Awful experience...could never get in contact with a person around my account. Could not get a response to messages left on voicemail, emails were automatic and not accepting responses. I was unable to update my password - but I was still charged $ 395 for renewal of an account I can not use.

I need access to data
I created a 3 question survey with 2 fill in the blank questions. I went to create it and the SurveyMonkey website said that would cost money with fill in the blank questions. So, I edited it down to a 2 question survey that were all multiple choice. It said it was free. Once our hospital staff started filling out the survey I had 27 responses and then SurveyMonkey said I had to pay to get access to 17 of the 27 responses. I NEVER would have used SurveyMonkey if I had known this! I had already sent out the data, I work for the government, and was not going to send out another survey to bother people. It put me into their MARKETING SKEEM bind. I had to pay $52 to get access to the data. Was not cool!

Upgrade my account
I need to speak with a Survey Monkey expert. Need to find out about an API into WIX and to see if we can filter our survey participants by state/region etc. We need to set up a membership program so that participants can take monthly surveys and we can sort the responses by certain criteria such as state, city, industry, number of employees etc. Please have someone call me. Service Sucks
This is got to be the worst company to work with. They are not reachable and take more than a week to respond to emails if at all they try. JJust terrible service all the way.

I cannot reach anyone at survey monkey to terminate my service.
I have retired and no longer require any survey service. Without notice survey monkey renew my contract and charged me more than $300.00

I cannot cancel my subscription
I have used survey monkey in business and felt it was a good tool. However I am now retired and want to cancel my subscription and the $350+ annual fee and I cannot get anyone on line or on the phone to make this happen. The phone numbers purchases on line are all non- working numbers. FYI- I also called American Express to tri d to stop the payment and I was on hold for over an hour. Finally hung up. ugh!!!

I have tried to call every survey monkey customer service number to cancel a subscription that was fraudulently charged to me. All numbers responded that they were not working numbers.
I have called 3 different published customer service numbers and all responded as non- working numbers. Trying to cancel online takes a rocket scientist.

Service sucks, even paid version.
Poor customer service. Impossible to reach and unhelpful when you do. I would recommend that the company do whatever it has to do to make their customers service experience better, or get out of the business.

Horrible Customer Service and Ethics
$75 for one month to make surveys. I needed to do one project for school and got charged for two months when I finished the class one day after the second charge. No way to contact anyone within reason and the email support is horrible. This company is a scam.

customer service phone number is not working, tried to stop auto renew but could not. I do not need a subscription this year because i completed my survey and I do not intend to use it this year . I need a refund.I cannot get any useful information from automated chat messages. this company just collects money but does not actually care about providing good service to satisfy customers. Do not recommend using it . The absence of customer support or a live person to talk to makes me feel it is spam
