So i can't able to recover the account from old account protection number. They keep telling me the same thing about how they cant verify me as the owner of my account ive been trying for 4 hours now. They wont believe its my account even though i made the account when i was a kid and my Iphone 6 was broke which had the information and everything is now lost i forgot about the game until now and they wont give me my old account which has a lot of work and memories on it, my cousin had the same issue as me but somehow he got his account back but supercell wont give me my account back for some reason!

Hi. Chief Nameste, I REALLY want to apologize for that. I hope you can accept my apologies. I would like to apologize, It's me avinab wagle from Nepal, Kathmandu. Past April month there was a bit disscussion with my self brother, We both clash well, but while I get maxed fully he asked me to let him also play my id but I don't give cause multiple sharing may band the ID. Then he was furious with me almost 1 week. I don't know but he go to my samsung F22 mobile and chat with supercell by accepting that it's a buyed ID. After that Also I dont know about he chat with supercell, then suddenly my ID was banded. After that I was totally shocked and numb and unconscious that what Does happen. When I was quietly sitting in room my bro knew it, that I'd was band and he accept infront of me he told me - "Hey Avi Does ID got banded this is my revenge to you dont let me play your ID now lifetime ur low then me, He told me and he went out of room i dont reach on him cause it was meaningless to talk to that fool. Update Issues And Verification Requirement
Hi, this is to inquired if not to report an ongoing issue with the recent update. Ive noticed that I am constantly asked to verify my billing information which I kind of find really odd. Ive not have had any problem before. Ive tried to register multiple payment method and everything I get an error message payment failed. I have not made any recent purchase if I recall perfectly. So, I was looking into the issue if someone have encountered the same problem as mine but was left unanswered. After that, I updated my IOS version to 15 to see if that was the issue, and it made no difference. However, what I find interesting is that, upon browsing the app details, I happened to tap the in-game purchase history section and the most recent one shows a purchase made amounting to 4,999 in philippine currency. It could have been the main issue for prompting the payment details during update. Again, as I have stated above, I have not made any purchase recently. Please look into the matter as soon possible.
