Problems

Room was messy one night did not get cleaned they put breakfast up early didn't get any I'm a diabetic lady at the front desk was very rude another day I stayed my room did not get cleaned housekeeper just walked in the room without knocking another day I stayed they put me in a room and the door was broke didn't have a lock and another day I stayed they didn't have hot water and the drain was broke nobody did anything to fix any of this

Lovely folks but blood on sheets??? How??

How could blood on sheets be overlooked? And we slept on it without checking first. Lesson learned! Anything else but blood we coukd overlook...but thats serious!

Delay on refund

August 3rd, 2023 - Still have NOT received my refund from Super 8 Motel in Joplin Missouri!!! We went back to the office but they told us to leave their property or we will be arrested!! I've even contacted the CEO of the company and showed him my proof of what this...

July 28, 2023 and still waiting for my refund... Even went to the office again today and still getting a rude response from the management - first they said it's takes 24 hours for their system to release the refund ( which was 48 hours ago ) and now they're saying...

On July 25, 2023 I rented a room at the Super 8 Motel in Joplin Missouri for 7 nights, the following morning July 26, 2023 they forced my family out of the room and said they would refund my money back to my PayPal card ( which is exactly what I used to get the room in the first place ) and then they charged me again for two nights even though we were only allowed to stay one night and I yet to receive my money and through PayPal it's saying that the payment I sent to that particular motel is on hold and I can't cancel it, I've been to that particular location multiple times since July 27 to get them to tell me why I have yet to receive my refund and the manager along with his staff is so rude and hateful. They said they would refund me $311.75 ( I paid $408.00 ) and I want my money back since they wouldn't let us stay the full 7 nights that I paid for. If this issue is not solved soon I'm getting a lawyer!! Here is the transaction number of the payment for the motel {{Redacted}} .

Dirty disgusting and broken hotel room

Hello! We just returned home from our stay at super 8 in Foley Alabama. We were very upset when arriving at the hotel due to the cleanliness of the entire hotel. I took pictures of the room when we first arrived and notified the front desk who did not seem to be concerned about it at all. The floors were extremely dirty in fact we put towels down on the floor because they were sticky when we first arrived, and the towels were black because the floors were so dirty. It smelled very musty and dirty. The bathroom had hair in it from the previous stay especially in the shower we pulled out huge clumps of hair out of the shower that wouldn't drain. The shower head was falling out of the wall we had to rig it so that we could take a shower. The blankets had cigarette Burns in them that had not been replaced. I also took pictures of the bathroom where the paint was peeling and there was paint missing from the wall. there was what appeared to be a loogie or some sort of saliva on the picture of our bed.When we informed the front desk of all this they said that when we check out they will go in and clean the room. We also had to get our cards replaced three different times because the door card was not working and they had to come up and fix the cable because the cable was not working as well.We are from Tennessee and we love traveling to alabama. we've stayed at other super eights and not had any issues. We have a small infant with us who crawls and our other two children and we're we were unable to put the baby on the floor because they were absolutely filthy. The pool was also dirty as well it was not cleaned it was lukewarm there was hair in it plastic leaves debris all kinds of garbage. I did not allow my children to swim in there either.Gulf shores is an amazing place to visit but this place is absolutely horrendous and we will never return.. there are lots of other hotels in the area and I would advise to stay there and never never come here

Violent hostile front desk workers

I was staying at this hotel they put me in a room that smelled dog urine, then refused to allow me to change rooms , then manager named Marissa was knocking at my door yelling at me telling me to leave or else they are calling police police refused to come so they cut off lock to hotel and broke in physically forced me out of room then of course I call 911 they told me to leave reviews that corporate office needs to resolve this so I was kicked out of hotel I paid to stay then was forced to leave within accommodations a man random employed at hotel also came into my room when I had do not disturb sign up and was doing *** things

Rude manager Insensitive towards a crime victim

My company truck was broken into all around the 5th of July or maybe the 8th I checked in with my company name on the 5th of July for one week who was planning on being here for a while vehicle got broken into the manager was very insensitive and rude when I made a complaint she told me that that is not her problem and to leave her alone so I call the cops made a police report and ever since then they made the manager reviewed it video surveillance cameras and ever since that happened she was very salty towards me and very rude my company fired me because me and my coworker didn't get along was not able to work together anymore he was also a suspect and stealing from me my wallet missing and I don't have a bank card I told a young lady at the front desk that I will be receiving mail soon and my bank card and she was very rude to me at that point so yesterday I had to check out in my roommate but I didn't have any way to go to the company left me here stranded with my bags I'm waiting for my credentials to come in the mail should be today or tomorrow it was mailed out from Georgia on last Monday just passed I don't have anywhere to go I don't know anybody here I'm here working out of town from Atlanta the managers threatening to call the police I have been sitting on the bench on the side picnic table since last night I am ready to get out of here just as much as she's ready for me to get out of here I am at the Eddyville super 8 Kentucky I also have pictures of the room upon my check out my roommate was very nasty and trashy my side was clean and orderly his side was trashy and he also have cigarette ashes on floor I have pictures of that I guess he was trying to be funny too heat up tension against me and the manager here he knew that it was going to leave me stranded here and made it worse than what it is I am very depressed and sad all I can do is wait for my bank card to come in the mail so I can get out of here I'm broken hungry with nowhere to go I have been talking to some guests here as well and they are in disagreeance of how I am being treated by this one individual lady manager super 8 staff. I know deep down in my heart that she is being very vindictive towards me because of the fact that I call the police and made a report on my stolen goods and she was being very uncooperative and they ordered management to help assist in viewing the surveillance tape Super super 8 Eddyville Kentucky ZIP code 42038

I booked at Super 8 in Red Wing Mn thru Booking.Com 4/21/23.. my daughter and I went for a family wedding. The price was $149.00! I was pissed about the price because it was ridiculous. Most hotels were gull and it was close to the venue. Looked at pics on Booking.Com and it looked decent… we were running late. Got to Super 8 a little surprised at the location but wanted to get checked in. I walked into the lobby and was shocked! It wasn’t clean, bad lighting, carpets were clearing not vacuumed.. we got to the room and I opened the door and almost cried!! I just paid $149.00 for this disgust! Only1 light worked in the room and that was above the door! The floor was laminate. The room was dark and dingy! We had hurry so in the bathroom getting ready to shower and the towels could have tissue paper! The shower curtain was on backwards and the tub had rust in it and was just gross! The lighting in the bathroom wasn’t the best either, hard to get ready for a wedding! Both beds had multiple burn holes from cigarettes in the bedspreads. The windows were dirty and one was cracked causing condensation on both windows but you couldn’t see anything out the windows..The TV cabinet was in the way of the mirror so limited space.. the whole room had a layer of dust..I was getting more pissed and a stomach ache just thinking about the cost of this! It had been cold and snowy, when we got back from wedding the window in the lobby was open and it was freezing in there! We quick hit to our room and turned heat up! Fortunately we had blankets in the car and pillows so we didn’t have to sleep under the sheets.. the next morning we got up at 5;30 to get ready to go home. The window in the upstairs hall had been open and it was freezing! We made a few trips, after we had everything I had to sit in my car ti warm up! I emailed the property the next day.. the 1st response was generic saying they will address my issue! I emailed cooperate, a few days after I received an email from the property stating I booked a Smoking room! I DID NOT! I didn’t realize you could smoke in a hotel room, but just because it’s a smoking room does not mean the bedspreads should have multiple burn holes in them. I did book thru Booking.Com..in tve email they also stated tge checked the lighting and all lights worked!! They said they checked the log book and no complaints were filed against me! Why would they be?? I did nothing wrong! I didn’t mention the lights we were in a hurry! We have traveled a lot since my childhood and stayed in many hotels, never in my entire life did I think I would see something so damn disgusting! I work hard for my money, the wedding was important to us but I expected to at least get what I paid for! The room was maybe worth $50-$60!! No more,no less! I am not one to complain about stuff like this publicly. But this was to EXTREME! I thought Super 8 had certain standards that independent owners had to uphold! Apparently not! If they do they are doing a *** poor job! I didn’t get a receipt because I was told the printer was not working. I have deleted the pictures I took because every time I saw them. I would get mad again! Booking.Com should maybe update the photos of the room!

I have been staying at this motel from few days due to some renovations going at my place, , every day has been a new night mare, the staff is to the core un professional don't know how to treat the guests, they come outside every morning fighting arguing with housekeepers about whatever God knows, they call or bang and even open my door without my permission, I prepaid n booked a room a day before, one of the guy at the front desk said calling in my room that he will throw my luggage out if I don't come in 15 mins, that's when I already prepaid for the next night this happened little after 11 am which is the check out time, today I did the same thing I booked n prepaid the room for next night n asked him very politely if u can recharge my key n give a DND hang, which has never been in he room to begin with , the guy said I can't recharge ur keys I have to come in the morning to get the new keys, the reason I paid n prepaid for next night is so that am not bothered by obnoxious staff they have here, I work late hrs with offshore team being a Project mgr, I asked can I get owners ph he denied n after asking 3 or 4 times gave a fake # which rang to the front desk itself, one of the worst experience I ever had , staff is very very obnoxious not trained to be in hospitality business, I never heard of hotel staff throwing keys at guest

When I woke up this morning found bed bugs in the bed I slept in. Told the guy at the front desk all he said was sorry. Im sorry but you should be checking the cleaning of the rooms daily.

Highly disappointed customer filing civil lawsuit discriminated against for service animals

Hello my name is Rachel anasek and I'm in need of speaking with one in charge of the Myrtle Beach location market common South Carolina super 8 I'm filing a civil lawsuit due to discrimination amongst other things. Yesterday on 4/8/2023 I was kicked out after paying my reservation that was booked two days ahead of time I had been staying there prior in the exact same room since the 27th of May. Before arriving I made a reservation over the phone under Heather Larson she's the one that called she's my best friend and she asked clearly if they were on location and the ladies you said yes she was on location then when Heather asked if locals were welcome she put us on hold and said she had to ask her coworker throughout the entire call we could tell that she was not she was at a call center and so she was not answering any of the questions right needless to say when we arrived we ended up having to pay an extra $100 fee for being a local so the deposit and an extra for our service animals $40 a day we have two of them. I was informed that once I presented my service animal cards that I would no longer be paying the $40 fee and would get a refund for the prior days as I'm not supposed to be charged for them to begin with. I would say it took me about 4 days maybe 5 days to present the card as I had to look through all of my items to find it and so I didn't even ask for a refund by that time I just didn't want to pay the $40 anymore so from that point on I began paying the normal $100 or so a day and I have problems every single day I was getting caught to the office day one I was called down saying that my dogs peed all over the bed and that they needed to do an immediate inspection as they did I let them do they realized that my dogs are well trained they hadn't peed or pooped on the bed or anywhere for that matter and they didn't even apologize the lady just said oh okay I don't know what that was about and she walked out. Day two of not paying the pet fee I got called down there and told I was flagged because my dog was left in the room which wasn't true because the lady at the desk that was telling me this even realized that I never leave the room as I don't work from home and I don't have a car I didn't even go to the pool I really wanted to go to the pool on the sunny day but I knew that the dog wasn't allowed at the pool and I explained that to her she told me to get a life LOL as in because all I do is stay in my room which is my prerogative. Also I believe it was that day or the day prior the same woman I don't know her name question me about my service animal in which I had already showed the day before or the day couple days before the manager that was on shift and the woman at the front desk at the time and she looked over it with a fine tune comb and I told her to make sure she walked in the system take a picture whatever she had to do with their service animals that way I wouldn't have a problem anymore in which she never did so of course I had problems every single day and I told every single employee that I don't mind going to run and get my cards and none of them wanted to see it anyways as I was saying this lady proceeds to ask me what type of disability the service animals were for and I told her it was for my husband he has PTSD from being in the army 5 years ago and she said oh he shouldn't have PTSD from 5 years ago and she embarrassed me in front of a whole bunch of people she said that the dogs shouldn't be with me I'm not a handler and I'm not to be handling the dogs as they are his service animals I explained that I too have a disability I have schizophrenia and that that is not the law I'm allowed to handle them too she was explaining to me that a blind man she wants new had to have the dogs on her him at all times and he was the only one that was ever allowed to handle them etc etc I explained not that it was any of her business that my husband has bad dreams so the dogs do wake him up if he's having a terrible dream I mean he wakes up a lot of times doesn't even know where he's at anyway she proceeds to tell me that that's an emotional support dog that doesn't qualify and goes on and on and on how I'm not to handle the dogs and I need to be with him 24/7 I said that he doesn't take them to work with him he's working with his dad his dad is able to watch over him because she said that at any minute he could hear a loud sound and go right back and triggered into PTSD he works with his dad who is a police officer of the military and has been for years then she proceeded to go on and on saying that she was going to do research on that and that I wasn't supposed to be the handler once again and I told her they are not emotional support animals however the law in South Carolina I do believe is now that emotional support animals are the same because when I walked out there was a another guest who pulled me aside and said you know what she did was illegal right because I used to work for them and emotional support animals are the same law now they made it the same I told him yeah I know what she did was very embarrassing and definitely discriminated too but my animals are registered service animals anyway so I had nothing to worry about and while we were talking the maintenance man came right between us and was like hey I've got to get through here as in stop talking was very rude to us so I went about my business thought nothing of it and went into my room. The very next day I get called to the office same woman was there and she said that I was not allowed to rent there anymore that I was flagged and I asked if she would read the flags to me and she said they were by Harold not her and that it was because one they're not registered service animals with the Ada yes apartment addresses and all that in which he never saw my cards never once asked to see the cards nor did he know anything about it I'm going to send pictures of the cards in which both are registered Ada's so that lady doesn't know what the *** she's talking about but anyway she gave me another problem about the animals that she did Resurrection so I'm going on and on and I told her I didn't appreciate what she did yesterday was very unprofessional about her questioning my disability my husband's disability and all that and that technically the card says right on it you don't even have to show the card they should not be questioning you. And that emotional support animals are now the same I just wanted to let her know that part in case somebody else comes with an emotional support animal however she claimed that oh I was just asking for myself because I'm interested I think it's cool that people are allowed to have service animals now you know that just happened I'm a veteran myself blah blah blah tried to basically apologize without apologizing cuz she knew that she would be in trouble but prior she was just telling me that's the whole reason I have to get out is because of the dogs because one they were left in the room alone for 5 minutes as I went to the store quickly that's the only time I ever left the room was the grocery shop once or when they called me down and so there was another flag saying that they weren't actual registered animals and then there was another flag saying I think it was on the same flag that I was asking for a refund for the service animals that were not service animals and also that it should not take two weeks for them to become service animals all the sudden in which like I said he didn't even see the cards when I send you the picture you will see you can tell how old these cards are not again not that it's any of anybody's business the reason I stayed at super 8 is because I had good experience in Florida in the past and I know that dogs are welcome pets in general are welcome so I knew I wouldn't have a problem especially because their service animals. They're well trained they did nothing to the room no damage is whatsoever they were taken out daily numerous times a day well fed all of that they cause no problems I cause no problems I had zero company whatsoever I didn't play loud music wasn't yelling nothing like that didn't even come down for breakfast because it was pointless the breakfast is advertised was not even available all there was was stale cereal and a juice machine that was broken and apples and bananas that was literally it I looked online and they're supposed to be sausage amongst other things. Also I have to pick a bone with the unlimited breakfast all I wanted was juice one morning and the first Day a different lady gave me two juice boxes as their children size they're tiny the second day I asked for two juices and I got turned down and said come back later you can only have one in which I did later and then that became a problem because it wasn't breakfast time anymore so it was just a big or deal and I just didn't even bother with the juice anymore it was a joke also the elevator was broke the first three days that I lived there and they put me on the top floor where smoking and pets are allowed so my dog has a very hurt leg right now as she just had a major surgery I was having to carry her up and down the steps didn't complain one bit didn't ask for a discount didn't nothing didn't even mention it but on day two of staying there or day three maybe I was sitting in front of my mirror I just gotten out of the shower and I was sitting in the main room there's a mirror at the foot of the bed and somebody comes barging in the room in which I realized was a employee housekeeper male guy. And he didn't apologize I screamed in like shock...he just walked back out I assume he thought that I had checked out but he damn sure should have knocked or something and when I was called down to the office the second day in a row about the dogs I did mention to the lady that I was walked in on and that I've had numerous problems that I haven't mentioned so I began to mention them all she claimed that it's okay I have a nice butt and body so that's perfectly fine basically and that we didn't have any male employee that was older just younger and when I said it was like a couple they always are on the 5th floor working is a Spanish guy she said oh yeah yeah yeah he thought you checked out that's all. So basically no apology for anything also she was the same woman that I had mentioned the bugs too day one I realized that there was a bed bug issue you can clearly see it if you lift the mattress if you look at the mattress there's dots all over it I had the housekeepers coming and look at the bed and they said that they understood I asked for bugs where they said they're not able to give me bug spray nor change the mattress protector I didn't want the mattress protector changed I wanted a different room this room needed to be shut down there was a lot of them so anyways the front desk lady told me that it was just please she didn't even bother to look up go up there or nothing they did nothing to fix the problem I'm going to send you pictures because both of my service animals are tore up missing for now and which they came in perfectly fine they're healthy animals never had a problem with them the one just left the vet and I have that on file literally just left the vet for her leg and both of them are infested with something I'm not even sure what it is but it's like mange now there was definite bed bugs in there however I looked online and it says bed bugs would not infest animals I guess they would buy animals yes because when I cleaned their blankets they were definitely signs of bed bugs and actual dead bed bugs so anyways that was an issue as well and that never got acknowledged any complaint that I had never got acknowledged and I didn't begin to complain until I kept getting discriminated against over my two service animals which cause no problems of whatsoever and she kept telling me I was not allowed to handle them. When I told her that I was a schizophrenic and I needed them as well she said oh I don't know anything about that I just know about the service animals nowhere on this car does it say that he is only person to handle them we are the only two people that handle the dogs they're my baby Sue and I will get registered if I need to my damn self another problem we had from the beginning Heather's card that was on file kept getting random charges on it she went down and paid $120 she wanted to get two nights they only put on file one night and charge her for one night but the next day she had a $30 charge and a $15 charge and when I asked the manager because we had to buy another night so we both went down there me and Heather when she got off work and the manager said no it was only one night and those chargers was because you have a smoking room and pet room the pets but Heather clearly told the man that they worked it out for 120 that night cuz we're in the woman had even talked about it the dogs everything is included and obviously we had a smoking room so she was well aware of that she never got refunded for that either and it went on from there they had me come down and sign for Heather's card quite a few times they would call the room or have somebody knock and say I need to come down and sign which Heather didn't mind it it was just the charges anyways on the second to last day staying there which was not yesterday but the day before Heather was at work and I needed to pay for a reservation because I did it online and it did it for a day late so basically I needed to pay for that day the next day was already paid for a type thing which was fine so she called and told them just to put it on the card that's on fire like they always had the lady stated that Heather was not allowed to she needed to come in person and present her ID and her card and all this stuff and we explained that there was no problem before when they charged the card and that she could come right after work or whatever needed to be done and also that I had a friend calling and pay for my room one day he lives in Calabash North Carolina man lee it's on record they charged him $150 for the room and there was no issue with that. There shouldn't have been an issue seeing how Heather was on the room and I was on the room she wasn't staying there or anything but she's the one that bought my room originally so both of us were on the room both of our IDs were on file etc etc. Now the main problem is the fact that I was told and made to come down to the office the day that I left was yesterday and told I was not allowed to stay there so just be aware that at any point Harold could come in and kick me out because he's the one that put the flags on it they do not rent and all that and I already told you what the flag were about they were all bogus anyways but that she was going to let it slide since I had already paid two days prior just don't order any more rooms and I said okay that's fine can you print out those flags or is corporate able to see the flags and she refused and also said there was another flag on there but she didn't pay any mind to it and couldn't read it for me so it probably was nothing so I'm curious. Also the housekeepers were nasty to me when I needed fresh sheets he said that he already gave me one set I had two double beds and was arguing with me about it I tabbed the lady come in and look and see that there was no sheets it was just one thing after another after another after another nothing but disrespect disrespect and I definitely felt discriminated against for sure 100% without a doubt and was in fact so after that I went back to my room and then the housekeeper started banging on the door banging on the door banging on the door so I went to go get some floor cleaner and I was in the shower when they had knocked so I accidentally left my bathroom door cracked and when I got back to my room my dogs were in a fight they don't get along they just started not getting along my husband was hanging a picture above the bed and they got into a fight so they just haven't been getting along lately so I kept them apart and because they got in a fight I got kicked out immediately it was morning time still and the cops got called on me and he gave me 30 minutes to pack as I've been there two weeks I told her I was going to take longer than 30 minutes so it was a big ordeal I don't even know why he called the cops there was no reason to call the police I had no problem getting out if I would have known I was being kicked out because of the dog fight but it wasn't even a big deal and it was their fault if you asked me they would not stop bothering me making me go down to the office right then and there drop what I'm doing who wants to be treated like that I wasn't even able to use the pool not one time because I wasn't allowed to leave the animal in the room under any circumstances so it was just *** living there and I was getting ate up anyways I'm all ate up up as well as my dogs. I think I spend roughly a couple thousand dollars at that hotel so I consider myself a pretty good customer because most days were about 150 a day at 2 weeks I expected at least to be treated with decency as I spent about $2,000 if not more with you guys/this company and kept getting pointless things thrown at me and put on our name to where we couldn't rent there anymore none of which was true.i cannot believe they said that my dogs peed on the bed and I needed to get out I wasn't allowed to rent there anymore they were telling me I couldn't rent there that very day so I had them come up immediately do a whole inspection of the entire room and they had no choice but to let me rent now this was the day after I stopped paying the $40 fee so I know that that's all it was every single day then on was a problem prior to that never a problem but because I stopped paying $150 a day and I was only paying about $100 a day then it was an issue. If anything I'm the one who should've gave problems to them with the elevator being broken for days I should've gotten discounted for having to carry a really heavy doggy up 5 flights of steps breakfast was not up to par drink machine broke couldn't go to pool had bugs eating me alive staff walking in on me naked as well as giving me problems about new sheets ECT. I had to get towels from the front desk on the day that I was told dogs peed on bed because staff that was cleaning rooms on my floor claimed they were not assigned to my floor as if it's such a damn problem to give a few towels. So here's where the main problem comes in and I'm suing because of the last day. I wasted 103 dollars just to be brought down to office for over 30 mins saying that I could be kicked out at any moment to just be packed stay prepared over something that was the furthest thing from untruse ide love to attach all pictures of proof!! So they handled it very very unprofessional calling police and having me get out imediatly over not paying the 40 fees anymore because that's really all it comes down to there was no problems prior. My dogs are well trained don't potty inside don't bark unless someone is at door ECT they are service animals there to provide service so there's constantly working pretty much and stay alert ...the maintenance man also wouldn't come to fix my fridge or chair in which was broken from day one all because he was scared of my animal in which I had put on leash and was holding on other side of room he refused so Ibwas told to bring chair in hallways and he fixed it but never fridge and when I took the dogs for walks he had no prob being right next to the dogs even petted her one time. Things have been tough enough on me without my husband being around 24/7 because he's been working on a project with his dad.the fact that I was thrown on the street no time to pack my things neatly they kept my 103$ and I was informed ide get security deposit of 100 back on heathers card since there was no damages to the room I even make sure it was wiped down before leaving even though I wasn't given time to do so I figured that's what he wanted so I made sure it was tidy before leaving. When Heather arrived to checkout 5 mins after me leaving with first animal she grabbed other animal did a quick look over of the room and then went to office and was informed that my service pets were not real ones and that they are taking the deposit for the 40$ per day fee ...this isbwhy I'm suing. They didn't care about my concerns wants needs issues but instead we're money hungry thieves as well as liars and that hotel needs major work from staff as well as the rooms with bugs and unkept hallways and areas ...thanks. I hope something gets resolved but if not I've already started the process of civil court if I hadn't have had the little 260$ I had left to get another room different company then ide have been screwed and was in fact screwed because they knew heather worked till 5pm and is the one with a car and wouldn'tlet me wait for her as the dogs were stressed out and needed to be separated for that time obviously and he made me take them right then nobride no family here nor friends besides very few. I'm from Florida so basically this was the very worst expirience ive come across staying at hotels. My husband is a platinum member with wyndom we shouldve just had it in name but didn't want to bother him as he's doing a very important project with his father who like I said they didnt know but he's a cop for the military so he's highly upset and knows our rights ECT. I'll see them in court! Thank you sincerely for anything you can do. They need to be repremanded . All the staff was rude at the front dest the nighttime manager straight told me I'm kicked out cuz of dogs ...I'm apauled that they had the nerve to keep deposit when Heather arrived but refused to look at my card as proof they are legit and no I didn't just get them registed as the one man claimed on the flag. I need compensation for vet bills alone as they a re gunna beenedicine for whatever whas infested them as well ase I'll document everything and ive got pictured dates and times for you if needed I'm further detail of any issues mentioned in which mom addressed

Mold infested units

Very disappointing! Manager Gina is incredibly hard to get ahold of. Attempted for 2 weeks to finally receive a call from no caller ID with an attached voicemail stating to call back. Attempted to re-reach and was directed from front desk staff they were directed to assist me as Gina was busy and didnt handle things of this nature . Upon conversing, Connie at super 8 stated an investigation had been conducted and that the documentation I submitted was falsified and of an entire different establishment. My photos are time stamped and can clearly indicate this is the same location and date of my unfortunate stay. We were left in an extremely mold infested room. Bathroom was visibly dominated by mold, see pics attached which resulted in an uncomfortable stay due to becoming ill. I was hopeful to be refunded for my 2nd/3rd night to independently depart and find another hotel but was unfortunately denied and told I can leave with no money or get over it. (I unfortunately wasnt able to be out roughly $220 and go pay for another hotel) so I was left to stay as I was in town for a work trip. I do not advice anyone to stay in this entire establishment. The video I have will not allow to be attached as its only photo applicable Mold, smoke, unkind staff completely took over this entire establishment. Desperately attempting to reach a manager from this location for 2 weeks. Hopeful a call back will take place before placing a review

I booked this hotel reservation for 5 days with Wyndham Super 8 on Cedar Creek Road in Fayetteville, NC. This taught me not to ever book so many days in advance, so I can leave and still have access to my funds. When I went to the hotel, I was told I couldnt enter the room until 2:30pm because it was still being cleaned. This wasnt a problem, however charging me a 50$ deposit, when I paid in advance was, but I paid it. I stayed out doing errands and returned around 5pm. I went back to the front desk got my key card and went to room 114. Upon opening the door, the most horrific smell came from the room. I entered the room and it was filthy: cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, dust, sticky things on the wall , blue chemicals in the bathroom shower and the smell and the door itself didnt shut completely. I decided No! Im not sleeping here with a door that doesnt shut and THIS filth is what I wasnt allowed to see until 2:30!! I went to the front desk and asked to change rooms and why. She gave me another room but didnt seem like this was a new thing. The new room, the smell wasnt AS bad, but the level of filth is beyond belief.

Where to begin first of all the room has infested with bedbugs. I woke up the first night after sleeping, and I was covered in welts from bed bugs in the sheets, my clothes , I went to go change my clothes, my back, bitten up from bed buga My Room was infested with bedbugs not only that it had a mildew smell in the air, and that was from a leak at the window was draining underneath the carpet by the wall, which caused a whole corner to be wet And thats where the mildew smell came from as for the the housekeeping not once did housekeeping come change my room down, they did not change my sheets they did not clean my garbage ,is it was horrible and to top it off last but not least after 14 days stay I want to go check out And I cant get my hundred dollar deposit back because theres a stain on the towels! are you serious? I tell you the rooms infested with bedbugs they tell me that they are gonna kick me out if I complain to them again and what do I want them to do about it? Switch me rooms. Im not switching your room sir. Yeah I got a big problem with super eight right now , I have a reference number on a complaint that I had about the bedbugs and the water coming in my window. I was continually threatened with being kicked out and the absolute audacity and rudeness of your staff here it is unbelevable. I will never ever stay at another super 8 or Wyndham hotel again! my clothes are ruined. My back is just Wellts from bed bug bites. I was completely and utterly embarrassed. When they told me, they would hold my security deposit and kick me out if I complain one more time about the bed bug infestation or mildew stench or about switching rooms. Absolute horror Hotel. I will be posting reviews on this hotel every day until this issue is resolved, and. people will know that this hotel is infested with bedbugs and the staff here is incredibly rude. Ive never been so insulted or humiliated in all my life, absolute nightmare hotel. I dont know if I might have a legal suit against what I experienced her, but I am definitely gonna press to see if I can because this was absolutely the most horrifying experience in my life.

Absolutely nothing has been done every time I go to front desk let them know and I’m threatened with removal. I can’t switch rooms.

I went down to the hotel front desk as they talk to manager about the bedbugs in the water flooding out of my window and she said there’s nothing they can do about it and the only option was to refund my money and have me leave I have my room is infested with bedbugs....

Bedbug infestation in my room floor is flooding and I woke up with hundreds of bites all over my body today in bed. Theyve yet to change my housekeeping and threaten to be thrown out. If I keep telling him about his problems theres nothing they can do about it theyre words.

1st is all website says free breakfast. All they offer is granola bars coffee and orange juice which they give you a Dixie cup about the size of a shot glass. 2nd I booked room for 2 weeks but was only able to stay for 2 days because I had to move to another location 4 hrs away and they refuse to refund unused days remaining. So basically they are stealing money because they will book my room to someone else and still charge me as if I was still in the room. That should be criminal considering that I informed them after 1st night. Highly disappointed in them taking money for a service that they are not losing any money. I checked in at 11:00Pm at night with my 6 yr old daughter. After standing outside in the cold for 15 minutes waiting to get the key we drove around the building to our room. opened the door and the overwhelming smell of smoke hits you first, you walk in an there is *** in the wall by the bed and ther is another right by the door jam, that is duct taped over. There are holes in the bedding from obvious cigarette burns, and the tub also has burns all over it. Not to mention it has standing water in the tub and pubic hairs on the edge of the tub. I called the front desk to ask for a refund, due to the unsanitry state of the room. I am advised that all tehy can do is offer me a different room. At this point the whole property is exremely run down and dirty so I do not want a different room I want my money back so I can find somewhere safe and clean to sleep with my daughter. They advise it was booked with a 3rd party ( Hotels.com) so they cannot do anything. I need to contact them. So I do after 45 mins on the phone where they repeatedly called the front desk (Diana) she continued to refude the refund. So I cut my losses, left anyway now out $150 to find a better place to sleep. Keep in mind it is now 1AM!!! i will never again visit this establishment, and if I do not get a resolution ( my money refunded) I will Never agin frequent a Super * and I will be posting pictures on every social media platform I have of how disgusting the rooms are and telling how poorly they service customer complaints.
