My food was not delivered because the delivery partner cancelled it as the order had pork. Swiggy did not update me on the same. While I was awaiting my order, Swiggy was constantly showing and assuring me that I'll get my food. After raising concern multiple times, finally Swiggy refunded the order amount. They could not resolve the issue. I did not get my dinner. So, they bribed me by giving me a coupon. I wanted food not coupon.
I have got different items than i ordered
I got different food that i ordered veg but received non veg we are vegetarians i tried to contact the support but no responce from them saying wait 24 hrs these is not correct thing
Swiggy has the most incompetent customer care service.
Didnt get my order and it shows delivered. The swiggy chat is giving me completely irrelevant replies and not connecting with an agent even though i asked twice.All this has been happening since the last 1 hour. I still dont have my food. I have no update and no refund.

Missed food item
I ordered 2 paratha and 1 lassi . I received 2 pararthas only.When I ask delivery boy about lassi. He said everything is in the box and i already handed over to you. When I opened the box there were only 2 paratha in 1 box. I lodged a complaint to help center and they offered me a coupan of rupees 8(eight) ...I mean seriously ??? lassi price was 65 and i was getting a coupon of 8 rupees? What could I buy from 8 rupess??? Now, whom should I blame ? A Delivery boy(Santosh Bhosale) A restaurant - Oue Kiddan or an app - Swiggy??? I want my refund. that's it.
Found insect in my food
I ordered from a restaurant in banglore indiranagar the golden thali we ordered bhindi specifically which had a catterpillar i. The gravy I got insect in my dinner which is fried and we ordered 3 meals and all 3 meals had the same gravy so not sure if i should eat other meals This is really not expected from swiggy You should have restaurant check and hygiene check for these restaurants which are serving neals We are paying such high amount and tgis is the quality we are getting Shameful This insect itself is fried.
Quality of food was not good
I have advised swiggy to refund my money the reason was the food which was provided by the restaurant was not good and bad smell was coming from the food for which I couldn't able to consume it and for that reason I tried to call the contact details of the restaurant which was provided in swiggy but the no. Which was provided in swiggy was unable .I have also advised the swiggy agents to call on the given time frame which I have mentioned in the email but they didn't reached to me on that given time frame which I have mentioned over mail , the agents used to call me different time that time I couldn't able to get in touch with them .Trust me this was totally unacceptable behaviour of the agents . I have advised many times to swiggy to refund my money but they didn't refund my money back . Today I want my money to be refunded to my account.
Worst food thrown in dustbin, uncooked food, quality nd quantity issue call me on 770393****, zamato is far better than swiggy
Resolved: Till now no response from Swiggy customer care to resolve the matter

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Within 24 hrs they respond back n immediate refund thanks swiggy and there team.

I placed order yesterday night 8:30 when it turn 10:30 I called the delivery partner he said he is not aware of it later he said the order has been cancelled when he went for pickup no help or call or msg provided for cancellation of order no refund nothing . Till now no response from der side
Today I ordered at swiggy instamart. My query that I didn't got kesar mangoes 1kg, one watermelon is missing. No customer service is working, they didn't refund me. The fruits are very costly and I wasted so much time to chat on swiggy app. Kindly resolve, investigate and refund me. Thanks and regards.
Very bad and rude customer service. They don't resolve your issue at all how irritating and without listening to your issue they will go ahead and give a irrelevant solution and close the chat.
Disgusting customer service providing
I have paid 185 rupees for my dove shampoo and the quantity was too less Its like that I can use the shampoo for once only and this is very frustrating neither swiggy is connecting me over call nor resolving my issue. This is fraud going on in swiggy and they are fooling customers taking customers money and not providing them with the full orders disgusting
Not giving my refund
This is regarding my refund which is pending since March 3rd 2023. I had order salmon sashimi from Tokyo treat n they sent me stale, frozen salmon, so I complained and got a replacement meal. I was told that if the replacement meal is not upto the mark quality wise to contact them again. Which I did and I was very upset and had kept the delivery boy waiting to send both meals back. The customer representative promised to refund rs1295 back into my source account within 7 working days. Prior to this I have had no issues with swiggy regarding refunds so I didn't bother checking my account. On April 18th I contacted them again as I realised that it was never refunded. I have been fighting this since then. Emails going back n forth. Sent all the necessary information , chats and both call recordings with the customer representative which swiggy is choosing to ignore. They have given me a voucher of rs 450. Why should I accept that amount. Are they doing charity?? This is offensive. My amount is rs 1295.. And that's what I want in my account. This is cheating!
I have an issue with my order
Received wong order complainted and recd replacement wrong once again after that I requested to refund or replace next day morning as it was about 1 P.M night But they sent the replacement 3 rd time whichs refused by me on call& chat that its too late as I slept but they cancelled order & sent mail for cancellation charges & refused to replace.Today also I chat but failed as they charged me cancellation fee instead of refund They harassed me from last night.please make a refund & delete cancellation charges
