Last night's order/ what is paypalpro???

I would like to speak with a customer service representative. I have ordered several times from Sutera. Last nights was a towel special. This order did not process in the same manner as previous orders. It showed paypalpro which I have never subscribed to. I had entered my charge card info as usual. Im confused and concerned about this transaction.

Cannot initiate a return

I order 2 bath matts from sutera and they arrived broken - both broken in half. Trying to reach someone by text, chat, email or phone is impossible and the voice message on the phone even says "please do not send multiple emails" - indicating to me that they probably have a lot of people unhappy and sending multiple emails.

The site asked for a review

Called for refund due to neck pain with using pillow I purchased. I called customer service and was very happy with the response with my return process and explanation that my refund will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.

Horrible. They won’t answer the phone, they won’t answer emails. I ordered a pillow and they sent me a 12 month old baby indie outfit. You can’t get a hold of anyone. I’m screwed.

I ordered a pillow. $59.00 They sent me a baby outfit cheap material 12 mos old baby onesie. You cant call , they wont answer emails. Horrible scam company! Do NOT ORDER FROM SUTERA!

Still waiting for pillow cases

Didn't get the pillows case I ordered. 'Live' chat says they will respond in several hours. It's just a dang bot. Called customer service number, stayed on hold, then three computer said they were too busy and hung up on me. Not at all happy with customer service so far.

Non-existent customer service

I received a towel with an obvious production flaw, and just wanted to exchange it. For THREE WEEKS I have emailed support, tried the live chat, and called. With the emails, I get a response acknowledging receipt and that someone will be assigned to follow up.. with the live chat - there is never a live person. When calling, Im placed on a short hold, then an automated voice says everyone is busy, so to please try the live chat - Then the call disconnects!!!

Not answering any of my questions. Never mentioning anything I’ve inquired about.

Ordered best deal. So instead of buy 2 get 1 free, I paid $121.95 for 1mat. Ive filled this out once with no reply. Ive contacted you now four times. You hav never addressed my concerns. You only ask for a review. I feel this is not legitimate. I want to know how I can be refunded and return this mat.

Return one of the pillows I bought. I ended up with terrible neck pain.

Three weeks trying to get the RMA to start the return and no answer. Terrible customer service! Never answered my emails or my calls. This not acceptable.

I ordered your deal. Buy 2 get 1 free. Total came to $121.95. Received one stone mat. One mat is not worth $121.95. Three was the order. I want to send back and have my purchase refunded. Please send return merchandise instructions. Peggy Cooper

Cannot reach them on phone or on chat my stone bathmat split into two parts I purchased three mats impossible to reach the company I purchased three mats and I am sorry because the concept was good

Customer service

I placed an order with Sutera. After the order processed, it was incorrect. Since it was after hours for the company, I emailed the company explaining the error. I did not order what I was charged for. I called the number today and asked to correct the corner. The lady kept saying she understood, but it was completed and could not be cancelled. She would not send me to her supervisor or the completed department. She made another offer on the order. I told her I cannot use that many pillows and I will have to return them at my expense and time, so that will take away from any offer. She said her supervisor would contact me by phone or email. She could not give a time when that would happen. By then of course it would be too late to stop the order. I have dealt with many online companies and have never had any company say they could not correct nor cancel the order. It might a good pillow, but I will never know. The customer service and cancellation policies are not acceptable. Be aware when ordering. They will try to get you to take a different offer. The lady kept repeating I understand. Yet, she could not cancel the order. She could not connect me with her supervisor. This has left me not wanting to have anything to do with the company. Now I am being charged for all this stuff. Will have to return at my own expense and time, not sure if I will get a refund. My money is now tied up for who knows how long.

Poor support communication

I received my bath stone which sustained a damaged corner in shipping. I sent a email to support with pictures of the damaged area. I get a phone call from their service department with someone who speaks in an Indian dialect and so rapidly that I cant understand a word they say. I ask twice to speak to someone else, which doesnt happen, and then I get hung up on! I try calling again with another Indian dialect person I cant understand and ask them just to send me a email about returning the damaged mat. After a week there is no email or resolution!
