Being asked to vacate

My issue was resolved by speaking to a district manager. I called not to out the property manager in blast but to seek out a resolution because of my bad health. I would have been unable to move out Thank you and thank Stor America for their prompt attention to this matter.

Consumer Complaint

So very mad. There are so many webs and live spiders in my unit. I would be better leaving stuff in open desert. It is deplorable! I expected a call, at least. I am so pissed. Harassment

Im getting real sick and tired of being disrespect by Sara treating me like Im garbage or other guest are more valuable than me. Ive being treated as a 3/5 of a person by sitting by my storage unit Ive been paying for two years straight the rudeness and disrespect are unacceptable

Absolutely nobody is in the office to give me a key

Tried for 2 days to get my key to my storage unit and nobody is in the office nobody answers the phone two days in a row. I've had to keep my U-Haul or extra two days and I'm pissed.

In regards to my dads unit , he's been deceased .

Inhave called several time and th employees have had a very bad attitude & have been very rude . Im calling in regard to my dads unit , he has been deceased and we have provided death certificate , its been over two months & have not got an update .

To pay my storage bill

I've been a customer of store america since 2020 . I have paid for my storage unit every month even though they raised my rent every month since I accuired it plus late fees and penalties and buying several locks from them every time my rent was late . I've been going through major difficulties in my life , including loosing my job ,my car got totalled, I broke my hip bone and had to get surgery and I'm on a fixed income. Now I'm three months behind on the rent . I called them to make some kind of payment arrangement but they said they are going to auction my unit by the 21st of March and they can't take payment arrangements either I had to pay the full three months rent B4 the date or they would auction my storage. Now I don't have any valuables in there just memorabilia from my dear departed parents and it has a sentimental value but they don't care

They refuse to work with

I've been a loyal customer since 2020 have paid my bills up to now. Since 3 months I started having bad luck , lost my job my car was totaled fell down and broke my hip had surgery and almost died . I'm on a fixed income and for the past few months have been negative in my bank account. I'm behind on rent for my storage and I called them to c if I can make partial payments . They told me that they are going to auction my storage. Now is this the right way to treat a customer. I have no valuables in there just memorabilia from my dear departed parents

Anyone looking for a storage unit in the Gilbert, Mesa Az area, I highly suggest avoiding StorAmerica on S Power near Baseline if customer service is important to you and hours of access 8am-645pm

The absolute worst experience in customer service , and storage facility. The constant blaring music. The hours of access 8am to 7pm with access denied at 645pm. Basically the big sign that says access hours are from 8am to 7pm is a big lie.

Homeless encampment on your property

This facility and its property manager are difficult at times and harassing

Access to my unit is constantly difficult I am locked out or suspended often from access even when I dont owe any rent its recurring

No reimbursement check

Unit was broken into within 1st month was told I would be reimbursed now going on 6 months and still have not heard back nor seen a check. My daughter had a storage unit in Youngstown, az

Well the manager in Youngstown , Az stor America Collen. Would not accept partial payment on my daughter storage unit Maria Arviso , widowed mother of five with one disability child, in a wheelchair, had Covid-19 twice , trying to make partial payments but wouldnt accept partial payments. My daughter would be crying she would not work with her. Then, yesterday she called again to payment. They , told her her family values of history for her kids were auctioned. Please, I beg u help her. Please, my daughter doesnt know what Im doing. My, next move is talking to channel 3 news in phoenix a people interest story. My daughter losing everything she owns. This company still hasnt even tried listening or working with me they simply threw mystuff out after i tried contacting then several more times they blocked my from internet and also from my phone im

dont go gherethey are all lying covering up the fact its someone working for them thats ztealing from me being they switched the video feeds so the only way that can happen is if its done from someone who works there they threw everything i had left in my life was in that shed since i waz tossed out of my home after my husband died so im si heartbroken crooks os all i can say why didnt you allow me to talk to you instead you cover it up and block me thats *** i had proff i could prove i never went in that shed in my cvan like you claim i had sold that van in early january around my birthday so someone switched thT video and you all wont listen do
