3 erroneous charges to our corporate card in May and the charges are unauthorized. No one in our organization would have a need for these types of services

Literally never signed up for this website I had never heard of it until my PayPal got billed I opened a dispute with PayPal that was a dead end. I contacted customer service for study pool at first they were so helpful and understanding asked me to send screenshot proof of PayPal closing the claim and not refunding. Then once they said I WOULD BE REFUNDED THROUGH THEM nothing and everytime Ive followed up with them since now its their not allowed to refund I tried calling this number it said theyre not taking calls right now like huh? Im very upset and frustrated like damn I just want my 60$ back

this website is almost a fake and scaming website im really thinking of suing this website, i had the worst experience with one tutor who has 1100 good reviews i wondered how then i found out you cant even give a bad review. and the funny part after he made me lose grades on my question and i asked for refund they refunded the money back to the website not to my card and they cut 3 dollar for service, to be honest the worst tutoring website ever seen i need my money back as fast as possible, couldnt refund the 23 dollars back to my account credit card since it says lesst trasntion is 50 dollar for gods sake help!

Bad and worst tutor experience
Hello, I am so angry and would like to complain on the highest level possible. This is mental harassment! The tutor was not at all responding on time, gave no time for review, gave incomplete answer, and finally was over due by two hours! Also rejected refund! Who is he to eat my money without service and there is no body to help from study pool. I really need an answer as soon as possible.

I cant even get into the study pool account it just goes in circles and does not let me in, I don't remember ever being able to get into to.
