Unable to contact for 3 weeks

Ive tried numerous times to call several times and have never received a response or email, etc. product is good but customer service is the worst Ive ever seen

Unhappy with product and customer service

Purchased Stealth cam Fusion Pro. Followed the instruction straight out of the box for set up. Could not get camera to link to my account. Spent several days and 50 minutes on hold waiting to talk to someone. I'll never spend another dime on stealth cam. They have made enough money off of sportsmen and women and don't care now if they have good feedback or not. Very disappointed to say the least. DO NOT BUY. YOU WILL NOT BE SATISFIED>

Can not get any response from customer service.

Can not get into old account bought new camera started new account under same email linked up but my other 2 are connected to old account need alll 3 together. Did forgot password would not send email back. Been on hold for hours. Not happy. Worst customer service ive ever dealt with. Wont even email me back.

Unauthorized Credit card charges

Unknown charges showing up on credit card. Took 3 DAYS of me calling back, waiting 30+ minutes on hold before leaving callback number each time. Was on annual plan, but was charged new fee PLUS back charges to when I first installed cameras. NO NOTIFICATION'S about charges being changed. New updated wouldn't send pictures to my cellphone.

Your customer service sucks. you take to long to answer

Everytime i call your customer service it take 30 mins to an hour just to talk to a person. you should add more people to answer your phones. you are upsetting a lot of customers.

Wowzers, Stealthcam sucks

4 hours on customer service and still on hold. I'm only doing it for principle now to show how bad they are. Steer clear and go with literally any other camera.

Software "upgrade" SUCKS!!!

Ever hear of " if it's not broke don't fix it"?? Whoever is behind the so called upgrade needs to be fired immediately. The app now does not work with my phone. Using the desktop version I can view what pictures I do get - which MANY are missing!! The pictures identify my dogs as hogs, turkeys, and whitetail bucks. The genius who developed this needs to go back to serving fast food. I have not read one review yet praising the new software. I have read many who feel as I do. GO BACK TO WHAT WORKED!!!

All good, finally let me change it. Works fine bow, I liked the old app better so far.

My password will not reset after the new command pro update. Keeps saying i cant use same password and i did not. Wont open with old password either

Neither one of my cameras is transmitting any photos one has not sent in three days or four days now

I wish to talk to a person not a damn computer or fill out any of this *** my number is 817-475-**** lets get this done in five minutes instead of 45 minutes tapping all this crap for nothing

Camera malfunction

Camera was getting moisture inside and using the batteries up within a week 2 nd time putting batteries in wiped moisture off put batteries in my son was with me and said I smell something burning opened tha camera it was melted where you put the batteries and bottom of camera I was bummed takes way better pictures than my buddies spy point

Terrible service

I have contacted stealth cam through phone calls and emails and have yet to hear back from them. I was on hold for 30 mins then got hung up on so i reached out via email and still have yet to hear back. I wont be purchasing anymore products from them do to the poor customer service.

Resolved: Camera wont reset after batteries were changed.

Nobody will answer the phone. Im holding for 30 minutes at a time. Theres no wonder the lines are busy when the products are junk. Do Not buy a stealth camera! The customer service sucks! The company is horrible.
