I need my refund back

You guys cancel my kids flights on Tuesday and Wednesday. My refund from is $1818.16 that is my refund. Can you guys please give me a call. If i cant get my refund from back, I know what setp i going to take. Because i spent too much money that day.heres my kids name. Euphemia H Gray and my son name is Clarence L Gray.

Baggage damage

My baggage was lost in Minneapolis and it arrived six days later and I had fish in it which is a perishable product. It probably wouldve been good for three days maybe four but when I received it, it was rotten. I had to throw away the whole cooler and all the fish. I have reached out twice with messages on what to do know what my next steps are, but nobody has returned any of my emails, I did file a claim when it was missing but like I said, I still have not heard back from anybody or please tell me what my next steps would be. That would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much your time Todd.

Charge twice on my credit cardcharged on my credit card

We put a charge on my card to pre-pay for baggage Tell me and my sister both paid another $50 to get our begging Shawn when we got to the airport there was no report of it. But I have to charge on my card for $120.

Checking on a charge on my credit card

Noticed a charge on my credit card to Sun Country airlines and just wanted to see who had made the reservation, have tried to call customer service but been on hold for 30 minutes, the prompts don't give you just a customer service rep, it is for flight times, bags, etc, would just like to talk to someone

Always end up sick after flying with them.

The last few times I flew Sun Country the plane was dirty when we got on, I have gotten a pretty severe head cold up to 48 hours later. Pretty sure they stopped sanitizing during supposed cleaning process. Time to try another airline.

Refund and lost luggage's

We had a 6 hours flight delay .I had a return flight 5:30 pm but due to 6 hours delay we did get back 11:30 and then luggage was lost and they said didn't know where it was .

TSA misinformation

Whenever I fly Suncountry out of Savannah they never have my TSA number. When they try to add it to my ticket they say the birth dates dont match. I fly many airlines quite often and never have this issue. When flying out of Biloxi they are able to add my TSA without issue. I called the consumer number to try to get this corrected. The woman told me I had to call a different Suncountry number and when I requested it she hung up on me. TSA said its an issue with your records but I seem unable to get this corrected. Very frustrating. Its a problem only in Savannah Ga.

Finding gate at LAX for Sun Country Flt: SY422

Our board pass for our 5:30 flight to MSP from LAX did not show a gate # but did say Terminal 1. We arrived early and went through security and looked at the "departures" board to learn what gate to go to. Nothing was listed. There were no signs showing where to find Sun Country. We called Sun Country customer service and they were no help. We asked several LAX staff to no avail. Then we then lucked out and found a LAX staff person in a yellow vest who told us that we needed to board a bus to take us to a remote terminal with gates 200-210, where our flight would depart.

Lost luggage

flew out of msp 5-1-23 to Las Vegas connecting to Dallas checked bag staff left bag in Vegas bag rep said wait till bag machine stops guy long gone, said they told us we had to get bag on 2nd plane ourselves.if you were going on connecting flights why? they never said that call email,they have no answer,today 5-4-23 they have no clue where bag is, no clothes meds wife sick ( no meds) toiletries 5days had to buy $150. so bag supposedly get here Fri 5-5-23 leaving sun 6pm to go home spent $992.00 on round trip wth bags ,so nothing no comp filed complaint with mn attorney gen & corp bad trip stress,

Luggage didn't arrive

Im in South Carolina for my sons wedding and my suitcase did not arrive with my flight! It ended up in Las Vegas, I paid $60 to check suitcase in. When someone finally answered customer service 2hrs later. Sun country said I would not get a refund or reimbursement. They claim it was checked in late and no help! Why was it sent to Las Vegas and why did they say it was checked in late! I was there on time!! And why was it sent to Las Vegas??? Manager of baggage claim was at a funeral and was not able to be reached till Monday so nothing could be done!!! Help I have no clothes No shoes and my gift is in my suitcase!!!
