Account wrongfully deactivated

Got up and was signed out . Attempted to sign back in and says deactivation for too many attempts . Tried to say forgot password to get an email and did not work

Concerns and complaints about rewards NOT given and unable to communicate with email messages.

No rewards given. Emails and communications NOT LEGIT!! I have tried to reach customer service many times but NEVER GET A RESPONSE with my questions and/or concerns.

I still haven't received any communication back from swagbucks app up to 21500 sb owed

Customer support for questions keeps crashing every time i try to submit my info and wont let me leave a screenshot as proof i completed the correct level of a game i want rewarded for. I would also like to see the games im currently plating and the games they offer wont download onto my phone so i cant play any of them.

Play rewards being refused

Ive completed a game and had the reward refused and then hit a level reward on another thats also been refused but I dont understand the reasoning as Im sending proof of tracking and completion and getting nowhere with my replies

Missing Points

I have signed up for numerous offers over the last few months. They are not showing pending. I have emailed and sent proof that I have enrolled in those offers but I never get a response and never get the points. I would like to continue using SWAGBUCKS. but if the situation isn't rectified. I will cancel the account. Please advise Thank You

Deactivation of account

I was a member of Swagbucks for a long time. I spent money on their site, took hours of my time doing surveys for points, downloaded games etc...I had already earned a $25 Walmart card and it had been verified and was being processed. They deactivated my account before giving me that card. I earned that card. Now even if they were to send it to my email, I can't get into my account cause they deactivated it. You need to verify with a code through your cell number and then answer a security question then you get the card on your phone. I DID NOT MISUSE THEIR ANYTHING ON THEIR SITE. all I did was report when the survey glitched half way through it and I lost all the points or I'd finish it and it wouldn't give me the points. I want that Walmart card I EARNED! It's mine and they are stealing it from me. They need to send it to my email and reactivate my account so I can verify it. Then if they want to deactivate go for it. They're a scam site from what I've learned. This happens to a lot of people. I'm not letting it go. I want what I earned.

Missing points

It is virtually impossible to contact Swagbucks for missing points. Phone # doesn't work. Can't send complaint because it won't download screenshot and prevents complaint from being sent. I've missed out on countess shops. Think twice about downloading app if you want Cashback on purchases. So many more reliable sites like RetailMeNot and Don't bother

I signed up for a swagbucks account. I put much time and effort into playing the games for giftcards. I had earned up to $165 of giftcards (165000 swagbucks) was waiting for them to post to my account and within days of the first to post, my account was deactivated by the company. I have done nothing wrong.. I've spent hours playing games they have advertised for us to review for giftcards. I am a nurse with the state of NC. I have spent hours of my downtime playing these games they offer as a way to earn giftcards for me and my husband's trip to vegas for our anniversary. I am still getting text messages from them though my account had been completely disabled. Just today a $50.00 giftcard finally posted (text notification) so I assume swagbucks would rather not want this 3rd party knowing my account is disabled and that swagbucks intends on just profiting that $50 and the other $115 that should post to my account within a matter of days. This is completely immoral for this company to do. Illegal for this company to do. I will also be reaching out to every game company in which I played to let them know the type company they are conducting business with. I referred family and friends.. I will let them know. Every platform like reddit tiktok Facebook twitter i will let them know.. next year (maybe even sooner) i will let the irs know. As an independent contractor id rather pay 20 to 30% taxes than be completely scammed by a company that shouldn't be allowed to victimize people like me around the world. don't appreciate shady sweatshop style businesses like swagbucks that wants to be greedy..benefit twice from all my time and not benefit their members the way the have promised. I will continue to make complaints until I am to collect the $165 that I'm rightfully due. Thank you for your time. Posted to BBB FYI my uploads show proof that swagbucks is profiting from my time and effort. I have been disabled from my account since April 12th and just today(April 15th) I was notified via text that 50000 swagbucks posted to my account from my time and effort ($50) .im sure swagbucks won't care to inform the 3rd party that is paying "me" that swagbucks will recoup that for themselves though I did all the work.. however they swagbucks screwed with the wrong professional.. wrong nurse.. wrong mom.. and wrong daughter of a lawyer. IRS will know this situation on my taxes.. BBb is already informed. You scam way too many single low income moms.. I'm not one of them.. you should be ashamed.
