LOST PICTURES

UNACCEPTABLE! I've hesitated giving this review in hopes of a miracle. This company, whose made $$$$$ from parents and grandparents, LOST my grandson's Cap & Gown photos!!! How do you lose them?!!! I called 24 times and emailed multiple people at Strawbridge concerning his photos that were taken 4-6-23. I was always promised a call back but never received a call. On 6-8-23 (2 days before graduation), I finally deliberately pressed the wrong button in order to speak to someone. I spoke with "Angelina" who was absolutely amazing. (she gets 10 stars) After 3 calls and 27 minutes, I was informed they could not find his photos but would send me a free copy of his class picture, which I still haven't received! I am far beyond upset! We sent out invitations with no cap & gown pictures enclosed. We had his party with no cap & gown photo to display. He, as well as myself, is having a real emotional problem with this. A child graduates high school ONCE!! Senior pictures and cap and gown pictures are sentimental to this once in a lifetime milestone!!! We have NO cap and gown pictures, and this company's supervisor has yet to even attempt to offer an apology. They've yet to acknowledge me other than 3 emails stating a supervisor will call me! UNBELIEVABLE that a company doing multiple school photos has no remorse for ruining a milestone moment for this young man who has worked 13 years to achieve graduation! It just goes hand in hand with the downward spiral that our country is in. No emotion, no remorse, no apology, no nothing! Hopefully, after I hold meetings with schools and county school boards, they'll realize what kind of heartless people they're supporting!

Never got my refund

I paid the sitting fee and my daughter wasn't able to go.. Called them for a refund back in July and still havent received it 5 months later. Which i talked to two different people and they said they would mail me my refund

Why can't I see my pictures before buying

Can't even see your pictures before purchasing which isnt good at all hopefully this can be resolved

Reschedule picture

My daughter is getting her wisdom teeth out on Tuesday and Wednesday is her appointment I would like to reschedule it for a Monday so she won't be all swollen. She goes to western high school

It has been over 3 months & haven't gotten my pictures. Need to contact me asap. Can't get through to you!!!

Terrible service, never received items

This is the worst service I have ever dealt with. I ordered fall pictures through the school, pictures were taken on Nov 13th, and I ordered them on 12-9. I thought I was ordering them late, it being almost a month after picture day. I log in and can't see any proofs. Since I have 5 kids, I went ahead and made my order for 3 of them, not wanting to miss the opportunity of getting their pictures. When I received the pictures, my sons eyes were closed. How is this acceptable? How does a photographer not notice this? Then someone printed them and actually shipped them. I have reached out so many times. They told me to take the failed pictures to retake day. I did. I continue to reach out for my pictures. They said that I will receive an email when they ship. NOTHING. And guess what? It's picture day again for Spring photos this Friday! Seriously? This has to be the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company. Very aggravated and just shocked. And looking at my other kids pictures, they aren't that great either. The quality is just poor. And this is what the school is sticking us with. And I never received the digital downloads I paid for times 3. Absolute garbage.
