Confirming reservations was slow because only 2 people working but it’s all good

Beautiful resort with ample pools plus Pickleball which is a bonus for us! Comfy bed and furniture. Kitchen fully stocked. Weber has grills a few feet away. Would definitely come here again.

RESORT WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY

Booked a stay from Friday to Monday for Memorial day weekend. On Friday, all flights from Laguardia Airport in NYC were canceled due to a rain storm. It was on the news. I called the resort and they were rude and disrespectful. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Timeshare owner

We stayed there May 29th 2022. After a 5 he drive and 8 hrs at SeaWorld we just wanted a shower abs bed.There was no shower curtain in the wheelchair bathroom. I had to call 2 times to get a curtain. Finally at 10:20 an hour and half later i was told it was out the door. No knock no bell no call. Then after pulling out sofa bed there were no sheets not covers another 1hr wait. I requested a knock on the door. We were not happy.

Just stayed for 2 weeks house had dirty diapers in kitchen receptical dust on lamps floors not cleaned correctly linen not cleaned and sanitized ended up with big bits on both ankles

Reported my credit card lost they had my name lady 4 numbers on card color of card and the issuer but I left the morning of may 13 at 745am and at 10 am my card was used at their rental area for the wave runners for $150? Really how can they justify the card being used anywhere on the property after it was reported lost on their property? So to answere their question how safe do you feel staying there? Well you cannot even control the follow up of who is still at your resort and there credit card is used 3 hours after they leave? Then you try to contact them and you are left on hold . I am totally convinced they do not care about their owners or people who stay there

Need help giving away this Timeshare

My husband has become extremely ill, He is in Stage 5 Kidney Failure, he recently had a heart attack and when I took him to the hospital they said he is now also in Acute Liver Failure, his time is limited. So we are trying to clean up his estate before he passes. This is the worst company, we have paid it off 100%, and they still won't take it back (at no charge) or let us just give it back to them. They are not cooperating at all. I have contacted many departments there at Summer Bay in Clermont Florida, but no one is willing to help, they referred me to a company that could sell it for me, which they wanted $599 up front. When I checked them out on the Better Business Bureau, many many consumers said they take your $599, and you never hear from them again, and thats who they want me to deal with. I need help, and I don't know where to turn. I have contacted the Florida Consumer Affairs, the Better Business Bureau, etc. Can someone please help me.

You dont care of your abuse thought us . We have been trying to have it corrected since . Your care has been 0000000 nothing

We already wrote to your many, many, many trained employees to don't care to members complaints. All we ever gotten are phone calls demanding maintenace fee. Yet we have in 5 year not given one day, at the location we are to attend upon going to the resort. You have abused us after you took our money. Given us not the resort location in 5 years, which we applied for. Yet you have the Dishonesty, the Abuse, and the Nerve to Charge us for Maintenance fee. FOR WHAT You have kept us out of the resorts. (( PISSED CONSUMER IS NOT WHAT We Are.)) As you called US. ABUSED CONSUMER IS WHAT IS THE CORRECT TERM. Abused and Robbed, of our hard earned $$$$$$ Tens of Thousands taken from US, and not given us the share we bought. Hope we live over 100 Yrs to tell the world of Exploria Resorts, Specialy the one located at Claremont Fl. Abusive and reffusing to being Honest to a member, or returning all money's paid. If they were not to HONOR THE CONTRACT.

A one star resort

Don't go to this resort. I've stayed at dozens of resorts near Disney over the last twenty years and this is the most run down, poorly operated resort ever. The week of 28 September, 2019 was our week there and we couldn't finish out the week! We called every day to have something fixed: lamp couldn't be turned off without unplugging from the wall outlet, hair dryer wouldn't work, dryer wouldn't heat, smell in second bathroom never went away; we just decided to not use it, ( I think there might be mold in the bathroom fan)... anyway, don't book a week there.

Exploria - Exit Option or Timeshare Owners

I was told that Exploria does not have exit option similar to other timeshare companies like Wyndham who loss a class action lawsuit recently. Want more information as to why not? The company knows that there is no such thing as resale, there is only deed back for owners. Also, if there were a resale, who would buy at a resort that had a sink hole that took out two of their buildings. There is still a safety concern for this resort.

Exploria Poconos not giving Refund back

Me and Family had been to Six Flags for a visit. On our visit we saw marketing person saying he is exploria resort individual and offered us trips to Poconos resort of exploria. He took 40$ which was a refundable deposit on attending a presentation in the resort and we will be given 40$ VISA card on the visit. We went to Exploria Poconos resort and attended the presentation on Sunday, July 14, 2019 TIME: 9:00 AM. After attending the presentation we were expected to get our 40$ back,but representative told us that they are short of the VISA card and we will be mailed the card. It now been 3 week since the visit, i still havent got my refund. On calling the exploria customer care person who picked up phone eventually after lots of excuses said that he will speak to his manager, on subsequent calls the representative started becoming rude on calls and told us not to call again and again. I have lost my 40$ i think. This has been a terrible experience and i am shocked that Exploria resorts and as a matter of fact SIX flags are cheating people for just 40$. It's a shame. Will i get my refund back?

Injured

I checked in and the next day I was on my way to the pool. On my way I fell on a broken brick on the sidewalk. I took a terrible fall and ended up at the walk-in. Since being home I have left 3 messages for them and no call back. Very disappointed

So ANGRY!

The worst!! I have yet to see good reviews about them and so sad that we ever got involved. We received a phone call, today, on January 20th. They said that we never showed up for our reservation in Orlando, on Feb. 15th. Uh, we never made a reservation. I looked at our account, and sure enough, it's listed, but we never made this reservation. Why do you ask? Because I run a business that has an event that weekend and I could not have made a reservation even it I wanted to!! The man who spoke to my husband insisted that one of us called to make the reservation on Jan. 31st, 2019. I asked to talk to the man and told him that first of all, I am the only one who deals with our travel plans, second, that I only do them online, and third, we never travel in winter, never! He kept insisting that I did and I said that if he liked, I would send a copy of our phone records, which show NO phone calls to Exploria at any time that month. I was told that since we did not cancel it, in time, that we lose our "expos" (points) for that trip. How could I cancel a trip that I never knew existed?! He kept insisting, over and over that we did. I became so frustrated that I blew up at him and told him that I wanted all paperwork and voice recordings of the call, sent to my email, and that I wanted our expos reinstanted. He said that can't happen. GRRRR!! We have had almost zero luck with this company in getting reservations where and when we want them and in the few years that we started with them as Exploria Marketplace, and then upgrading to ownership, have only been able to make ONE vacation with them. It's horrible I told him that my next step is my lawyer and I mean it I let my husband talk me into this stupid company, against my better judgment, and now we are both regretting the thousands of dollars that they have made from us. Most reviews on this company stink. I can see why!

About 12 years ago I stayed at Summerbay but I had already purchased and owned at Orange Lake. My maintenance at Orange Lake was $657 annually so I was convinced to sell Orange Lake and purchase at Summerbay where the maintenance was drastically lower $193. I was billed over $12000 which I paid in full. In 2009 I loss my job and was not able to pay the maintenance so I was again convinced by a company to sell and paid an up front fee of $500. of which the timeshare was never sold and I lost that money. In early 2010 I contacted Summerbay and was told that my Timeshare was foreclosed. Now all of a sudden I am getting a bill of $6,257.47 on a Letterhead of The Villas of Summerbay. When I call the company which is Exploria, and is now claiming that I still own the property as it was paid in full but was in Bankruptcy and is now pulled out of bankruptcy.

Stole our week we have owned for 26 years

Exploria condescend to buying an extra every other year week to switch from week on her ship two points and enroll this in their Crown club. after 3 years we canceled our membership in Crown club because we were not using our points to purchase anything. No one told us we had to have Crown club in order to keep our points. As a result they stole our unit at our hundred 28000 points. We are going Summer Bay 426 years before the resort was even built. trying to straighten this out all we get is one running around and lie after the other just trying to sell us more timeshare rather than fixing the issue
