Where's the vest?
Hello, I ordered my vest and supporting paperwork from Support Pets in February 2023. I have called several times and have been told that the ESA vest would be coming soon. I have yet to receive the vest in the mail. It is now August 2023, where's the vest? Please let me know where the vest for my dog is located and why it has not arrived. Thank you, Samantha Krongold

They are a great company and I got the documents I need for my dog.
I received the documents but never got the service dog vest for Gizmo. I havent gotten it in the mail yet. I was certain that the vest came with the documents and the plan I paid for.

I’m not sure if your customer service is mobile. Unfortunately, I was put on hold for a simple question. The question was I had not received my paperwork and was put on hold 4 times.
Customer Service is not great. Was put on hold and was reluctant to ask questions. I felt rushed and had some more questions.

I got every thing I order, I don't think I got the leash, but that is ok I have a carrier that I put around me that I carry him in I take him everywhere I go just when I go to work I worry about him being by him self because of him being so small so my mom comes and gets him so that way he has some company to keep him active while I am away thanks for your service for me and my pet buddy

Bad Delivery
Everything is great like customer service and the documents came in on time. The only thing is I ordered a vest and ID card and it said it would come in about 4-6 weeks and the vest came in about 2 weeks but the ID card has yet to arrive and it has been well over 4-6 weeks and I've contacted customer service and they said they would have a specialist contact me in 24-48 hours and it's been almost a week and still nothing but everything else is great.

This is my second year using support pets and I have had no problem getting my dog ESA certified and receiving my documents. Any questions have been answered promptly. Very satisfied!

I have tried to get a hold of this company time and time again through email they just send the same email phone number it just has an automated system you can't talk to a person I'm getting upset and I don't know how to do anything about it

Good product
Got my pet certified quickly and easily, and now I live pet-rent free, which I honestly think everyone should. I don't use this certification to take my pet to places she shouldn't go in the first place, like stores and restaurants, but I need to have her in my home, so this is wonderful. Thank you Support Pets.

Very Accommodating
They provided the first document in a very timely manner, I received my ESA letter the next day. My leasing company asked for a separate document for further verification. Upon request, SupportPets provided another document that met all the legal questions that were allowed by the leasing agency. Thanks to them I am able to have my pets as needed.

I admit i was skeptical, but I was able to get two cats registered and the documents delivered to me worked for my new apartment to waive the pet rent and security.

Thank you so much! This was the best option for me to help me keep my babies! They are so sweet and big babies but when I need them they are there for me! I really recommend you guys to everyone because they are asking how I was able to get such a quick response and all I had to do was do a mental check! And see how they support me and my family!!
