Cancel booking

Terrible customer service. I made a mistake and booked for the wrong hotel and they wouldn't either refund my money or put it towards another booking.

Complaint

What a joke! Customer service is the worst thing there could possibly be!!! Said supervisor was going to call within 2 hours. 4 hours later we get an automated r call saying there are no representatives right now to talk to us. The customer service we did talk to helped with NOTHING!!! said we needed to do everything through e-mail or from the link where we booked our hotel. We paid extra to be able to cancel with no problem! No problem? What a joke!! I will never use this *** sit ever! They booked us for a smoking room when we dont even smoke and we got nothing in return! *** joke! Nothing but a runaround!

Redeem points

This has to be the biggest amateur place you can offer cheap hotels. Im all for giving the lil guis the business and not all the big ones for doing good service. But these guys right here be on great bs. The offer you a cheap room and say to join theyre rewards program for $30.00 in free room credit must be redeemed today but to used they say they only give you or allow you to use for that day n may I add they charge $15.99 for theyre rewards program and still charge you almost the full amount but you only get to use 10% credits that I must used in total today. Right then try n say there is no money back type of ordeal. Its completely fake advertising dont use them for nothing. Not one cents. I mean what kind of discount you offering I could of had the same deal from hotel itself with less hassle. Why offer something you cant provide. Ive had better experiences with way less than accommodating websites not to mention. Dont waste your time or energy just go somewhere else n book for cheap. And also shut these scamming places down.

I been catching *** trying to get my refund back after paying for the protection

They will send you around the world and have you emailing them which might takes forever for the messages to be seen I never had this problem with cancelation

Cant speak to anyone on the phone after they have charged me for 3 nights hotel stay before I stay at the hotel

Wrong room

Did not have our double bed room - the room the gave us under protest had a pull out couch bed and was stained - and black on the bottom of the mattress- the sink in the bathroom had a large crack in the basin - there was crumbs and dirt under the couch sofa bed - the curtains had holes in them - no elevator and no manager to contact

Glitch/bug on website caused booking error

I have booked through trivago for a booking on 27th August for 1 night and when I booked the date was changed to 29th August without my notice. I turned up at the hotel and was told me booking was not until 29th August. I did not even choose 29th August in the first place. I would like a refund please because it wasn't my error that the date was changed without notifying me. Confirmation Number: B_1086**** I did a review before on 27th August and my reply was ignored. Also there is another bug/glitch on your app which doesnt allow chat function hence I was not able to chat to customer service regarding this. Please get your bugs and glitches fixed and issue a refund given the error/glitch on your end.

Reimbursement

Hello, I booked a room, through you, in a B&B in Killarney, Ireland, (Sancta Maria, Cill Airne) on Saturday 12.8. When I arrived at the B&B, the host informed me that there was no booking for me, and that she never deals with booking companies or credit cards, leaving me to contemplate a night spent in the seat of my car! Therefore, I respectfully request a refund of the whole amount I paid to Super.com. My MasterCard was charged 127.80 Euros (AU$ 215.84) plus an International Transaction Fee of AU$ 6.48. Terrible

I find it completely terrible that you get put on hold my calling for almost an hour, and when you are next, thank you cant put her voicemail and no one returned to the voicemail call I had to literally call four times. Tell somebody today was finally able to address the issue need to improve your customer service and make sure you call back when a message is left.

Horrible Experience.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I booked a reservation on your website and was sent a reservation for a standard one bed room when your site clearly showed a price for two beds, as you can see from the attached pictures in my review. I got someone in the Philippines named Leona, she said I will need to charge you a cancelation fee. I said why would you charge me anything, you should just fix my reservation to what I booked. She said I am on the site and there is no issues and we have had no other complaints, like I am lying. Well as you can see from the attached pictures in the review I am telling the truth. I asked for a supervisor and she said they were just going to tell me the exact same thing as she was telling me and they would not fix it, because I booked the wrong room. I booked the room your site showed me as two beds. I booked this for 3 men, and it says 3. Why would I ever book one queen bed for 3 grown big men. I will never ever use your service again and will warn others to not use it also. Your company is dishonest and will not fix your issues and work to make things right. as you can see from the pictures I posed in the review the total for 2 beds was 110.00 per night and with taxes and fees a total of $134.91. Traveling is supposed to be fun, not a nightmare with no one at Super to listen to your issue. It was the most stressful situation I have ever had with any company. I have noticed more and more that customer service employees in the Philippines are getting smart with US citizens and are not trying to help them resolve issues. Customer Service is horrible and only threatened me with fees and blamed me for messing up, when its their system that messed up. You know this is not a way to grow your business. Do you not know that word of mouth matters. If you provide good service and listen to your customers they will tell others to you. It take 10 happy customers to grow your business and 1 upset to help you lose business. No matter how big your company is, customer success equals your success. Accelerate the growth of your business by focusing on growing a loyal customer base that helps increase sales. So another agent Filipino agent called me back within the hour saying he was a supervisor. I am almost certain he was no supervisor but possibly a coworker of Leona's. He would not give me his name. I tried to tell him my issue and he cut me off and said he was not going to help me. He said it was my fault and my mistake. While trying to explain my issue to him, he told me that I talked to much. By this time I got really angry. I yelled how dare you tell a customer they are talking to much. This time he talked down to me and then hung up on me. First of all I have always trained all my Customer Service staff to never hang up on a customers unless they are verbally abusing them with foul language. I tell them never cut a person off and listen to them and make them feel their valued and that their complaint is important and listen to them. Work with them. I offered to send them pictures of what I saw on my end and of what I booked, they were not interested at all. I was so angry after this. He was untrained and horrible. The worst yet. Customer Service in the Philippines is horrible these day. They simply do not care. Leona told me I would need a letter from The hotel asking them to cancel the reservation. I said I don't want to cancel I want you to fix this to the room I booked. The hotel said have them call and we can cancel it and we can rebook the room with two beds for you. I showed them the pictures from the website and dynasty agreed with me. They said its clearly two beds showing on their site. The customer service agent I got said they never call the hotels. The hotel said all the other sites we work with do, Expedia, Priceline, and others. We cancel and have them refund all the time when an issue like this arises. I asked for Leona's Employee Identifier and she said we are not permitted to give you anything but our first name. I even spoke to another customer service agent who did not give me her name and had a dog barking in the background. These people need to be back in the office already and they need call service monitoring and supervision. They must have management overseeing what they are doing. They are rude and do not care.
