Wont refund for product not working
SwiftGift Team : info@***.me I purchased a bluetooth speaker & it doesnt work properly. They will not make a refund without a video of the issue. The video is tooooo long to email & they will NOT give me an alternate way to get my refund so Im not sure what to do next. We've traded enough emails @ this point.
