Property Manager stealing money

I stayed one night only. I originally planned to stay 3 weeks. However, when I arrived and saw the run down motel, with other guests being extremely loud, and then it was crawling with cockroaches I immediately let the property manager know that I was checking out the next morning! He told me that I would have to get my money refunded through the online booking service. However, Booking.com said the manager at this Studio 6 was the one that charged my card~ and he did this after I told him I would only stay 1 night. Booking.com and myself have both tried to contact him, and he will not respond to either one of us! He is trying to steal $1,048 from my credit card. I finally had to open a dispute with American Express. I want to report this manger to the corporate office. He is dishonest, giving Studio 6 a bad reputation and he needs to be fired! I am requesting that a customer service representative contact me immediately! Yours truly, Stormy Josten

Stealing staff

I went to Walmart and returned approximately an half hour later. Upon entering my room it was evident someone had entered in my short absence due to water spots the size of a nickel were all over the floor from the door well to the kitchen. Also there was a couple of small puddles as you approach the kitchen. My medical marijuana was missing off the bed and the individual knocked over my colognes. I immediately reported it to the manager. She saw from the video recorder and physical examination that my clothing and shoes were dry. She reviewed the footage of your camera which showed no entry to my room but she couldn't deny the water on the floor and I took a picture of a foot print which bear's witness to my allegations. However, you've just lost a good paying customer. I just spent almost $2600.00 at the motel 6 at Fort Mill SC. The person who I know ( John ) entered my room also on the day I switched rooms knocked on my door and asked for some money citing he doesn't normally do that. I gave him ( as a Christian gave him $20.00. and told him he didn't have to pay it back. People, ( residents and staff) told me to be weary of him. Next time I'll listen. When I leave here I will never stay at motel 6 or studio 6 again. Stay blessed, Mr Jackson.

Vacation pay I didn’t get

I didnt receive my vacation pay with my last check. I was then told that I couldnt get my vacation pay because I hadnt been with the company for 90 days I was 2 days shy of 90 days but I thought because its on my check and it did say vacation hours I should receive my vacation pay nope not with motel 6 and trying to get corporate on the phone and to call you back is an absolute joke.

Refund

I would like to be refunded for the day that I paid for. I have email confirmation as well as receipts from the office for payment yet the manager showed up a day early forcing us out as well as having a trespass warrant placed against me for insisting on recognizing the receipts I possessed proving my true checkout date. She wouldnt hear it or honor it saying she didnt care about the receipts and it wasnt in her system so due to her negligence at properly handling the booking I was charged for a day and denied the right to stay because I possessed proof and didnt go immediately I was put out and ctd from the premises.

Complaint on stay and not being refund

We still have not received our last day refund.after being asked to leave on a bogos claim of property destruction.It was unfounded but still we were forced out.

Property insurance claim

I stayed at the motel 6 for at least 4 days I've noticed a bloodstain in the bed and I was the only one sleeping in the bed so I began to investigate and I found that there was bed bugs biting me not the *** crawly kind with all the fingers on it but real tiny ones and I'm still bought with it 6 months later something has to be done I feel like I deserve some monetary conversation for what I've gone through from this company

Roaches in my room

Needed a room for 7 nights. First night the room had a funny smell even though it was a non smoking unit. They couldnt change my rooms due to occupancy. Second night I find a rich crawling around the bed. Nope I kindly requested a full refund. Also suddenly there was another room available too late for me. I got a partial refund but still charged for the two days. I have to wait for a refund on my credit card and I have to find a new hotel. Im a little upset

Customer service experience

There was an issue between the third-party I booked with and the establishment I stayed with the establishment I stayed with tried to tell me my credit card was declined 1st of all that language is no longer using the customer service industry mostly because we never know if the credit card was declined due to insufficient funds or a technical difficulty and the word decline makes the customer feel poor Nowadays we use the word apply the credit card not apply when receiving your payment would be a better way to explain to a customer that the charge did not go through because my credit card was charged and I was able to show the customer service representative in real time the transfer who still argued with me and proceeded to tell me that I was wrong Ive been pulled out my booking and confirmation number she refused to see it and told me that she will not be giving me a key to the room I didnt ask for a manager or supervisor and was told nobody was here I asked the customer service representative whose name is Esmeralda if she had the keys to lock up she said no I asked her to find the person of authority that has responsibility to lock the doors so I may voice my concern and grievances with him or her the issue was finally resolved however when I came back to retrieve a second key. Esmeralda proceeded to press the issue and explain that it was not her fault to my rebuttal or replied never once did I say it was your fault however you should not make me feel like its my fault. This morning when I paid for the room I spoke to I believe a manager who again pressed the issue and protected the shield avoiding any type of responsibility or offering any type of accommodation or apology for the negative customer service that I experienced the evening before If it wasnt for the floorplan location and the amenities I would never stay here again even though management is a complete joke and lacks classiness or couth I would stay here again

I want all the money I spent at studio 6 in pascagoula Ms

I had a horrible time with studio 6 I was accused of things that I had no knowledge of .if it wasn't for my wife I would have been black balled on something that had nothing to do with me when the camera footage came back and it wasn't me I never received a apology the staff never approached me.i was told by my wife that I had to leave the hotel and that she could stay they also took the room out of my name and put it in her name and she has no ID.sat the 11 day of November my wife went to do her grandma hair and she received a call from the front desk saying that for her not to come back because they were going to call the police on me and have me removed.this is when my wife pressured them to show her the camera she. Said if it is my husband then I will let y'all call the police .it took two days for it to come back . and it was not me at all it was defamation of character it made the staff look at me different and I was treated differently I don't bother anyone I barely come out.my wife was a friend of one the girls up she thought but the girl calvinna dots and different motives and was trying to destroy us why we don't know but she kept telling my wife that the hotel was trying to find away to get rid of us but she was lying on our last night there she and picked me and my wife up it started with a phone call and my wife recorded everything from the phone call until we reached her house were she confessed that I never did anything she talked about the staff the manger who was giving the company credit card for a guy in 116 and let him pay for his room the recording is long and has real interesting info and it was given to the manger but we have so many copies so no one could destroy it I was charged for 3 days I have not been there I left on the 14 and was charged for 15&16as well I was told I couldn't get a refund only from booking I need help I want to place a law suit for defamation of character and I was humiliation me my wife.on the evening of the 13 my wife and I were scared for our safety here it was multiple people at studio 6 in pascagoula ms we called a Uber and we packed up and went to days inn in moss point but for some reason things wouldn't allow us to book a room there and we went to economy lodge were a moss point police help my wife find a cheaper third party to book a hotel and we went through *** and the police were called on us and I money was taken again the moss point police gave us a ride back to studio 6 were we went back to and that's when calvnnia dots called and the recording began until 8:00 nov14 and we presented it to the manager who was a *** and not Prof and we left I need someone to contact me on this matter I'm very unhappy and I want to pursue further with this Case cause no one should have to go through that

Overcharging, broken elevator and I cam handicap

We are being helped with housing from Henderson inc or THE FACT TEAM. Mr. Jason Ralston had a reservation made online studio 6 on Aug 23,2022. That was made online but then had to do over phone. I was still in hospital after partial foot anputation. That week we had no room w elevator, so the 1-7 and 7-14 we got moved to a downgrade per are request. We don't need 2beds. We got the building with the elevator, sadly the next day it broke down for two weeks. Still this room no roaches so I suffered throwing my walker diwn stairs. We paid a one bed rate. Then hus intensive outpatient team after I made reservations for one bed fir two weeks was not able to be done now third party. No one bed rooms avail got charged or they did but still WE LOOSE THAT MONEY TOWARDS FUTURE HELP DURING RENTAL CRISIS ARE APT ISNT TO BE READY TILL OCT 11 SOONEST NOV 1ST LATEST. SO BASICALLY WE GOT AND WANTED A SINGLE CHEESEBURGER AND GOT CHARGED FOR A DOUBLE. MOVING IS HARD ON MY BODY AND NO ONE TOLD ME THEY COULD COME IN THAT IT WAS THE ONLY WAY. I WAS TOLD OVER PHONE WAS OK. SO ITS LIKE WE ARE TRAVELING IN COACH AND PLAN ON STAYING IN COACH BUT GOT CHARGED A FIRST CLASS BECAUSE NO COACH SHOWED UP ON BOOKING.COM. BUT THEY NEVER CHANGED THE RATE NOW THE FACT TEAM TOLD US TO TRY TO GET THE MONEY IN ROOM CREDIT. NOW ITS IN THE SYSTEM AS 1BED BUT IT WAS CHARGED TWO BED OVER $450 MORE THATS FIVE NIGHTS BEFORE TAXES AND BOOKING. FEES. THATS FOUR TO FIVE NIGHTS WE ARE OWED BY THE ROOM DISCREPANCY. JASON RALSTON IS THE PERSON THIS US UNDER. I HAVE PROOF WITH THE BILL. MY PHONE NUMBER IS 561 305 ****. CALL NE ALLISON OR JASON RALSTON REGARDING FIXING THIS. THE STAFF US VERY NICE. PLEASE DON'T TAKE IT Out ON THEM IF ANYTHING NOT TRAINED RIGHT. OR CONSISTENTLY. THIS TAKES AWAY FROM OUR HOTEL STIPEND AND OUR AOT US READY SOMETIME BETWEEN OCT 11 TO NOV 1. THIS COULD RESULT IN TWO HANDICAP PEOPLE ON THE STREET FOR FIVE DAYS!!! I HAVE MOVING FOWARD EXPLAINED THAT SOMEONE MUST COME OAY IT BEFORE TIME IS UP. BUT THIS IS WRONG AND HURTING THE ONES WHO NEED IS GREAT. WERE QUITE WE CAUSE NO ISSUES. THIS ISNT A CASE OF ACCIDENTALLY SUPERSIZING A VALUE MEAL COSTING A FEW BUCKS MORE! THIS IS HUNDREDS OFF! WERE CONFUSED WHY IT WASN'T AUTOMATIC FIXED AT CHECK IN. PLEASE DON'T TAKE OUR FUNDING AWAY SO IT MAKES IT HARDER TO GET HELP OVER A ROOM WE PURPOSELY LEFT FOR A SMALLER ON SEPT, 1 2022. WE CAN'T AFFORD BIG ERRORS IN OUR LIVES LIKE SUCH AND PEOPLE ALWAYS SEEM, AND I DON'T MEAN YOUR HOTEL IM SURE IT WAS AN OVERSIGHT, JUST MAKE IT RIGHT. I SEEN ANOTHER WOMAN IN THE LOBBY AND FROM WHAT I GATHERED WHEN FIRST GOT HERE SHE HAD BEEN CHARGED TOO MUCH AND SHE GOT CASH REFUND!!! Bedbugs

Ok, I can assume that the recording of bed bugs, and the maintenance guy coming up and wipe the bed, then tell me to put the same stuff back on the bed, not give any bed clothes to replace even after I went to office and asked, then call corporate and the email says pissed consumer in bold, that I just got screwed staying at your hotel
