I need to get verified.
No one ever answers the phone and no one ever gets back to me with help, I've left phone messages and text messages I can't understand why this has to be so hard.

They suck they have accused me of manipulating links or whatever that is and suspended my account permanently . The problem is the surveys they use are 3rd party and no one knows where they are from
They are horrible they have accused me of fraudulent activiity and I did no such thing its their surveys they are from 3rd parties and who knows where they are from and are probably compromised.no

No one will answer the phone so I can verify my identity and cash out. The customer service is poor but that website and the money for the surveys is great just make sure you look like the picture in the driver license

I completed an hour long live survey yesterday and was supposed to be compensated 25.00. I received no points and survey junkie is no help. I will be switching to branded surveys from here.

I really need the money I requested to be deposited into my checking account. I did receive your note about a pdf that I need to complete but my computer is not working and I cannot print from my smartphone. I asked for something in the amount of $48 and want to participate in todays bonus but it will take me over 5,000 points. It would not if you paid me what I requested which I earned. Can you send me the pdf? I recently started using this again and I already had $1,790 points and I wanted to get a $1,000 gift card or some kind of cord and it won't redeem the points it says can't. So I need to know what to do in order to get these points and I'd like to know when I can do this can y'all open up my account or whatever?

I had a stroke and I'm in a rehab . I have time to do survey all day. I use the money to eat here food sucks. Last night I tried to order like always and it send I could not because we had to fill out a form. You would think they would of sent out a form before just looking you out.
