Your app sent the order to the wrong place

Hi there, I re-ordered Subway on the app and you sent it to the wrong location. Once we realized it was going to the wrong way and long overdue, I tried to locate the driver - the phone number was out of service everything. I ordered $30 worth of delivery and you are not available. You ordered to the wrong delivery and your app still says in transit. This is so unacceptable not to mention I am an avid subway customer. All screenshots to be requested as I can't share here.

NO customer service

My subway account was compromised and 6 orders placed in Chicago, IL. I have tried GetHuman and it does not work. When it does actually call it hangs up immediately. If you chat it is a robot and if you want to talk to someone you have to pay! This is the most ridiculous thing ever.

Didn't get order

Yes they're still an issue on July 21st I place the online order doordash pick the order up from your store and I guess the driver gave my order to someone else I got into contact with doordash as they say they take full responsibility and they reimburse you guys and I've been trying to call to speak with someone to get my refund because doordash said they reached out to you guys and couldn't get in contact with you guys and I called the store I placed the order at and the guy I spoke with said he was the manager said that he could not refund my money that I had to get in contact with corporate and I've been trying to get in contact with you guys since. Dennis says it only took 22 something off of my car but when I look at my car statement it says it says $30.16

Complaint about 7/28/23 experience

I went to Subway #1380-0 on 1657 Mohawk Blvd. in Springfield, OR 97477 today at 6:30 pm. I was served by 227. I asked for a footlong BLT and was told that I had to pay the additional price of $3.98 for the 12" Veggie Delite Sub since they didn't have "the button" to push for a BLT. She said that the other stores did have the button and didn't charge this overage but she couldn't do it. I had promised my daughter that I would get this BLT for her but I felt like it was highway robbery. The attitude of the staff was below standard *** about how the drive-thru was closed but the people were stupid and couldn't see their yellow sign. Another customer pointed out to her that their sign was on the ground and that's why they were waiting still. She told me in the middle of making my daughter's sub that she had to leave and go put up the sign again. When she returned I told her I was really unhappy having to pay an additional $4 for the bacon when I didn't really want a veggie sub to start with. She said that the Walmart doesn't charge for it and the last store she worked for didn't either but without the button she had to charge me extra. Then she asked if I wanted tomatoes, and I noticed that every tomato was green and unripe. I said I'd like better tomatoes than that, and she said that's how they all are, that's what we got on our order today. I mean that is really *** So I didn't get any...or for that matter any other veggies. So I got billed $12.67 for a sub that should have cost no more than $9, and on top of it all she short-changed me and gave me 6 cents for my change which should have been 33 cents. I mean that is disgusting altogether. I told her I've been a customer for years at Subway, but after today that is my last sandwich from you all. I waited a long time in line for orders coming through online, and after all that wait I got lousy service, a *** BLT, and short-changed. Complaint about restaurant

I'm a worker at the local Wal Mart where subway is located, and I went to get some ice and water and there was something I can't describe inside the ice cube, and when I took and let the manager whom name to Jade see it her exact words" we don't have access to it but I'll let someone know about it! And proceed to continue to let other customers get ice from the machine instead of closing it down and cleaning it, I've uploaded pictures if needed.

Did not receive food

I ordered food online and It was never delivered, so I asked for a refund through the delivery service and they said that the merchant is not answering. I have been calling the subway store since 2:54 pm (pacific time) and the number is out of service. All I want is a refund for my order. I even left a review for the store about their phone not being in service.

Excessive mayonnaise and it was not spread on the bread, but plopped into the middle of my sub

I ordered a sub through the app and asked for mayonnaise. When I saw my sub, mayonnaise was *** out of every opening. I opened the sub up and the sub maker just put a big glob of mayonnaise on top of my other ingredients instead of spreading the mayonnaise on the bread! The attached picture was after I had already scrapped some of the mayonnaise off.

She fired me and accused me of stealing over $1500 worth of food in 1 month then continues changed her estimate on how long she says I was stealing from the store, shes requesting $1500 from me and has filled a police report. Im a minor and she is withholding my paychecks, its against Ga state law to withhold a employees paycheck after last day of employment Sharmila Hudda have done nothing but cause tension, she fired my boyfriend who worked at a completely different store for no reason at all, which she said on video and in messages, she also blocked me after I told her I had contacted legal aid, and the department of labor but still is withholding my checks, after blocking me I contacted her son and business partner aamish captain, who I got no response from, but minutes later sharmila Hudda unblock me saying not to contact her son or her again and that if I did she would file a case of harassment on me for simply contacting them both kindly about my paycheck. I have never threatened either Sharmila Hudda in any way but she constantly calls my apartment complex threatening the property manager saying she will call the cops, saying shes going to file harassment on me, saying shell pay any amount of money to get me convicted and sending nasty messages to me. I have a 10 minute video/ audio recording and picture evidence of Sharmila admitting to everything shes done. I need help, getting this story out, Im working with channel 11 and fox 5 to put this story out, sharmila Hudda and aamish captain have done this to multiple other employees, Im partnering with other former employees with evidence as well. Bad service

I had a coupon for a one foot subway sandwich and nowhere on the coupon does it say that the steak and cheese sub is excluded from the coupon or any subway sandwich is excluded from the coupon for that matter. But upon ordering a steak and cheese sandwich I was refused service from your employee and got very rude and very mouthy with me once I brought to her attention the fact that no sandwich are excluded from the coupon

Got #16 when order #33

Total waste of time Store #49279-0 in The Woodlands Texas on 1488 avoid they don't understand English mostly Spanish get the orders wrong phone is purposely left busy all the time. I ordered a #33 and got a #16. Any other SUBWAY NO PROBLEM! LASTLY, WHEN I ASKED IT TO BE HEATED he had no idea what I was talking about I had to point to the oven.

Today (June 30, 2023 @ 2:57 pm), I visted your Subway, #37263-0, located inside Circle K at 9901 New Kings Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32219, and was treated very rudely by a staff member! She was of African American decent and had issues with the customer ahead of me. I ordered a Foot Long Tuna Sub and she only put two & a half scoops of tuna on my sub, she asked a second employee in the back if we are out of tuna, who replied yes. I explained to the obnoxious employee that I was not responsible for her having a bad day! I was not only treated disrespectfully but was also ripped off! I am an Honorably Dischraged Veteran and will NEVER use your services again!

As a returning customer of Subway for many years, I have tried to use the mobile app as required for BOGO50 deal.

As required to receive the BOGO50 for online only. Yesterday has now been the second time that Ive tried using this feature and when the app prompts to add promo code, the code isnt accepted and charges the full price, when picking up my order, I brought the problem to employees attention, she told me she couldnt do anything about it, and dismissed us, by turning to her co-worker and carried on their conversation. This same problem has been solely at the Stanford, KY 40484 store, the older woman is extremely rude and unprofessional. My order# was 5D35E70D-6F. My prior order was the 12 turkey made as BOGO50, same promo issue, whats going to happen to resolve my refund issue, since I followed the expected to receive my promo? Please advise

I have to get an online order I got charge twice. They had a glitch in the system. I have posted the video of my sandwich. I am very disappointing because Ill otter online every other day, which you can check my portal and see my sandwich enough for being like that the customer service on Gloria Switch in Lafayette Louisiana was poor, I asked her if she could re-make my sandwich because the bread was completely hard she told me to throw my sandwiches away so I did right in front of her inside. The store is more to the story but I can explain it. I just want my refund for both sandwiches in my credit to my online account. please feel free to contact me ASAP. This has been well over a week. No one has contacted me through email or phone.

Food safety violation

The subway I have been going to for a while now left a knife in my sandwich in my last visit, I am a shift manager at a local food chain and I see this as a huge safety violation as this was left in a customers sandwich and that this could've possibly been in the hands of one of the local homeless population, who are very violent and unpredictable. I talked to the store already and they did little of nothing

Issue with 590 West Columbia Ave battle creek mi

On January 2, 2023 we ordered 2 footlongs online for pick up at the subway at 590 West Columbia Ave battle creek mi. When we got home with the food we saw that it was inedible so we tried to call but there was no answer, which we found out is a common occurrence at this location. Plus they apparently closed shortly after so maybe they didn't want to answer before closing time. So, we threw the subs away and called the owner the next day. We explained that the food was not up to par and why, told him we took pictures and had the receipt but he acted as if we just wanted free food, even though he said he wasn't accusing us of that but he had other people who had. So he said he was going to watch the video to ensure what I was saying was true and he'd call us back. He never called. So we called him again and he didn't remember anything about the incident or saying he'd watch the video and call us back. He told us he spoke to thousands of people but assured us that he'd replace both the sandwiches to just come in .I went in about a week.later and spoke to the manager. She knew nothing of the incident so called the owner. I waited til she was done helping all the other customers who came in at the same time and after me so I was there a good 30 minutes when I went back up to the counter and asked her what the owner said. She informed me she had to wait for him to call back. I asked her to take down my number and call me then I'd come right back up but she never called. She was very rude and treated me like I was beneath her. So today, now almost two months later we go to subway for our food that was supposed to be replaced again and the owner was arrogant and rude. He didn't remember anything again so agreed to just replace one sub. I was in the truck waiting for my fiance and food so when he arrived with one sub I was livid. My fiance said he wanted to get something cause he was afraid the owner would forget again and he thought something was better than nothing. Well I don't feel the same way. We paid over $20.00 for two subs we had to throw away and he agreed to replace both of them already so how was he recanting on his word. My fiance said he felt like the owner was being racist (my fiance is Mexican) and that he was just there to get free food. Well he was, the food we were supposed to have replaced. He said the manager was rude as well. So I tried to call again as soon as we got home so I could speak once again to the owner but there was no answer. So I tried two more times since and no answer. I am angry that the owner did not follow through with anything he told us he would do, at the service at this subway from employees to management to the owner and primarily that our food was horrible to begin with but the treatment since the bad food is worse than the food itself was that evening. I have never had bad subway and have eaten at subways in about 15 states but most importantly Ive never in my 48 years of life been treated so poorly but any customer service representative. I could understand if we didn't have pictures or a receipt or we hadn't made so many attempts to rectify this problem. I feel between the treatment from the employees and owner along with the food itself that this subway should be closed. The owner told us during one of our conversations that the price of food raised so much he couldn't afford it and so he wasn't accepting coupons but he made it seem like the cost of chicken prices being raised okayed the fact that there was hardly any on the sub. Why not raise the price of the sub rather than scrimp out on customers who would get more if they had they gone to a different subway. I would love to share my pictures and mord specific details on the exact issues we had with the food if anyone cares. The jist is that we are all created equal and the treatment we received made us feel less than. We don't deserve to be made to feel like we did something wrong or we are scavengers trying to get free food when we just wanted what we ordered and paid for. This is solely for the Logansport Indiana location. However when you submit a claim online it goes directly to the store manager. And all I received was we're so sorry. Hey have a great day! Luke they're petting me on my head taking me it'll be ok. This girl intentionally ruined our order by intentionally smothering all 3 footlongs sandwiches with olives and other ingredients not even listed in the sandwich descriptions. She was being sarcastic, rude, arrogant, an idiot, and unprofessional the entire time. I was the only customer there and it took 30 minutes from the time i pulled up in the drive thru until I drove away with an order that was completely messed up. All 3 were thrown away. We absolutely hate olives and 2 outlaws had no meat. This was intentionally done. I talked to Corporate. It's all digital complaints but I was told I'd that if the manager doesn't refund me, that it can be escalated.
