Resolved: CHARGED FOR FREE ITEM

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. I explained the problem and they did not agree at first but i thoroughly made my point and they agreed to refund me and make the item my free gift.

They are refunding me the $20.92 for the shirt. So it will be free to first time users.

I was charged for my free item I picked out. It said free and after check out it was added to my total. It was for the 3/4 Sleeve Cotton V Neck Stripes Elegant Blouse $20.92. This was my first time purchasing from Stylewe.

Stylewe Has horrible customer service as far as return/exchange.

I bought a denim skirt but it was too big. I sent the skirt back asking for an exchange for a smaller size, never got a smaller size or refund. Since then I ordered a dress, again doesn't fit and no one seems to know how to guide me through the return process. And you would think never to buy from you again but no not this little red hen I ordered another skirt because I promised my daughter that skirt, I have given you the bennifent of a doubt to no avail. Please make this right.

Order

I ordered some dresses and paid and two weeks later received an email saying what I ordered and paid for was out of stock this is poor business and Im very upset I dont understand how I can pay for or order a item you dont have you should not be able to order and pay for something that is sold out your system shouldnt allow these type of things to happen

When I call the line is busy.

Need to return item. The arm holes could fit a giant. I think they must cut *** and never measure. This is for a med. dress.

Need return address

Stylewe is not fair on their return policy. When I purchase an item from the I have to pay for shipping cost plus the price of the item. When I return it, I have ti pay outrageous shipping fees. Only for them to ask keep the item with 10% back, No.

Missing parts of my order.

I was sent part of the orders like I purchased the whole outfits and I only got one piece of the outfit. Then my orders not recorded in the forum or history recordings.

INCOMPLETE DELIVERY.

I have purchased items since May 23 or 25, I have received only a portion of my order, the remaining until today. I have sending emails and they keep asking to be patient until today. This become so annoying and very disappointed.

I have been trying to exchange/return two items and I have been unsuccessful in this matter. It is very disappointing to not being able to reach no one with your company. I don't even want the money

Not being able to contact someone with your company to do an exchange or return of merchandise. I think that returning items should be simpler.

I have some items to return

I haven't received response from Stylewe. I have also attempted to chat online 06/04/2023 and as of 06/07/2023 I have yet to receive any communication from customer service. I attempted chat online , and I was cut off the chat line by you all, and I tried to reconnect, but it failed on 06/06/23. I would like get a response from Stylewe to return the Merchandise. Please have customer service respond to my request.

I am still waiting on return labels

I purchased items online two months before my event. The merchandise was delayed more than three times and arrived three weeks after my scheduled event. I went online to return the items because they were no longer needed and I am still waiting on return labels. I have tried to contact the company on numerous occasions with zero success. This was my first and last time I will ever order from this company. This company continues to send me coupons to order additional merchandise, but will not send me return labels.

No refund or credit issued

No refund or credit issued for 2 items ordered on April 13, 2023 that was delivered on May 16, 2023. Money owed is $31.58 and $24.36 and shipping for $13.99 totaling $69.93! There are also complaints with the Better Business Bureau! I do not have money to give away. Is there any other way for my refund or credit?

I was told that preorder items cannot be returned! But they can keep my payment. Fraudulent practices and Facebook is the perfect platform to address and make everyone aware that StyleWe is a shady company

EDITED: StyleWe contacted me and sent me a new shirt. No longer frustrated, and I love the shirt. Ordered a shirt in November 2022. FINALLY got word that it was delivered - which it wasnt. Tried to reach out to customer service - was told they sent me a code to confirm my address (which they did not). Then I noticed the China stuff (had I been smarter, I would have NEVER ordered from there). Soits a $25 lesson for me - never do China.

Paid for my order, not receive merchandise

My orders have been incomplete, jogging suits and pants suits with no pants nor have I receive jogging suits

I believe stylewe is a scam . I am not able to contact anyone at customer service to return unwanted junk items

I have tried to process some returns of items from different orders. I have followed all t bgg e steps and the policy, have all the bvb receipts however when I reach to taking photos I am disconnected and the return is not completed. I am now stuck with items that I paid s fortune. They are either duplicates, terrible material or the size is not right. I need my refund. Do not believe D
