Highly recommend working for this company

Company is very professional. They have clean character and they pay. They gave me a chance when they did not have to and I am blessed that they did. I can now say I have a reliable job.

A f,en joke.

The house next door to me has been in foreclose. There has been companies in and out for bidding to clean the house out. All nice and respectful. tell superior asset management Showing up at 10:30pm getting out of the truck swearing and being loud freaking out my girlfriend and waking up my kids. When tell them to leave because of what they are doing they told me to call cops. When the cops came nether one had a Drivers license. After cops leaving they where say how I was going to get what I asked for. I hope every banks see how they do business and don’t use this company. At least have a set times to come to a property.

Impersonating a Legal Attorney

I received numerous calls from Superior Asset Management. They called and left no message so I called back and got a recording that I reached the Office of James Madison. I wanted to know why I was receiving hang-up calls. No hold time was fishy. This so-called James Madison wanted the last 4 of my social security and said I have an unsettled debt with Capitol One. I told him I had no debt and told him to not call my cell phone again. I checked my credit report and I have no debts. These scammers called three days later and I told them that I did not have any unpaid debts. The caller said that I will be served papers to appear in court.

Illegal Lies to collect a bogus debt???

I have been receiving calls from multiple Nashville, TN numbers all of whom belong to Superior Asset Management. The calls begin with a recorded message but there is silence at the "case number" indicator. When a live agent is connected they do not provide the reason for their call or advise they are calling from a recorded line. There is no mention of being a debt collector. However, they threaten that they are going to garnish wages and take property to settle a credit card debt that was closed and resolved in 2006. They talk over you and do not listen. Very unprofessional, unethical business with no ability to resolve any issue. They call numerous times a day and have been calling for over a year now with the same message.

Threats of lawsuit/wage garnishment on an invalid debt

Was getting calls on my cell phone from this company, blocked them. Then they started calling me on my home phone. They call everyday. Yesterday I looked into what they are calling about, the very rude nasty woman claimed that I have a debt with Citibank and wanted to "offer" me "a settlement". I called Citibank, they did have an old account that was sold to an asset management firm and she gave me the name and phone number of that firm. Called, spoke with a very pleasant young man who informed me that my account was paid in full and closed December 2014 due to the debt was satisfied. This Superior Asset Management place is threatening to sue me and garnish my wages over a debt that no longer exists.

VERY ANNOYED

I don't know why I am receiving theses scam calls. Some one keeps calling from 516-210-**** leaving no information, no file # just a 866-758-**** # to call back. I called back & before giving any personal information out over the phone, I asked the gentleman Jim to give me the nature of the reason for numerous calls to my cell# with no information as to the nature of the calls on a voice mail. He got indignant with me & hung up on me stating, if I did not verify my phone # he was just going to continue to call & leave the same messages with no indication who he works for & why he is calling. If he called me, why must I verify my cell phone? So they can charge me for something linked to my phone? I hate scam callers.

Annoyed that these guys are still doing this

I just had the same exact experience, an acc from 2006. Only the callers name is Jennifer Smith and managers name is James Madison.

Illegal Debt Collection Practices

I was contacted yesterday by this company. Call began with automated message saying "regarding claim file:..." but no claim file was given. The lady that came on the line next did not make any advisories which are mandated by the FTC (such as: "this is an attempt to collect a debt", "this call may be recorded"). When I told her I was not aware of any outstanding debt, she advised me to hold. Then another lady came on the line by the name of Ms. Proctor. She advised that she had been listening to the recording of the call and wanted to confirm what I wanted to do regarding the debt. I told her again I wasn't aware of any relevant debt. The credit card account they were calling about was defaulted on in 2010 and sent to collections in 2011 which places it well beyond the 4 year statute of limitations in California. Long story short, Ms. Proctor threatened that their "Client" was going to be contacting my employer and researching any property they could leverage against me. This is an illegal maneuver. I ended up requesting a fax, email, or mailing address from her to send a cease and desist notice to and she adamantly refused to provide me any method of sending documentation to their entity. It is illegal to not provide such information upon request. I then asked for her "Client's" contact information and she refused that as well and told me to "Google it". This is also illegal to not provide contact information for the company of origin of the debt. Further research by a free legal counsel found the company not to be licensed in Georgia. I filed a complaint with consumerfinance.gov and suggest that anyone else contacted by them do so as well. This company is a sham, and desperately attempting to rip everyone off with illegal collections practices on debts that they legally can't sue for. When I finally told Ms. Proctor that I had no intent of acknowledging a legitimate debt, she accused me of being combative and told me to expect a lawsuit from her client in an amount DOUBLE that of the original debt.

Scambull

I got a call today. They had the amount right. They had my name right. They had the last 4 of the account almost right. I settled this debt. I even went home to make sure. I talked to a black women it was more believable. I am glad i keep everything. They got the opening of the account date right and when it went into collections right. What they got wrong is it was settled in 2013. Damn it i could see this getting someone.

FRAUD, FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

Received phone call from 1-86*-758-**** spoke to a kelly didn't know what account she was calling me about, but i owed 800.00 on an old account that i filed bankruptcy on. she sent me a 3rd party link to sign off for my funds and found the credit card was not me the name and acct was never registered to me i checked my credit report and did not find it. this company could not send me documents to prove what account this referred too. I called and reamed all 4 people a new one, they were trying to tell me who I was all by the info they had on me, How did they obtain that.. if it was a old account i am sure i would have received something in mail by those creditors. they almost took me for $$ for a ride, and I had to call my bank to freeze my account, those bastards deserve to rott.. Kelly ? Jennifer Smith ? Chastedy ? Receptionist ? they passed to to each other which gave me the opportunity to speak my mind. DON'T FALL FOR THESE DESPICABLE HUMAN BEINGS, they are the *** under my shoe..

Call every day with a lame message to return call

They literally call me every day from 281.667.0716 and leave a message related to file _________ (gal of silence) and ask to have the call returned at 866.758.1262 I returned their call today and letting their instructions to press 0 was connected to the "operator". Gave them the landline number they just cracked and was told that they don't have Caller ID when I asked to have my number removed from their database. They hung up so I called back and followed instructions again and was greeted with a "I just told you that we don't have Caller ID", but if they don't free it, how do they know that it's me calling back? Asked again to have my number removed from their database and they hung up. Then they called back and laughed at me. They're a joke of a company and if they call you, just laugh and laugh and laugh because they can't do anything to you credit wise. If they file suit on an old item that's beyond the collection statute of limitation you can counter file against them for harassment and you'll win because they can not legally collect any item beyond the statute of limitations in your respective state.

Rude, wouldn’t let me talk and hung up

Got a message to call Mike Turner, so I called and he claimed I owed an old credit card debt “around” $700. When I stated I didn’t live at the address given (he said 2110 and it was 2210) he said he wasn’t going back and forth with me and hung up, I called back and this same *** answered the phone and interrupted me when all I was doing was asking questions, I asked to speak to his supervisor which he claimed was him. Mike I’m not paying *** over the phone especially without asking questions, and you talk to people like they’re stupid when you’re the damn moron, I’ll be filing a complaint with BBB.

Collecting on a bunkruptcy ?

This a$$wipes are trying to collect on an old debt that was cleared by bankruptcy court. They lie, they threaten, and the refuse to give you an address where they are right now. The address in Atlanta is not good, and the numbers they call from are scams. Which is what this all is a big scam to attempt to get money from me. Since the bankruptcy I have kept a very close eye on my credit, so their claims that this was charged off in 2014 is a lie. The bankruptcy was in 2008, and it cleared the account they are talking about. So this is a total scam. I told them to take me to court ! I want them to take me to court maybe then I can get an address and counter sue for harassment !!

Doesn't pay his contractors

We delivered a roll off for this company and they won't pay their bill

Not our debt -- they don't care

Superior Asset continues to call to collect a debt from people we don't know. When we answer they hang up. When we don't answer they leave bizarre messages on the answering machine. I called the number back today after they hung up on me, again. I told them not to call again or I would report them to the FCC. I was told the phone number was now removed from their system and we shouldn't get another call for someone else's debt. Do I believe that? No. If it continues Superior Asset will have their "***-et" in a whole heap of trouble.

Plain out lied

Like 80A% of all of America. I have debt. my debts are small but none the less need to and will be paid. while i understand that they recruit people to do said job, but i feel that there should be some boundaries for instance. Don't call my phone and bold face lie to me. today i received a call from Superior Asset Management. The customer service etiquette was non existent. not only did he refuse to tell me who he was, but he refused to state his name and reason for calling, but he spoke to me as if i were his friend from school " hey Ashley???" are your serious? last time i checked that was unprofessional but i digress. but to make matters worst instead of him admitting that he was in deed a collection agent he said he was gonna deny my application, as if to say i had applied for a job but lost the opportunity. now this pissed me off. i feel like this, i was honest in the fact that i owe the money so be honest in your attempt to collect it. If we have reverted to lying to get things done then its a sad sad world. I just cannot believe the utter disregard and respect for the customer that this agency has shown time and time again. its nauseating. i will be calling them back to personally speak to some one. i know it probably wont get too much solved but i will call feeling victorious knowing that god will handle it all in the end.
