Have had several great experiences with this company!

I've shopped yearly for my kid's parties at tableclothsfactory and have always enjoyed my orders. I received notification that my order had shipped in less than a day, regular updates on the delivery plus received my order sooner than expected, about 4 days. the items are not packaged in a fancy box, but I don't care. they were as described, affordable and looked beautiful.

Order not delivered

Missing orders email says orders are on the way and say they are to be delivered that day but I never received them. This is an ongoing problem.

Gold satin Tablecloth overlays

I have not heard from customer service. My event was not what was needed because I had to use overlays that were raggedy and defective. I was not happy with this. And I am dissatisfied I have not heard from tablecloth factory to resolve my issue. Can you contact me to resolve what I experienced. I paid for the overlays but tge quality of the material was horrible. Unraveling strips hanged from the overlays.

Missing items from my order

I am missing items from my recent order, which was delivered on 11/26/22. Since Sunday 11/27/22, I sent 3 emails different days to inquire but no response. Can't call them, nor can do a live chat. No one is responding. This is really frustrating!!!

Missing parts

I purchased 10 flower stands & I received the package, however, I just found out that one box for 2 stands is missing the tools to assemble. I need it for tomorrow's wedding. Now, I have no choice but rent. I am disappointed that they don't have live customer service to address the issue.

Will Not Credit by credit card

In Juiy, 2021, I order 10 yards of gauze material ( beige) It cost $102.40. i came in a few days, the color was rose pink. I called them to exchange, but they said I had to return one and then order the right color. For then to supply a return label it was about $40. They stated if I returned it at my on expense i would receive full refund. They did not tell the truth. I returned the gauze, and they refuse to credit my card. This company is a scam!!! Do not order from them.

Defective Items

Ordered 27 tablecloths as well as satin sashes and overlays. Almost all of the items have issues. Initially when I begin to iron them, I noticed a tablecloth had spots all over it. I put that aside and picked up a pink round satin tablecloth. It was defective in that it had brown spots on it and hem was a horrible mess. It was fraying in a couple places and the hem was 1 inches wide in a couple areas and the standard 1/4 inch elsewhere but it was stitched so crooked it couldnt be ironed out evenly - This was around the entire diameter of the tablecloth. I then picked up the sashes to iron them and all were fine except one. That one the entire ham was coming out and it was fraying. At this point I chatted with customer service. They did send me a replacement items. I continued ironing the round tablecloths and the rectangular tablecloths. The hems were okay but several of them had spots and shading. At this point I just gave up because we have a wedding in two weeks. This morning, I tackled the final satin 108 inch round tablecloth. The entire tablecloth has lines and streaks throughout it because it must have been a package for 15 years. The hem is crooked all the way around, like the pink one I ironed earlier and contacted customer service about. This company is lacking some serious quality control with their vendor in China and they need to do some thing about refusing to take phone calls. Again, Im exhausted with this whole process but I will never order from them again.

This company sucks!

I ordered around 50 different items, multiples of some items, so in total around 100 or so total. I received 3 items, the rest of my order was supposedly held up because 1 item was on back order, I did urgent chat everyday for a week informing them my items were weeks over due, and my wedding is in 2 weeks, they promised everytime to ship my order the next day, only for me to get an email saying more items were back ordered, and my order still hasn't shipped. So half my order has been cancelled due to back orders, my remaining items still havnt shipped, my weddings in a week, I have no tablecloths, linens chair covers ect, and they have all my money, so im out of time and money to order from a reputable company. They are scam artists! They have ruined my wedding! They will be hearing from my attorney, as I have a receipt saying my items were guaranteed delivered weeks ago.
