Return policy

I work 24/7, didnt realize I had a 3 day window to return. I didnt even open the package until 7 days after receiving.

Question about payment

They were extremely helpful their clothes are of the highest quality. You can try them on at home and send them back. Every item is perfect and the stylist has changed my style for the better. I'm extremely satisfied. You have to try it and when you do, use a discount code. If you decide you don't like it, send everything back. You can keep what you want and send back what you don't

Love Stitch Fix

I had to exchange some items due to size. Chelsea the sal s rep was very helpful. Chelsea was able to find the sizes l needed and even explained to me about a members pass. I was very happy with the excellent customer service given! Thank you for having such a caring and helpful employee! I wanted to change my order

Account deleted

I'm beyond pissed I ordered from this company and my 1st fix never arrived and then the 2nd I disliked everything and I sent it back just to get an email saying they were canceling my account because they didn't get either fix back yet!! Which they should have gotten the whole fix I sent back or at least been notified it was on its way back and we'll the 1st never showed up so there was nothing I could do about that!!!

Cancel account

Another bad fix

They dont listen to notes, they seemingly dont look at a Pinterest board to put together. Theyve sent me the wrong sizes colors and styles almost every time.

Damaged wedge shoes

I purchased a pair of wedges and not even a month later and wearing them only for the second time, the wedge came completely apart from the sole as if the glue had melted. I was disappointed as the wedges were cute, comfortable and also a bit expensive. However, customer service took great care of me and painlessly gave me a refund for my damaged purchase and I didn't even need to go through the hassle of sending the damaged goods back! A+ to the customer service team!

Cannot get into account, clothes never right, mow no one answering call, the want people to get on Hello/stitchfix and pay for something called Howdy to talk to you virtually. This is Bull and ill never recommend Stitch Fix to anyone

Returned items 29 days ago - still waiting for credit

I returned approximately $500 in clothing and accessories to stitch fix on 12/28/22 by dropping off the items in the prepaid envelope provided and delivering the bag to post office. After 10 days I contacted stitch fix to inquire about the return, it was then they sent their carrier to pick up the package. I did not know stitch fix used their own carrier service and the entire time my package was waiting at the post office for them to pick up. Their carrier scanned in and acknowledged returned items which was proven when the sales rep informed me and named off each one. The status update has been stagnant since January 18th stating its in transit to TX. Ive made multiple attempts to communicate with customer service to resolve this. I dont understand why their carrier either mishandled or delayed has to be my fault. This has created financial hardship and much headache. I never get the same person and each time I have to explain the situation after which they ghost me and never follow up. Ive researched for management Ive requested a higher contact but no success. Ive been with stitch for a while now and this is the first encounter as such but its very poorly handled and I feel theyve been unfair and unprofessional at investigating whats happening and with promptly crediting my account. Again. Tomorrow will be 30 days on this return which seems very unreasonable.
