Locked out of online account and was refused my cash out
I loaded money on a gaming app called juwa and when i got up to 492 bucks a window popped up and said to many devices signed in on my account then kicked me out and can't log back in then was blocked by the vendor

I don't like the idea of them idea before I get into the casino to make a bet if I had done something wrong I could understand but there was no reason for them to ID me
Before I got in the door security guard stopped me and asked me for my ID I have done nothing wrong and do not believe I have to provide my ID if I was doing something wrong I can see otherwise 16 years and I am now done with Boulder Station

Discomfort sitting in chairs at card tables at Sunset!
My complaint is 25 year old chairs at card tables. They have no cushion left and cause discomfort to hips and back . However I noticed Green Valley got new chairs . There was nothing wrong with them. I used to go to Sunset at least 4 or 5 days a week, now I dont because the chairs cause such discomfort Im in pain and can hardly walk after sitting in them.

I have been a card holder at Stations since 1995. Used to play at Boulder until Sunset opened in1997. Recently the felt table tops were changed to announce 25 years. However the chairs have not been changed in those 25 years!!! A week ago I went to Green Valley and lo and behold they have very nice new chairs even though the others were not that bad. You say you love Locals. Sunset Station is a locals casino but I guess the locals who go there are not important. My card ordered. Is 303**** issues in 1995

Stay away. Stations has taking excessive advantage and uses Covid as an excuse for everything. Tight and more tight machines. Odds go down every month it seems. If theyre building something new guess what? They tighten machines even more. They replaced Wildfire Casinos bar machines with horrible odds machines that make it nearly impossible to get even 1 percent return. They have set up machines in a way that they wont pay out the person gambling their butt off until the next day so someone else feels lucky. Theyve cut down so much on free play that you cant even make $5 dollars on $100 free play for an example.

Got to be the worst of the worst in Vegas. Room terrible on every level. Closed buffet $18 for a burrito in their new food court. Staff very unfriendly even contemptible. Host is an incompetent *** Shane! Dressed like a 70's pimp. Super tight on comps. $28 for a 2 hour late check out. Kicked me off of the casino floor (Scott) for exactly nothing. Avoid these joints totally is my advice. Yuck yuck and more yuck!

Wanted to say thank you to the ck in clerk. Laura and Sonia at the the bar we sat at. I give 5 stars to the whole staff. It was clean friendly and worth our next stay.
Only one place in the casino we would not visit again and that is the tailgate. The hostess was rude and condescending

Station casino teaming up with a man who wanted Marshal law in the United States of America
As a two decade + customer of station casino properties, this is the first time I have complained about about my experience. The support for mike lindell and the my pillow brand along with his pushing for Marshall Law is very disturbing and I am very disappointed in station casino and will no longer support any of the station casino since they have teamed up with my pillow .

Any Consideration to Csnceling Aaron Lewis at Red Rock June 19th?
Hello, My name is Aaron James and I am a local resident currently residing in Henderson, NV. My wife and I do really enjoy several of your casinos that you have across the Vegas Valley. We live most nearest to Green Valley Ranch where we recently took my parents for a dinner at Lucky Penny's when they were visiting. After dinner, we played our weekly free play and actually did okay. It was a great meal with great service and an overall great time. And the Mexican restaurant there, love it too! We have enjoyed on a couple of occasions now at the new Red Rock Casino too. Absolutely gorgeous. I am very much aware of world affairs at this time. I have a politcal science and criminal justice back round. Don't feel I need to go through my resume here, just, I do have a college education and political science experience. It is a very tragic situation going on in Ukraine right now, hope you agree? I have always found Russia's lack of civil rights and lack of free speech, astounding. I hope as a company you understand Russia's lack of freedom compared to us in the USA, it really is umcomparable. I also hope you understand the propaganda war Russia is raging along side the war in Ukraine. Aaron Lewis's recent statements on the war in Ukraine go well beyond past controversy that may have surrounded him. He is now spewing Russian propaganda. He seems to have forgotten about Russia's record on civil and GLBT rights for starters, did he ever really understand their record? No absolutely not, Aaron, I am not okay with listening to a thug like Valdimir Putin, nor is most of the civilized world. The Ukraine war is not Russia fighting the deep state, give me a break. Fact is, you, you Station Casinos, are currently promoting a show for someone who is actively advocating for other not so educated Americans to listen to a propagandists like Putin. You know Aaron will promote this crap on your stage, in your casino. Are you okay with that? As a long time Aaron Lewis and Staind fan, I have for about a year now and will continue to boycott everything associated with the man. However, in light of his recent arrogant and ignorant remarks sadly my boycott of Aaron and Staind will not be enough for me to be able to live with myself. If, in light of Aaron Lewis's most recent statements, Station Casinos does not cancel his show, my wife and I will not be back to Red Rocks again and will strongly be considering a personal boycott of Stations Casinos. Personally tragic, not much of a loss to you, we know, but we also know we likely wouldn't be the only ones making this personal pledge. We understand business is business and music is music. Aaron Lewis though has chosen to make his music political, pro-Russian political. We understand that Aaron will always be able to find venues to play at, part of the great thing about living in America. And we understand it is your call as a business, you have the right to hold the show. And we have the right to avoid you. And that sadly will be what we will need to do if Aaron darkens your name by holding a concert at one of your venues within months of this horrible war (if its over by then?) As you know, there are no shortage of casino options in Vegas. I truly hope and do not believe I will be the only one contacting you in regards to this. Please take every voice calling for peace, love and freedom seriously. I do hope and believe these are things Station Casinos stands firmly for as well. Am I wrong? Can you please confirm that in light of Aaron's recent statements you are at least considering canceling his June show at Red Rock? No response is necessary, but would be nice to confirm you take Aaron's recent statements seriously.
