Charged twice of the wrong price

I paid for my gas and was charged $30, then I was charged $8 at a later time for what I dont know. I only spent $7.55 at the station.

Printer never working on pumps

I have stopped at the Sunoco at 22017 Kuykendahl in Spring and I choose to pay outside but the pumps never have paper so I have to go inside to get a receipt. I have been working in Tomball since March and this is how long I have been telling them about this. It would be great, especially in a contactless age, if they could get this working.

Unauthorized Debit

Team Please note that on my Forex card ending with 6071, there are multiple debits done. There are 2 transactions of USD 75 each at SUNOCO, and one transaction of USD 9.89, which are currently on hold by my card provider . These transactions were not done by me. Only valid transaction of USD 40.25 was done by me. This is already settled with you and my FOREX card provided a hold on USD 40.25 again. Please provide your confirmation to get it unhold from my card provider. Total USD 200.14 (2x75 , one double debit transaction of USD 40.35 and 1x9.89). I hate this place.I filled up in Odem, Texas several months ago. When I got home me and my LL Bean jacket were smudged with little bits of blue “Sunoco” paint. Claim denied!

Never stop here! I contacted them right away, manager said nothing had been painted, well it wouldnt come off with soap and water. It was on my steering wheel, my hand and on my jacket. I made no other stops between Corpus Christi and Houston. They referred me to their insurance, claim was denied after several months, emails and phone calls. That jacket was over $250. Im cold-natured and used it all year long. What a rip! A real RUNAROUND!

Because the employee was very rude with me for no reason

So what happened was I was walking in the door and I had a couple bags on my back cuz I had just left the hotel I was coming in to get a carton of cigarettes and some pop and maybe a couple lottery tickets as I walked in the lady scene I had a bag she said you must leave it by the door I said may I leave it behind the counter because I have a couple thousand dollars worth of items in here and I don't want it to get stolen she said no you can leave it at the door so I simply said okay I'll just shop somewhere else I go outside to start getting my bag back on my back and light a cigarette and she comes out and she says all I was telling you is to put the bag down and you can shop and I said ma'am I understand I respect your decision but I have about $4,000 worth of items in this bag I don't feel comfortable just leaving it sitting by the door so then I was on the phone with my girlfriend and I told her I cannot shop at this store she's kicking me out cuz she won't put my bag behind the counter and I'm not leaving it out with this much stuff in it so then the lady said I called her a *** when I never did that I was fully respectful when she kicked me out because I told her I didn't call her a *** I left immediately I'm a very respectful honest person I just wanted to get a few things had she understood that I had a lot of stuff in that bag worth money she could have put it right behind the counter she lost $100 sale because she wouldn't give customer service and that is not good customer service I'm sorry that you have to have people put their bags up because of theft it's so *** but when somebody says they have thousands of dollars of stuff in their bag and they're willing to take it off and give it to you to put behind the counter she should have extended that welcome to me because I used to shop there all the time now I will never go there again she told me I was banned from the store this was Sunday morning around 11:30 a.m. She would not give me her name but I personally think that was wrong if I'm just crazy and I'm wrong then I apologize but me personally I think it's wrong what she did period I apologize for the long message feel free to contact me if you would like

I want my money put back on my card 50 dollars

I swiped my debit card and brought a couple items my gas 50 dollars total 53.35 the guy push the wrong number and hung the handle back up never did get my 50 dollars gas, went to tell the cashier he said I have to swipe my card again, he took another 50 dollars off my card, this was Friday February 10, 2023. He told me my money will be back on my card in 72 hours, now he playing dumb where is my 50 dollars

I’m making a complaint

I send my grandson in to buy me some Dutch cigars and by the way he is 21 years old and with a proper ID, and the young lady said it was not an ID, it is a proper ID from out of state,everyone else recognizes this ID except for her. So I go into the gas station to buy it myself and then she (Callie ) the worker denies me service and I explained that I send my grandson in to buy it for me inspite of her denying him that I wanted to purchase it myself. I can prove that my grandsons ID is legit. She needs to be fired also for being a racist ,and believe she is a white racist. If this matter isnt resolved I will seek an attorney.

Complain

The new black woman at the Sunoco store in Williston Florida. I have never in my entire life then treated so unprofessionally. The first time I went into the store she was talking on the phone and was not interested even in waiting on me. And she told me to get the F out of her store. I went today to see if shed sell me cigarettes. I lost count of how many times she used the F word threatened to call 911 on me. Ive been going to the Sunoco and Williston Florida for the 29 years Ive lived here. I will never ever buy gas or cigarettes at any Sunoco station because of the way this woman spoke to me she needs to be reprimanded. I need a sincere Apology from this woman. Not only would she not give me her name the owners name or a phone number where I could call Corporate how she kept saying was the F word at me

This person working has mental issues for which you could be held liable

SUNOCO GAS STATION #041399**** 6795 GLENN HIGHWAY RD CAMBRIDGE. OH 43725 Please note My husband stopped here on our way to Columbus to see a play. We stopped in a 2019 Subaru Forrester to get gas and something to eat. He let me out first because I had to use the restroom I am a 62 year old grandmother. A woman working there with shoulder length grayish hair and missing a tooth or two informed me OUTSIDE the station they had no public restroom. I said you are kidding me and walked away. As I was walking around to the car I looked down the road and said Ill go down there and laughed. She had followed me and got angry and actually was shaking and yelled that is our property. I said it is unbelievable you dont have a restroom and she said we are a gas station not a bathroom get off the property before she called the police. This should be on tape. I was very upset and told her to go ahead. If I had not been pressed for time I would have waited. I live in Pittsburgh. This woman should not be working there. I am a Sunoco shareholder they are charging 40 cents more than New Concord and they do not have a restroom and a mentally unstable person working there. Please investigate before your company is more involved Respectfully, Lisa Cannon

No star deserved rude ignorant employee

When something goes wrong I as a business owner apologize for the mistake and thank the customer for understanding and try to find a solution for both parties. At 300 Grant Ave Sunoco for the second time my fuel perks were not put in to my purchase so the cashier dark hair graying with glasses said i had to put the transaction through my debit card again I told her I had better not get charged twice because I had to swipe card twice not sorry I made a mistake or let me fix it just nasty attitude. So I told her i just want to be sure that i dont get charged twice she starts raising her voice and keeps repeating same sentence I am not illiterate and do not deserve to be treated as such. Ridiculous. She needs to be reprimanded.

Overcharged

$100.00 was charged to my credit card at the gas pump.I only purchased $26.19 gas.The amount was correct on my receipt but I was charged &100.00 on my credit card.As shown on my credit card invoice.I would appreciate if the balance which $73,81 kindly be returned to my credit card.
