Driver did not make the pickup!

Confirmation #391**** Braydan Adams booked for pick up 4:47 am CST May 7, 2021 at 3488 Ponce de Leon Ct Gulf Shores, AL. The shuttle service was for airport delivery to Pensicola, FL airport. The Driver 251-391-**** called at 4:47 am and was very confused. Said he did not have the address and it took him several minutes to get Braydan's name and contact info to call him. Of course, all this information was on the registration. He was still 45 minutes away from the pick up site! I immediately told him that would not work since this was for a flight. Braydan is a first time flyer and was very nervous. I did not have a car with me as I flew into town and Ubered. I had to go and know furiously on a neighbor's door at 5:00 am(I don't know this person) and ask to borrow their car to drive 1.5 hours one way and back to take Braydan to the airport. I had to pay him $200 to use his car and gas. I expect a complete refund (as I prepaid with my credit card); as well as compensation for the car I had to "borrow". Bad service

Had a reservation pickup on Jan 15 , 2021 , pick up never happened and there was no working number to speak to anyone. Now supershuttle does not want to refund my money . This company is a joke .

CHANGE PICK UP TIME for Confirmation # 384****

I have a reservation for tomorrow 21 Aug for a trip from home to Tampa Airport. However, I requested an earlier pick up time of 7:30am as opposed to the 8:20am text I received this morning. Your Help Center link on your website is not working and neither is your 800# to speak with someone about this. I have used Supershuttle for years and would hate to stop using it at this stage. Pls confirm change of pick up time via phone call/text to 703-209-**** or email kdoig2005@***.com. If you don't respond by 1300 hrs EST, I will have to cancel. Karen Doig

Deberia salir de venezuela y llegar a SDQ y tomar AA pero no me dejaron salir!!!!!!!!....... Obiviamente nunca llege a MIA. Mi hijo lo llamo a SUPER SHUTTELE por telefono, desde OHIO, avisando que el viaje no fue realisado y estoy varado aqui en venezuela, esperando que levanta la progibicion! #382**** My one way booking for 2passengers from riu las america to Cancun airport on 20th Mar 2020 was cancelled early. But as I see supersutter charged me 40USD for the round trip even thou 2people took SuperShuttle only one way from cancun to hotel excluding returning to hotel. My SuperShuttle driver did not show up as booked on January 26, Empire Hotel 44 W. 63rd St.in New York City. It was a Sunday morning,so... the driver cannot incriminate the traffic... I of course had paid in advance on booking by internet.. and after more than a month I'm still waiting from SuperShuttle to answer my demand of reimbursment.

Attentionm customers of New York

Supershuttle driver did not show up ; for my pick up January 26. The concierge at my hotel told me it was not the first time. So I would advise other customers to double reconfirm your reservation, if you use this company. This is the 1st time I had this problem with Supershuttle and it seems very hard to get a refund... the no answer persisting......for more than one month after I claimed for my money back, several times,

Keep Fighting this Company!!!

I paid in advance for my reservation for a large group pick up which was a sum of over $350. They confirmed my airport drop off several times. Two hrs before pick up time they left me a voicemail cancelling my pick up saying they had no drivers in my area. To this day, 2 months later, after several attempts via phone and emails, I still have yet to speak to anyone regarding my refund. Mind you THEY cancelled on ME.

Airport shuttle had been booked one. SHUTTLE NEVER SHOWED. TEXT DRIVER OPTION PROVIDED NO DRIVER AVAILABLE. TRAVEL PLANS RUINED FOR DAY. CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT HORRIBLE TO WORK WITH. AM WAITING FOR E-MAIL PROOF OF REFUND AND/OR PHONE CALL BUT AM NOT HOLDING MY BREATHE.

Don’t trust any of the drivers.

Dispatcher was notified about the driver whom I consider a thief. They should release this driver as he is a very dishonest person. He talked (non stop) from the time we were picked up at the McCarran airport until he dropped us off at the California club. I feel like a fool as I even tipped him $20 after he stole all the money from the purse and replaced it with his $32 of singles that he obviously received from his tips for the day.
