Rude employees at shipping and receiving at all locations that i have been to especially Albuquerque Nm

This is not the first sysco, DC that I have been to where customer service is extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. Right now I have been sitting in the dock door with a green light on for over 45 minutes. I have another appointment within 30 minutes I went into check to see if my paperwork was done and I was rudely told to wait in my truck until I was called. I have been here for a total of two hours and 15 minutes for them to unload six Pallets, something needs to give here because I have encountered nothing but rude people in your customer service area. This definitely needs to be addressed and sitting in dock doors for over an hour and a half for us drivers that are on a time schedule because the ladies behind the window, Richie, busy gabbing and not doing anything except for sitting there talking instead of getting us down the road is absolutely unprofessional .

Dispatch “lost” the truck

delivery window was given, no truck showed up HOURS of waiting, then when called for support they cant find the truck the route hasnt been updated we cant leave a message and I cant get in contact with your rep WORST SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION EVER! How do you lose a truck and be okay with it! Stores have business to run! Cant run a business without inventory non helpful customer service when called and flippant staff show no effort to assist.

Bad driver. He flashed his lights and wanted to pass when we were going speed limit. He passed us in no pass zone and pelted our car with debris

He was going at least 20 over limit, and there was a normal passing lane just 1000 ft ahead but he couldn't wait. We ended up catching up to him a couple miles ahead where he stopped at 7 11. So I took hi license. Indiana p3803** **pm mill city oregon hwy 26

Terrible ordeal from where I am!!

I gave 1 star on everything but I wish there were fractions of stars!! God awful food that is sold to Nursing Homes and I have to eat the damn crap! Bad enough to be in a home but having to eat food that is poorly cooked by CrapCo is even worse! Most is under cooked and some is seasoned so hard that it taste horrible! The owners need to be made to sit and eat what they sell for us to live off of and I have stopped eating it completely almost but if whatt I eat gets worse *** it I wont eat at al!! I have lost 31 pounds because of nasty tasting and under cooked or over seasoned food from them!! I am 6 feet tall and only weigh 136 pounds and that dropped from 184 pounds where I have been ill and in the hospital and I think they get their food from them also. In prison they have a similar that serves what ever like Sysco named AaraMark and they feed an inmate on $2.68 d??ay!! I wonder what they,AaraMark, does with the left over food from ballgames they serve food at? Like SysCo feed it to the elderly or those locked upp!! PEOPLE!! Wise the *** up and get some *** better food!!!

Driver Compliant - horrible

I was driving on the ICC 200 on the far left lane and the truck driver was in the middle lane. He switched to the far left lane without checking his blind spots. I had to drive off the rode to avoid him hitting us. This occurred 4/1/2022 license 244****G.

Sysco was a nightmare

Sysco is a company I never experienced in 12 years of my business in the restaurant. Their sales rep is a joke never returns any call if there's a problem, if you try to reach their main customer service they will give you the number to call right back to the sales rep who was the reason you are calling the customer service. The manager is exactly same at not calling you back until you are so fed up that you just give up and switch the food vendor which isn't something we can do overnight when you have a multiple restaurant. Missed delivery is very common, wrong item never gets credited or ever get replaced. The fresh stuff comes molded and expired date is very common. The drivers are so rude they literally throw boxes on the floor when they are not in the mood and company can't do anything but let them. One point they DROP OFF & left an entire pallet outside parking lot UNATTENDED. The worst part is their customer service that doesn't exist. The main customer service are answering service to your sales rep and his manager basically ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THEY CAN DO AND DONT WASTE TIME CALLING THEM AND BE ON HOLD FOR HOURS AND HOURS. After months of fighting only find out your sales rep isn't even there anymor and no one cares. 3 months of nightmare was plenty for us and now with The Performance Group, they are amazing, they follow up with everything small or big and I recommend The performance over us food or sysco. Sysco really need to go out of business.

Food service

My mother is living at the Kempton at Brightmore in Wilmington NC. She has missed meals, having to go ask for something to eat, been delivered meals to her that were meant for another resident. She has been told that they ran out of oatmeal (three times in one week), and food she ordered missing from her plate. She weighed 119 pounds when she moved there. She repeatedly gets black pepper on her food. She fills out her menu and requests no black pepper or green herbs, plainly written with asterisks in red ink. The kitchen staff is constantly changing. She has lost weight and is down to 99 pounds. This is unacceptable! She pays $6000+ a month to live there. I am in the process of requesting an investigation through a friend who works with inspections of similar facilities. Mother has been told that the food comes already seasoned with pepper and herbs. I have tasted the green beans and my mouth was hot for thirty minutes. I can hardly believe that the food is delivered to the facility this way.

Wasted time on interview

I went in for an interview on Friday and when the man that was giving me the interview came to the lobby to get me as soon as he seen me he just there with a crazy look on his face not saying anything I had to say hello to him it was like he'd seen a ghost or something I already know the look of RACISM he was looking like OH NO ANOTHER WHITEY I knew right then and there I was wasting my time I should just turn around and leave but I went through it when I walked in it felt like I was walking into an Arab concentration camp I got my answer about my application on Sunday morning at 2AM through an email saying they were sorry I didn't get the job but I knew that as soon as I initially walked in for an interview because of the way I was looked at out the gate but that's ok I have NEWSfor the man who does the interviews in harrisonburg va not everybody is from YOUREcountry or BROWN some people are white and they do apply for jobs too so I hope that you get flooded with WHITE applications so you have to hire all whites and go against what you believe I didn't really want to work for you anyway because of the initial vibe I was getting from you in the conference room through the whole interview SO happy HIRING

Moldy cheese

Order 10 boxes of sapto cheese on the 7 of October with expiring date of Oct 26 this is not acceptable I will notify all the Pizza shop in Northern Ontario of what we received unless we get refunded the these 6 boxes of are funded
