Can't return incompatible obsolete part

They have a very strict no return policy. Even with obsolete parts. (Pentair). I would never do business again. Customer service is text chat ONLY

Selling damaged and returned parts

Purchased a new Jandy filter what I received was a resealed used filter with no install hardware product registration or directions. Contacted Sunplay immediately and 5 days later I am still waiting for a reply. Stay away do not use this company for any reason. I'm sorry I did.

Terrible company

They say on website that you have 30-60 days to return. this is truly not the case. They pick and chose which parts you can return.do not buy!!

I BEEN WAITING 4 WEEKS FOR POOL STRAINERS. THEY USED USPS FOR THEIR DELIVERIES TO THE COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.NO

Ordered a Heyward heat exchanger at $900+/-, order was canceled due to high demand, found on site at $2100+/-. Cancel to make more money, called price gouging.

Terrible customer service!!!

I ordered a ColorQ 2x Pro water test kit from this company, and the kit arrived with one of the test solutions that is about to expire. When I called to discuss it with them they said they would not replace the soon to be expired test solution. I will never do business with them again. When you pay a couple hundred dollars for a COMPLETE test kit and then one of the reagents needed for the kit is going to expire soon, the entire kit is basically useless until I order another bottle of that reagent. I'm sure the bottle doesn't cost very much and if they cared about their customers AT ALL they would have offered to send a replacement of that one test reagent. VERY POOR!!!

Finally got response

I wrote a review on pissed consumer about Sunplay and ordering a power cord . That never arrived and could not get any response. Finally I kept on and on fussing and posting everywhere I could and guess what?! They sent me a email saying they were just going to refund my money! And they did. Then I ordered from Inyo pools and got my cord 3 days later! And it worked!

No reply and kept funds for damaged merchandise

After an order from this company I tried to cancel prior to shipment. I was told no, it had already shipped, though I was never given a tracking number. Item was eventually shipped via UPS. UPS reported the package was damaged and the items were destroyed. UPS indicated the merchant (Sunplay) was made aware. Repeated emails and phone calls now went unanswered. I finally had to dispute the charges with my credit company for reimbursement. Will never buy from this company again.

Defective Product and Refused Refund

I ordered a smart bar from sunplay and it was defective. Their customer service was terrible and non-responsive, and after wasting a considerable amount of my time they refused to refund me. They also lied and claimed the drawer in the smart bar could just be popped back in, though it is not designed to be removed from the track (which I confirmed after also wasting time talking to the manufacturer-leisure concepts). They do not stand behind their products and I highly recommend against giving them your business.

Never got my item I ordered

I ordered a spa vac never came tried calling customer service phones are down sent email no reply online chat no response. Worse customer service I have ever experienced. Still have not resolved this issue.

Never received order!

On July 12,2020, ordered a power cord for my pool vacuum , ordered from Sunplay because their site said ships next day , still have not received email saying it has shipped! I emailed them and I got this auto reply saying 5/7 days , its been 17 days!!! Then it says no canceling order , but I can return it once its delivered!!! I think I need to let my Visa card people handle this . Not sure I am not being scammed!?

Did not receive order

We ordered a cover caddy for our hot tube, never got it and cannot contact the company. They answered my first two emails with the same exact response (probably auto sent) but that was it and you cannot reach them by phone.

No response from customer service

I ordered a part for my Dolphin pool filter. It arrived broken, ironically with the same damage I had on my previous filter cover. I've attempted to contact them through their "contact us" email, several times and received no response.

Horrible service

I ordered a part from them online at night and realized it was the wrong part and called them first thing in the morning to cancel, forget it!! The have no customer service they say due to Covid, email response was generic and took 5 days saying they don't cancel orders, you must take delivery then email them for an RMA, forget that. Twelve days to get the part, 1 week no response for RMA so I shipped it back with an email and low and behold a response they received it and will refund as soon as they can as per their policy...the policy means nothing because you can't communicate with them, they won't refund shipping because they did not provide a RMA...run!!

Order not shipped, no response

Ordered a whole new filter system, phones down, no response. Want refund or my product. Giving it till end of week , then doing what I have to to get money back. Very disappointed!

Absolutely the worst company ever.

I ordered a part from this company. I paid for expedited shipping. 10 days later, and several emails and online chat requests with no reply. They only replied when I threatened to write complaints to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. They supposedly issued a refund, but yet another 10 days later, and still no refund to my credit card. If you look at recent reviews on G##gle, Y##p, and the BBB, you will see that this is a pattern for this company. Don't fall for their too good to be true prices. They are not true. If you order from these people, you will wait weeks and will not receive your goods. If you do get a reply, it will just be a stall tactic checking the warehouse; checking the supplier; the refund is coming. None of it is true. I wish I never encountered this company. Nothing but a waste of my time, and my money. My next steps are to initiate a chargeback with my credit card company, and file those BBB and FTC Complaints.
