Canceling this service is nearly impossible I have been trying to cancel for months now I have called, sent emails and messages on the website! Scrolling to the bottom for canceling isnt there as google suggested. Any company that makes it difficult to cancel subscription, stay away from them!!

They charged me $30 dollars then stated that I signed up for a $7 to 7 day trial, which I NEVER did. I signed up for the free account with no specialties and YUP they charged me. Terrible customer service I asked for a refund told me that wont allow it. HORRIBLE advertising how are you gonna let someone sign up for free and then charge them *** $30 ridiculous.

I canceled my subscription since August 2021. Study mode continued charging my bank account. September 2021 and September 2022 a total of $238.80 has been charged on my account. I need a refund back in my account as soon as possible
