Worst company to deal with.
Scam artists. Sell tickets, don't deliver, don't pay their tax and then go into administration. After speaking to the solvency company you can get a refund if you sign an NDA and remove all negative reviews.

Ripped me off - Lost £8000 !!
They are very good at selling you stuff, but delivering upon promises is not their strong suit. I purchased for £8000 in UPW tickets in 2019 and up until now nothing has been resolved. it is appaling! Free ticket was supposed to be happening this year, then I've read on Facebook pages that they want everyone to give them another £100 for the ticket. Also, why can't you guys keep promises like a normal company? I've been reaching out for more than 3 years and I am just being ignored. Once, promises were made to correct all of the errors, but nothing has ever been addressed! horrible

Not refunding an event not happening From Tony Robbins
Success Resources have taken $20,000 of our money for tickets to see Date with Destiny with Tony Robbins in Australia. They have bluntly said they do not have the money to refund us, yet they continue to trade. This is absolutely immoral on there behalf and for Tony Robbins to continue to do business through them is a reflection of his character. Avoid at any means to buy tickets through this company.

Same experience as previous reviews. Crooks! Will steal your money. They are not offering refunds at this time as business is going through a tough time due to covid. Tony robbins promised refunds. Their response we aren't tony robbins! Will only book zoom calls now from your mobile so the calls can't be recorded. Well guess what I recorded it! Zoom call with customer service who insist they are the Complaints department. Can't speak to anyone else except for this one person. Absolute joke! Your business will go under not because of covid but because of the the way you have handled this crisis.BTW they will tell you a new event is scheduled for sept 2022. When you speak to them again and tell them this isn't true they will tell you it's not scheduled but in the pipelines and will notify once confirmed. Absolute disgrace of a company! Would never ever book an event through them again and neither should you!

Brought Tickets in 2020 for a Live in person Tony Robbins event. Event was postponed Three times due to covid. All covid restrictions have now been lifted And still no New dates. No communication from Success Resources. Make sure you read the Terms And conditions before parting with any money.

Horrible Service - No Compassion
Rather humorous that one of the options of stars they give you is refunds but you cannot get one. Honestly I was excited for the event. Bought tickets. Then COVID happened and everything got moved. Called for a refund. No can do, we can offer you tickets to see X,Y,Z.. if I wanted tickets for them, I would have purchased tickets for it. Zero compassion. I will never recommend anyone to deal with them.

No event, no service - you need to refund
I paid for an event in 2019 that has now been cancelled 2 times - trying 2 years to get my refund. They will not respond to emails, do not answer the phone and when you book a call, they say the same bs read of an idiot sheet about 'the next' event you can get your money back - then promise a supervisor will contact you that never does. Tell you they have sent an email that never arrives. They are scammer. Keep your money. Fraud. No event, no service - any other company would have to refund!

Not refunding for event that they have cancelled 3 times
I booked two tickets for the UK event with TR and having cancelled 3 times they just excuse themselves saying that "they are not cancelling but running it online", that "you are not eligible for refund" . Online event is not nearly close to the original format. I want my money back, after covid19 a lot of people have financial problems and deserved to be treated with respect. This business is very unethical.

still no reply, they aren't getting back and not accepting to refund, many cases as mine, however its $5000 pending. this company is not really honest for their consumers from i saw in the emails comments.

Two tickets for Date with destiny diamonds and UPW from Tony Robbins in Australia have been sold to me via phone, asking if I can get a refund in case of reschedule of the event. The tickets have been purchased in 2019 and i am still in contact and fighting with them to get a full refund of $5000.

Worst experience Ive had with a company! Brought tickets for Tony Robbins live event in October 2020, the event was cancelled due to COVID, been rescheduled three times over the last year. Asked for a refund to be told that we are not entitled because the event hasnt been cancelled but rescheduled. The response I got when I asked when is the new date is laughable, sometime in 2022 as we are not allowed to hold events in 2021. So no actual date is booked they can basically hold onto my money. Honestly read the terms and conditions before you go anywhere near this company. We are currently seeking advice to somehow get our money back.

Scammy practices and poor customer communication
We all understand things have changed since Covid-19, but Success Resources re-scheduled certain live events like UPW several times in 2020. They did however state some of these dates as new definitive. I've lost a lot of money on plane and hotel costs, but that isn't the worst. In November 2020 they announced a 2-for-1 deal. We would get a free, complimentary ticket to UPW live and still have the UPW physical ticket for the next event. I have been asking about this in February 2021 I did not receive any reply. They promised to send an e-mail with updates around December 2020, and we are almost three months later now. I've booked Live Tony events with these guys before, please don't, or you will be scammed. I paid 12K for business mastery and ended it up in a row of people who paid 1/5 of what I paid, and they got exactly the same. AA

My daughter (a single parent) was looking for financial advice and believed Graeme Holm is a financial adviser. Graeme Holm's company Success Resources took $1,500 on the basis that she was promised she would receive a refund if Graeme Holm was not to assist her with financial decisions. When she described her financial situation Graeme Holm told her he could not help her, but the guaranteed money-back refund was only available if requested within a few hours. This was not clearly explained to her. This company has no intention of helping people - only relieving them of -hard-earned funds. For Graeme Holm to even be associated with Success Resources means he has no credibility as a Financial Advisor.

Applied for a john lee bootcamp on social media marketing and after i transfered the money, they not only did not provide me a ticket for the bootcamp, but refused to reply to my emiail of a refund as well. Terrible customer service and a scam of a company NEVER EVER EVER Sign up for anything related to this dodgy company.

Refusing a Refund for a Canceled Event
BEWARE - DODGY COMPANY!! SRA is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Turned off phones and refused to refund money for an event that was canceled. Say all correspondence must be via email ...then respond with cut and paste responses, refusing to refund money. After many emails and contacting the parent company, SRA agreed to refund money in, up to 7 days ...then emailed me 10 days later and asked for 30 days ...its now been 7 weeks and they have said they hope a refund will be in another 30 working days ...the arrogance of this company is astounding and the staff are incredibly rude. BEWARE AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!! COMPLETELY DODGY.
