Couldnt see Rod wave

I purchased floor tickects on 6/13 to see Rod wave in tample fl on 9/1 for my daughter 14th birtday(we fly from norfolk va).We got to the arena at 6:03pm show started at 7pm.I pulled up what I thought was my tickect on my phone it had fl 7 section 22 no seat number(I got the email on 08/28-I didnt realize it wasnt a seat number.So we went to check in and the lady ask me to go to the box office,we went they had me call stub hub.My daughter got a rep on the phone she ask me to go to my search bar and type in accept then claim both times I told her nothing come up other then 6/13 when I purchase.Rep put me on said she was gonna fixed the issues,and that bold headed bitch(next rep told me I had a refund when I called bk) gave me a mf refund and hung up on me.The next rep JT tried to help me but it was to late since I had a refund coming my way in 5-7 business days.I was so hurt to tell my daughter we flew all this way for nothing..Please stay away and do not purchases from stub hub..

Tickets cancelled at last second

Here's the ticket I had to stacks at the San Luis Obispo concert last night 28th of July 2023 plus it was about 30 some Mile drive I had to go up there so there's no way I wasn't going in... I don't know what else to say if you want 100 symbols I'll give you one you guys suck your terrible and you canceled on me at the last second it was very frustrating.. also nobody there could help me at the concert facility of course because they're like us StubHub is iffy as they said

Payout from sold tickets

I sold tickets to a concert I was unable to go to. I sold 2 tickets for over $1000 each. Sale went smoothly and the buyer attended the show. When it was time for me to receive my payment, my account was hacked and the email and phone number was changed from my personal ones. I immediately contacted customer support and they froze the account and said they have the money and will hold it until the investigation concludes. It has now been 7 months, I have called 10 times, and have absolutely no information on my case. I have not been contacted at all and have not gotten my money. They refuse to give me the contact information for the department working on my case. I am out over $2000.

I have typo on my e-mail address

Hello! Yesterday I bought an online ticket to The Weeknd's concert in Munich on 4th August. And noticed that I wrote the wrong email address there and I can't receive messages from you, as well as my ticket. I wrote "lsstudent587@***.coml" instead of "lsstudent587@***.com" Please help me to solve this problem, thanks a lot!

Missing tickets i payed for

I have contacted Stubhub on three occasions by phone as they will not respond to emails, I have asked for an update on when I might be reimbursed and as of yet not received any response, bitterly disappointed and would like to take the matter further, I will never use this company again and fear they are going to just keep my money and hope I go away, who should I contact now

Can’t enter my account

hello this is jinah lee and i need to check my ticket coming up in 2 days but cant enter into stubhub account i used to login with facebook account and it didn't work at all. i checked the pop up&cookies that unlocked but didnt work also. i only got email that saids my payment number is #51612**** and didnt say about my order number so i cant login with other ways. i tried to figure out finding my password by sending emails but i couldn't get any emails from there PLEASE help me ASAP i dont need much time :( thank you

I didn’t make it to the concert

Somehow, I put in the email wrong, never got my tickets till the actual time the concert started, 2 hours away, before we figured out what went wrong! Not their fault. The seller of the tickets did his part & was on top of resending them immediately once the matter was straightened out. But, it was a total loss for us. Will use them again but double check your info, dont make the same mistakes we did!

Fake tickets

We bought tickets to the Portugal vs Bosnia soccer game in Lisbon and they were fake!! We want a full refund. Plus my kids had been looking forward to this game for awhile. Ronaldo was playing and it was a lifelong dream for my daughter who plays college soccer to see him. The heartbreak on her face to get all her Portugal stuff on, get there early and get to the gate and get turned away was awful!!

The take me out from the concert

I took a picture with my go-pro and they took me out of the concert. I dont read English but according to the guards signs said no videos throughout the show and they searched my purse before going in and never said I couldnt take it with me in to the event. At the first I just took a picture, and personal of security came to my seat and kicked me out with no more explanation and a very rude way. They made me delete everything and then proceeded to take my daughter out of the show as well. She didnt do anything wrong! I want my money back!

I bought a concert ticket, but I don't know how to issue and print it

I bought 2 concert tickets. First, I wanted to know if the tickets were issued in my name. Can my wife be with me or do I have to write my wife's name in the program? And the next question is, is it enough to show a photo of the ticket number when going to the hall, or should we print it out?

ORDER NUMBER: 58959**** hello, the ticket I bought from you was fake and didn't work. Fc Bayern customer service gave me this document and asked me to send it to you. And as a result you got my money but I couldn't get the right ticket. Please refund my money.

StubHub lied

I bought tickets for the May 13th Taylor Swift concert in Philadelphia way back in November for $750/each. It was Mothers Day weekend and my oldest daughters 22 birthday. She flew home to go to the concert. Earlier in the week, I received an email from StubHub saying my tickets were ready. Im a teacher, yearbook advisor and a track coach. When I saw that, I was happy and was planning to figure out how to download them after school on Friday. Thats when I found out the email didnt mean there were tickets. I dont know why they say that. That began 12 hours of panic followed by constant reassurances that I would get tickets. One person even said that there was no way anyone isnt getting tickets they ordered. After supposedly trying to contact a seller all day, a customer service person admits to my husband that the seller had already resold my tickets. Not to worry, they said. I would get comparable tickets. So they told me to wait for an email link to choose the comparable tickets. While waiting, I used the StubHub app and saw there were still tickets in the section I had ordered tickets for in November. Email link comes. I click on it. It says there are no comparable tickets available. I call them again and they said there are no comparable tickets because I paid $750 and the tickets are now $2500. So, in summary, the sellers can keep tickets, sell them for a higher price and youre giving them an interest free loan.

Failed to follow through on promises

My problem isnt new, but the torment is. My daughter has been in the military and stationed overseas. I havent been able to celebrate her birthday with her since 2019, including her 21st bday. In November, after the Ticketmaster debacle, I went on StubHub and bought tickets for $1470.20. I got an email this week saying my tickets were ready and were transferred via email to me from the seller. However, the seller never transferred the tickets. I called stub hub 8 times yesterday. Every person I spoke to assured me that I would have tickets. I said, I dont want a refund. I want tickets. One person said, Theres no way you wont have tickets. Around 6:30, my husband started helping me with the whole thing and finally, a lady from StubHub said wed get comparable tickets. She told us to look for an email from stub hub. When the email came, it said there were no comparable tickets. I went onto StubHub and, at that point, it showed tickets very close to where we would have sat. So I made the 7th call. That person said that even though the tickets were in a comparable area, they were much more expensive, therefore not considered comparable. At that point, Im crying. I could tell the representative felt really bad for my situation. She said that she would make sure they continued contacting the seller and I should keep refreshing the page with comparable ticket choices. At 5:00 am, I refreshed it again and still there were no tickets. I thought about it for a long time and decided to get the more expensive tickets for Sunday. They are around $2500 MORE expensive. After I purchased them, I went back to the comparable ticket page and clicked to get a refund. Then I checked my email for an order confirmation and found an email from StubHub saying they were able to get through to the seller after all and they had the original tickets for Saturdays show. The ones I ordered in November for $1470. I waited until they opened, called and explained the whole situation to a new person and as she was checking for understanding, I was disconnected. So I called again. She said that if they do actually have my tickets, I cant have them because I got a refund!!! So I spoke to a supervisor, explained the situation and he said I would get a $200 coupon. I want the $2500 difference between the ticket cost. The stress of the last 24 hours, disappointments, reassurances and ultimately being offered $200 is a slap in the face. The supervisor agreed that I did nothing wrong, but said theres nothing he can do. Please help me get the $2500 back! Sincerely hopeful, Karen Glenville

Phillies Game 5/6 Never Delivered Tickets

StubHub E-mail I purchased tickets to the 5/6 Saturday Philadelphia Phillies vs. Boston Red Sox game, I bought the tickets off of your platform on 4/30. I received an email a day before the game that my seller could not deliver the tickets and that I could select alternate tickets. I did that, then, on the day of the game, about 1 hour before start time I got the same e-mail, however this time it would not let me select alternate tickets. I called your customer service and sat on the phone for 66 minutes and missed my event before they told me I would need to request a refund. How is it that I buy tickets on April 30th for an event on May 6th and dont find out that the tickets I bought dont actually exist until Im walking into the gates to the event? How does it then take over an hour to inform me that I need to request a refund after I find out that I dont actually have the tickets I purchased? I would like a refund for the $25 parking I paid in Lot Q outside of Citizens Bank Park as I parked there being misled to believe I was going to be needing it for the game I was supposed to have tickets to.

Refund

It's been 3 years and I'm still waiting for my refund for the tickets I bought in 2019 that I still have not received!!!! I'm very frustrated and will never recommend anyone to purchase tickets through this site if this is how you guys treat your customers when an event is canceled at no fault of a customer and yet the customer isn't able to get their money back.
