Wanted to return product and get full refund.
I tried to reach Stumps Party by phone, email, and live chat and was never able to get through to anyone or get a reply. Then, all of a sudden a message popped up online. It said, Due to the impact of covid on our business and an unforeseen financing issue with our bank, we are sadly forced to temporarily suspend operations. Because of the shutdown, we will not be reviewing online chats or emails. This was finally after trying to reach them for 3-4 days.

Nearly possibly to speak with a representative. When you do it's a half hour wait. Wanted to cancel my order and was told no. Do NOT order from them

Missing order
Part of my order SP4960 IS MISSING AND ANOTHER PART IS INCORRECT. I'm missing my party favor bags and my water bottle custom labels are blu and should be black and silver. I am highly upset. These things were ordered for my daughters prom. I've sent 3 emails regarding this issue and have yet to receive a response. I would like to be refunded for the missing item and for the items that were messed up.

Trying to customize sashes but words do not fit
I am a part of College Park student council and we are trying to order the silver accent royalty sashes with Homecoming Princess 2021 and Homecoming Duchess 2021 written on the sash but it does not fit as a whole but last year and previous years it worked so I was wondering if there is a chance to customize it and make those 2 fit on the sash please let me know!

Never Sent Product & Won’t Send Refund
I ordered a $260 prop for our schools prom. I was told it would be shipped before prom. They shipped 1/2 the order &;;;;;;;;;;;; put order fulfilled on the account, when it was NOT as the UPS Tracking states its still awaiting item to be shipped. I have screen shots of this. It was ordered 1.5 mons before prom. Contacted them by live chat for 2 weeks, (also screen shot the conversations) because they wouldnt return call back or emails, and now live chat is turned off, I was told it would be shipped prior to prom. It wasnt, now wont reply to refund emails.
