Order cancel
Took too long on first order. They cancelled my order after sending me shipping updates for an arrival of 8/24/2023 and not its 9/03. My other order is still at stockx towns was supposed to be here end of august. I bid on another and got it. Hasnt been shipped. I would like to cancel if it is gong to take 2-3 months to get. Not impressed!

Poor quality Jordan’s
I never spoke to anyone. I received an email saying they cannot help because the bar code was removed even though I still have it in my possession. I even took the picture with it. I was aware that I had to keep a stock x logo on them. I havent even had them for a month. Still stuck with some Jordans with stitching completely loose

I order the wrong shoe size on both of these items. I need a size 8 for both the red and blue shoes.

Stitching coming loose after 3 wears. Makes a squeaky noise also when walking. None of my other Jordans have ever done this

They never delivered my package
They never delivered my package and nobody will answer, its a terrible service. I just got beat for $160.00 and nobody cares, Im furious and want a refund. Plus nobody can answer a phone, what business does this?

Fake shoes
I bought a pair of Jordans in March. I put them on today June 27, 2023. As I was putting the shoes on part of the back of one of the shoes fell off. I super glued it back on. I leave to go to work and The heel is coming apart on the other shoe. The sign that I superglued on the other shoe is coming off with the heel on the left shoe. I paid $598 for these shoes! Knock offs. I want my money back or a real pair of Jordans!!! They was supposed to verify that the shoes are authentic!

Package arrived with the right shoe tongue unattached. Opened box and took shoe out to try on and the tongue just detached.

SOLD ME FAKE JORDANS

Sold me completely fake jordans. Two different colors on the shoes and the shoes have crooked fabric on it (not even just slightly, it is completely noticeable) It was clearly hand sown by someone. Also came with stains on them. Paid 400 dollars for fake shoes. I had already cut off the stockx tag before I realized how messed up they were and they claim you must return them with that still attached
