she remembered me and told me to come back for my items" he said "i just got here and i want a reciept". I explained that i had called from home and my grandson, who was with me hadnt gotten his food. I left the food i had recieved with my family who was eating it. He was incredibly rude and told me to go back and get it. THIS WAS YOUR MISTAKE...NOT MINE!!! I asked for his name so i could report him to corporate and he said he didnt have to give me his name. I left without my food that i had paid for because i was furious. I have been going to that store for years and I am shocked at my treatment and horrid customer service. That man said he was a manager. I will drive 3 miles farther to a different Taco Bell from now on. I strongly suggest you retrain your staff and work on their customer service skills.

Sir I need job I gave 10 to Pizza Hut I was there supervisor but Pizza Hut all branches closed from Pakistan due to political and icnomical issue .l have worked in KFC also.

Didn’t get my food they took my money manager was rude

I ordered on app the app did not say they were out of anything I waited 45 min in line in the drive through they tell me they are out of chalupas and potatoes thats everything on my order so I tell the lady to cancel my order I went online to cancel it tells me I cant cause its being processed already so I called the next day when I see they took my money I been checking every day to see if its been put back on my card it has not I finally got ahold of manager on Front street Taco Bell she was rude unprofessional and did not apologize it was like I was interrupting her so I looked up cooperates number left a message and a review have got no call back or email back

Horrible service

The cashier threw sauce at me & then chased after my car screaming & cursing until the mgr reeled her back in. They constantly get orders wrong & act a fool when you call them on it.

On hold for 30mins now, to be able to talk to an actual human...

Maybe. Want to know what they're doing with the "local humane society" donations. have gone to 3 different Taco Bells so far. No one seems to have an answer. I want corporate / or marketing to explain. Our local society used to have their *name* on the donations. AND the new posters they're putting up? The fine print says sign offer *expired*, in 2022.

I talked to the mrg and basically told me there's nothing he can do once food go in the bag it's out of there hands .... but I have never got food there where the food was steaming hot were the cheese was melted right away ... basically because they was busy I was bothering them on my issue

Who ever made my food did not wrap it correctly and my daughter handed me my soft taco Supreme and it was so hot that it just slipped out of the wrap on my hand and my leg and in my new truck I just got.. the mrg. Did not care and said he never heard of that before happening... he refused to even work with me on getting my truck detailed from melted cheese and grease on my seats not counting blisseds on my hand

Terrible drive through experience at Taco Bell

My wife had the WORST experience out of my 15 years of coming to this location. Here is the breakdown of my wifes drive-through experience: 1.)My wife begins to order and is then cut off when she still has more to order. a.Employee says with a non-courteous attitude, Oh, wait, what? 2.)My wife requested a lot of hot sauce, which usually results in about ten packets based on previous experience. 3.)My wife received zero hot sauce packets. 4.)My wife then has to drive back around to wait behind three cars. 5.)My wife gets to the window and kindly states that she did not receive any hot sauce packets and requests extra. 6.)My wife is given 4 hot sauce packets. 7.)My wife requests a little bit more and even states, Ten packets. a. Employee dumps a whopping 57 packets (we counted and verified) into the bag out of spite while the manager stands there watching. This employee was very rude to my wife when she politely requested the extra hot sauce packets. This resulted in a UNDESIREABLE customer experience. Also, for the three Dorito tacos that I received, the shells were very stale. The only part that was good was where the meat was located at the bottom of the tacos. My mother-in-law and I drove back to the store to speak with GERARDO about this experience. His sole excuse in his words, was that They are 16-year-olds. This location does not hire desirable staff, and apparently, because they are teenagers, according to management, it IS ACCEPTABLE for them to treat you, the customers, like garbage. I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND EVER coming to this location. !! PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. !! Burnt food

I ordered wings and they were burnt to a crisp they were so hard they were like rocks. Theres no way they put these wings in this box and did not notice that they were burnt to a crisp. Its not the first time Ive gotten bad food at this particular Taco Bell and they are notoriously rude to people. I did get a call from some guy at Taco Bell who tried to make excuses telling me that they got six complaints per 50,000 customers which I find absurd.
