Swimming pools, etc. are frauds!

Just FYI, about Swimming Pools, etc. 1. They never acknowledged my order 2. A week after my card was billed, I still had not heard from them. When I called them, the woman on the phone was a complete ***. 3. Several days later, they finally sent an "order cancellation" email, stating that in 4 business days I would see the refund on my card. 4. After another week, I called to find out the status of my refund. I was told I would get a call back in 30 minutes after "investigation." 5. After 2 hours, I called back (not having received the call) and the same *** told me they were no longer accepting calls from me and hung up. I had to file a claim with Chase to get my money back. Am still waiting… they are complete jerks and rude to boot. buyer beware... I would like to see an investigation into these thieves. The next item is a clip from one of the emails, dated 3-4-11, that states that item cannot be ordered through their vendors (if they even have any vendors) and lastly, a link to the exact page on their website where they are still advertising that item. Order Number - 115406-* SKU - OPT-9297-10 Description - HT-2 SPASIDE CONTROL, WITH 10' CORD - HYDRO QUIP,INC. - 34-0190 "Unfortunately we are no longer able to receive the product that you ordered from our vendor. Your order for that product has been cancelled and you are being issued a refund. Please allow up to 4 business days for your bank to process the refund and for it to show on your statement. What can we do about this fraud and false advertising? I would like to see them shut down, at the very least. Better Business Bureau link is here... http://reno.bbb.org/consumers I filed a complaint, citing fraud and false advertising and they responded the next day! let's load up the BBB with complaints so they will investigate these people!
