I have never had any issues with Sun Tan City. I have enjoyed doing business with them for the last several years

No one says the same thing that work at the locations.

Everytime I buy 2 visits they tell me different expirations. No one ever knows the same thing or rules. Its very frustrating.

I put my account on hold and customer service said I didn’t. I have been charged three months for a service I didn’t use once. I didn’t need a credit I wanted a refund. I only tan one month a yr.

Refund that wasnt issued, a waste of money and lack of knowledge by staff. I am very dissatisfied with the entire experience. You should train your staff better.

They told me They were cancelling my membership and then they charged me $73.0 eight more times.0

When I called they offered me partial STORE CREDIT!...but they wouldn't refund the money because "our memberships keep going until they have been cancelled". They even have a record of the last time I tanned there being July 2022 but they still wont refund the money. This is one of the most crooked outfits I've run into and I'm including car dealerships in there. I'm going to show up at the local store and make an ugly scene.

Just need my necklace!!

I left a very expensive necklace there. I mistakenly said ring before. When I call I can NEVER speak to a live person. Its always a recording. I MUST speak to a live person PLEASE!!

Rude manager

One person at the Fort Wayne Illinois Road location ALWAYS acts like she does not want to be there and never greets you. Just asks if I checked in online. Why ask me if I checked in online when I can scan my card and you find out? She really needs to find another job where she is not face to face with people. Huge turnover here. Wonder why? Also every time I call the answering machine kicks on with the hours of operation and I am told to call back during business hours as they are closed. Really?

My card is being charged 2 times a month every month for several months. I was told when you sign up you can tan at any location. Is this not true???

Sun Tan City Omaha Ne. 71st & Pacific

An assistant manager was unprofessional & scolded me for no reason. She is not good customer service!! If & when I go there, I avoid her. This location also has issues all the time. Beds won't turn on. The bathroom toilet sucks. The bathroom is usually clean. I want my 10.99 membership back. The member PKGs are too expensive & so are the lotions.

The bed was filthy

I requested a instant and got a fastest that was filthy layed In someone elses sweat! I went to the front desk to let them know and they told me they didnt feel comfortable talking to me.

Expired paid services

It's ridiculous that there's an expiration date for what WE PAY OUR HARD EARNED MONEY FOR, be that as it may, I will no longer be purchasing anything with this company unless I'm at their door to utilize service right then, if not it's totally not worth my time! Never have I ever paid for services that I cannot use just because I'm not able to get free when YOU want me to.

I froze a tan account for $5.00 monthly til reactivate. I was debited the amount for January, then charged a $25.00 fee a week later. Contacted my local salon & referred me to Soulutions number that replied to email them no phone contact returned. Invalid email came back 3 times. I've exhausted attempts. Need matter resolved by someone still
