Cant read code on back of steam

Scratched code for steam card, but can read the code. Stupid steam scratch cards! Wont be buy in the steam card again-very annoyed!!

Stream card never work soon I activated try to use it the. It said already been use

I activated the stream card then I try to use it they said the card already been use I want to know how , I scratched myself. How it get use it said no fund available card already been use ,it very frustrated I lost a lot of money on it . Specially $100 and $50 card not working

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I’m sorry for scratching out the card code forgive and give me new code thank you.

Hello greetings,Im Jason.I mistakenly scratched out some code in my steam card of 50$ can I get a new code? I need some help Ill appreciate if anything is done about it. I believe steam is the best and I cant stop purchasing and making it my best gift card of all the time. So sir/madam Ill appreciate if I cant get an assistance thank you.

Waiting for my steam card

I purchase 10 $20 Steam cards none works

Just want to see if you guys could Make it work because it's saying it's been used. And that's impossible because I just Scratch it Can you guys fix that problem? Here's my proof. Bought cards and they said redeemed already

Bought $30 steam card from Walmart for a us soldier deployed in another country last night at like 10:50 pm and sent her a pic of card and code and receipt and she messaged me back saying it told her it had been redeemed already! I know how the thieves are doing it for a cousin of mine is a thief and told me . I have called and called and left messages several times now and also sent an email that was just returned to me stating that email is no longer valid so I'm about to copy and paste to another email address they sent me! I will contact s lawyer if needed for it's not right to be cheated out of money by thieves and then to also not be appreciated nor acknowledged by a company who continues to allow their customers to get ripped off. If you'd like to know how they are doing it let me know!

The reason for my call is it saying that my cards are on invalid

Hello , i have writted also in steam app at recovery account there i attashed all picture of the men who has stollen my account i have also an code to provide my report . Defective card

I purchased two steam $50 cards from CVS drug store,both cards were defective when peeling off the cover off of claims code,can not see numbers,I contacted customer support four times regarding this matter and they were not helpful,there reply was the cards have been redeemed,those cards was not redeemed because they are not redeemable,can not see all code symbols.The store manager told me that they have nothing to do with the cards,when I took the cards back for refund.now I have two cards paid for that I cant use,this is ridiculous and customer support demeanor is as if they dont care
