Ask about the hotel... the answer was to call the hotel to find out??? disappointed...want to find if the hotel can accommodate 4 adults and two children.

Chambre pas aux normes

La chambre dhôtel nest pas aux normes. Danger dans le balcon aucune barrière. Fourmis dans la salle de bain, climatisation ne marche pas avec une température extérieure de 35 degrés. Personnel absent pour nous recevoir. Pas de parking sécurisé. Chien errant à lentrée devant de lhôtel.

J’ai payé une chambre qui n’a jamais été réservé

suite à mes deux réservations YBWWV7 et 76-718**** Jai réservé pour deux chambres et 5 personnes, j'ai bien été prélevé de 1806 , mais arrivé à lhôtel, le réceptionner me dit que je n'ai qu'une seule réservation pour deux personnes et que la réservation pour la chambre de trois personne avait été annulé. J'ai donc été obligé de payer une deuxième fois pour une 3ᵉ chambre, mais cette fois au prix de 1080. Je suis énormément en colère, car cela est une dépense que je n'avais pas prévue et je me retrouve avec peu d'argent pour finir le reste de mes vacances sachant que la moitié de mon argent est partie dans l'achat imprévu de cette chambre. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi vous avez annulé la réservation et débité l'argent quand même. Je demande un remboursement urgent de cette chambre à 1080 que je n'avais pas prévu

FRAUD ALERT - Stayfor long don't honour reservations

We booked 1 x Apartment with 2 bedrooms for 8 nights at Mercure hotel Al Barsha Heights - Dubai. They had onluy booked 1 x apartment with 1 bedroom and refused to honour our booking. Despite having 4 phone calls with them costing me over £250 they have refused to honour the booking. Be VERY VERY Careful if booking with them

Booking amended

I contacted you (Emily) in April (confirmed on 21st) about changing my booking from 3 nights to 2 nights at the Americinn by Wyndham Appleton WI. However the hotel had no knowledge of the change. I believe you charged me for 3 nights 27th-30th July, whereas I only stayed 27-29th. Can you please refund me for the unused night? Thanks

Hôtel très sale

La chambre très sale lhôtel pas à la hauteur de 5* la nourriture pas hygiène a respecter lodeur pas possible la climatisation ne marche pas

The website had a glitch and booked me twice.when I cancel the duplicate they refuse to give me back the deposit. This is within the hour. Never book again.

When I say they screwed up, the English lady said I should not use such bad word. There is a difference between American and English.

Complain

My room had cockroaches they only had one room for me when I ordered 2 so me and my missis got separate from are two 17 year old sister as they moved as 5 min down the road to their sister hotel and they only had one room. There was a mouse that went past my head when I was laying down. Stuff broken in the room power cuts for the whole day and night had to stay on the beach all night worse hoilday from *** and something needs to be reinstated.

Air conditioner

Hello! I have booked one week in Ladonia Alkoclar adakule hotel. Today is my third day at this hotel and I haven't had a problem with the air conditioner until yesterday. Yesterday evening the airconditioner is blowing out hot air instead of cold. I went to the reception and tried to get some help and they told me that the air-condition in the whole hotel is broken and promised me that it would be fixed in 1 hour. Now its been 15 hours and stil not fixed. I cant sleep and just had 4 hours of sleep tonight beacuse of the heat. Its 39 degrees here and its like a sauna. My wife is feeling unwell and I'm on alot of stress because of the heat. This is not acceptable to treat customers like this. Please would you kindly help us solve this problem. We are staying until 23 juli sunday. Kind regards Mehmet Budak

Did not get a refund .

We tried to get a refund for our first night in Rome because our flight had been cancelled due to an air flight strike but they wouldn't do it. It was totally out of our control. Very disappointed to lose over $500 for one night!

I have emailed 20+ times for help for over a year and am ignored

In may 2022 I made a booking. I did not receive a booking confirmation. I assumed the booking had not been made, therefore rebooked via yourselves. I was then told that the hotel was undergoing repairs so the second booking was cancelled and I was refunded the £70 deposit (from the second booking). I later noticed that the £100 deposit from the first (missing booking) had been taken from my credit card. Following 20+ emails over the next year,(many of which were totally ignored), you said that the email address on the first booking was wrong so that was why I hadnt received confirmation. I therefore asked for the £100 to be refunded. I was repeatedly asked to provide a copy of my credit card statement, (which I sent three times). I was told several times that you would call me, but a year later I have still not received a phone call and I do not have my £100 refund

Finally ended up getting the refund a couple of weeks later.

Stayforlong did not pay the hotel, so I had to pay for it. Spent days with the hotel staff trying to get it sorted. Stayforlong said they would refund my Credit card, but it has been 4 days now and Stayforlong has still not refunded the money to my Credit Card. So I basically paid 2x for this hotel. To top it all off, the hotel charged me less than what Stayforlong did.

So bad...

Using this company was a horrible experience. When I first booked (about 2 months prior to my trip), everything seemed fine. I entered my payment information and agreed for the balance to auto-charge a few days before the trip. A few days before my check-in I was notified that my payment was declined and eventually I discovered it was due to the fact that when the site took my payment information it didn't ask for the name or billing address associated with my card. After a few calls with customer support, I learned that the name on the card I paid with had to match the name on the reservation. I've booked hundreds of hotel rooms as an event coordinator and have never once had this issue. I was told I had 3 days to pay or the trip would be canceled. Because the company doesn't allow me to change my payment info over the phone or via the website, I had to wire the funds to its parent company in Spain. This cost me an additional $150 in exchange rate and wire transfer fees. The support representatives told me my booking would be confirmed before the cancelation date with no issue. I spent several hours on the phone and emailing them to ensure my reservation wouldn't be canceled. The booking was NOT confirmed until just hours before my check-in. Although I was able to stay at my hotel, I spent the week prior to vacation trying to figure out if I would have somewhere to stay. The support reps said sorry and had a polite tone, but I did the majority of the troubleshooting and there was zero action taken to compensate me for the additional fees and time spent trying to book the stay. It seemed like the support reps had their hands tied behind their back when it came to talking with the finance department and helping me with making the payment. It was awful. I've never written a complaint about a company but I'm going to post this one all over the place because I'm so bummed that this happened. I'd hate someone else to have to deal with this.

Add guest

I have been trying to add a guest to my upcoming stay in July for over a week now and keep getting told I have to wait for another company to reply. It's very frustrating that I can't just add a guest easily. The website won't allow me to make any changes either.

Misleading

On the 20th May , I have contacted Stayforlong to change the dates I made my booking 1st time they told me they will send you request to theirs supplier, On the 23rd May I received an email from them saying : Dear Mehdi, We are contacting you in regard to your reservation 102-****xxxx. Kindly be informed that hotel informed there is no any Room type: (BL-VM) Double Sea View With Balcony on that day. what about a similar room? We are available in case you have any questions or concerns. Kind regards, -- Mary Customer Service emily@ www.stayforlong In between I have contact the hotel (the Rock) they inform me they have rooms available. When i informed them of the Hotel vacancies. On the 25th May they have sent me this : Dear Mehdi, We are contacting you in regard to your reservation 102-****xxxx. Kindly note that the booking was made under non-refundable term and as such a refund will not be possible. With regards to your date change request we have escalated to our supplier to see if a similar room type can be provided and we will get t back to you once we have received feedback.
