Extrememly difficult to reach a human to pay off a bill. Almost deceiptful.
I was disconnected 6 times trying to pay this bill and no one...NO ONE, ever tried to call back, leaving me feel like it is part of the plan.

I get letter I get letter from you guys and it says I owe $45 from last day until now or something like that I have no idea what this about I don't do business with them I don't even do card businesses I don't detect numbers I don't do anything with them I don't know who they are I'm on SSI and I can barely make it as it is I have no idea which is about is it another scam I don't know I'm upset thank you very much

Tried entering the numbers requested by the person on the phone.
The automatic "voice" stated that the NUMBERS of my ZIP CODE and ACCOUNT DO NOT MATCH!!! That is RIDICULOUS!! I am watching what I type AS I TYPE and it's exactly what is on their daggone letter. THEREFORE ...this is a scam or fraud! IGNORE THESE FRAUDLENT FOOLS

This is my second and third letter sending money. I been send the first payment for 28.29. I mailed it then i received two payments with two different payments.. i also i called the number its not available.

Could not gat a human o tak to. I got the run around
I contacted them to make a payment and could not get a person to talk to. The website is not user friendly. I received a code that I was supposed to input in the website to get a response from customer service there was no code sent to me therefore I was just a worthless interaction.

Received a bill this morning and I have never heard of the company they mentioned that I owe money to. I even looked them up on the inter and cant find the company. I do not owe any bills to anyone. Is this a scam against senior citizens?

Can’t get through to anyone at the agency
I returned the book they sent, which I didnt request. They send it & give you 30 days to review or send back. I sent it back but I keep getting billed for it. I tried calling them but cant get through to them. I give them the info they ask for & they say its invalid or doesnt match theirs. Ive repeated the info in their letter, but Im told its invalid. I cant get through to any live person!
