I just ordered checks for the 1st time from this company I'm so impressed I got my checks in 10 days I called customer service and service was great. Ty so much I will be ordering again thanks for everything

Very disappointed with poor service
This vendor is very misleading of their service and pricing model...if you don't spend more on shipping than on the checks they delay the delivery for weeks... NEVER WILL BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN

promo codes available on the web do not work on their website. shipping and handling as much as the check order.

Great price, quick delivery
We cant believe all of the negative reviews of SuperValue Checks on this site. We found them to be the most accommodating and efficient check company that we dealt with. We ended up at SuperValue Checks because we wanted our checks printed without our address. The three other companies we contacted either wouldnt print the checks without an address or charged extra fees to do it and had a minimum order of two boxes. The SuperValue Checks rep was very friendly and took our order without trying to sell us anything else. We got 60 checks for $1.95 plus tax and shipping. The order was confirmed by email immediately and we were notified the next day that the order was in production after our address was confirmed. The checks were shipped on the third business day and received one week later. We couldnt be happier with the quick service, high quality and great price offered by SuperValue Checks. If you need only a small quantity of checks, this company definitely is the one to use. Even for large orders, their pricing seems to be competitive.

3 1/2 months- no checks
Ordered checks 1/10/21. It is now April 5th and I havent received them. Company doesnt know where they are. My account is most likely compromised.

Awful company
Awful company. Tacked on fraud protection without my permission before processing for payment. Complained and they took it off. Now, never received my checks for two months. Likely retaliation. Had to close my bank account, as I have no idea where my checks are. Stay away from this scam company.

They supposedly ship via DHL, but my shipment went to the Post Office and was returned.
I have not seen my checks yet. They told me they shipped via DHL before I ordered the checks, so I did not give them my PO Box number...why would I? But the checks were dropped off by DHL to my Post Office, who promptly returned them to Supervalue Checks for having the wrong address. ??? No seriously, shipped them to Minnesota from Texas, then all the way back to Texas for not having the PO Box number on them. If DHL requires a PO Box, they should state that on their order form. I have NEVER had a DHL delivery go to my Post Office. They always come to the door. Except with these jerks.

They messed up my check
I ordered hundred of dollars with of checks with this company. They changed my account number by adding a 0 in front, all of my employees checks bounced, i called them to see what is the issue. I was met with attitude and was told that they were instructed by my bank to add an additional 0 in the front. I call my bank, they said no such thing. I call again to try to get them to reprint my check, and once again i was met with a terrible attitude. they told me that it will be 10 -12 days in order to receive my reprints and that i should have noticed the numbers are different sooner so that i could get the checks reprinted faster. Will not be ordering from them again

Dont do it
They claim to have a fraud div, family member had checks ordered on their account from this co. They called a week ago, stated fraud dept would call within 24 hrs, that was a week ago

Takes three weeks to print 60 checks and mail them. Ridiculous. never ever again. i've had to use money orders to pay bills and i have done that since college and that was 50 years ago. AVOID

Stay Away From the 3 Check per Page Deskbook - Very Cheap Checks
I went from the large full sized business checks to the smaller 3 per page SuperValue Check desktop sized System because they are a size that fits in a scanner better for my accountant to get copies of. They are pretty much a joke. Super Thin, they hardly tear apart without ripping the checks and pulling out of the register, they rip out of the check hold very very easily with the slightest of movement almost. Some do not rip out at all you have to cut them with scissors. They are just an all around poor quality. What is worse is the binder I ordered with the checks. Cheap, does not even have a check separator page with it to place between the checks to keep the checks from coping though other copies when you write one. The carbon pages (I use duplicates) are just as bad. Very, Very thin, and just as bad. I would totally avoid these at all costs, as another company I am sure would have a better product then these as in my view these can not get much worse from super value. I have ordered checks for over 50 years and have NEVER been so disappointed in a check related product. I wrote them about it and never got a response. The only good point of them they did ship out quickly but had I know they were of this quality I would never have ordered to begin with.

Massive security issue!!! DO not use!!!
I would not order checks from this company, at this time. I clicked the “forgot password” link, and they emailed me my password. Not an option to reset my password, but my actual password. That means the password is stored in plain text on their servers! This is a massive security issue. You should never store passwords unencrypted. I called to discuss, and they refused to close my account. The set it to not allow any activity. Never do business with a company that is able to send you your password in plain text. This is a major compliance and security violation. I have typed 100 words, but it still thinkks I have only typed 89. Typing more to fill the 100 words that are needed hello and bye.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! TOTAL RIP-OFF!!
When the checks I ordered arrived they had the wrong starting number. I contacted them and they sent me a "screen shot" of my "order" showing the starting number as what was printed on the check however, this was fabricated so they could avoid re-doing the order or issuing a refund. The order confirmation I got after ordering had no details whatsoever of my actual order so their "screen shot" means absolutely nothing since they can fabricate whatever they want in order to refute a claim of inaccuracy on their part. Their prices may be cheap but you get less than what you paid for. I will not ever order from them again.
