I am trying to cancel my subscription for a useless service! I have been trying to cancel but I keep getting put back to the home page ! The value is not worth a penny all you get is an address. I am trying to cancel my subscription, this site is lame doesnt give anything but address, everything I try just ends up directing me back to the home page to search for Something. All I want to do is ancel my subscription. They already took out a payment less than 2 weeks after I paid for it! I wonder if there is any suggestion to what I should do? I dont want to continue to pay

Do not use this website I did a background check on myself and at least 80% of the information was in accurate even had the wrong birthdate with criminal records attached to my name. Do these people not realize theyre playing with peoples lives? Absolutely horrible they should be ashamed of themselves. There should be charges brought against them.

Waste of money!! Staterecords.org couldn't extract any information about multiple cases that I personally know. They are just cheating people by using a credible website name with ".org"! I cancelled the subscription after couple of weeks!

FAILURE!!!
I looked up a person I knew. She was arrested for stealing my truck. So I know she is in jail. I looked her up in the jail. She has 4 charges pending and 5 holds for others. None of this showed up. Said she doesn't have a FB. That's a lie! She's on my friends list with a public profile with the same name!! Doesn't have her correct phone number. Yet it's listed and I have it. They found the correct person but I figured out more for free on my own then this *** site. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! SITE IS A COMPLETE SHAM!!! They couldn't figure out a way out of a wet paper bag. Check my pics uploaded. All the info they couldn't find or said didn't exist is a big fat lie!!!

Staterecords.org charged $4.95 for a background report that only gave me a name, address, and no other information unless you pay an additional $18.00.
I wanted a report on an individual who I know was convicted for molesting a child. I paid $4.95 for an introductory 7 days of unlimited reports. However, when I got the report it was only the persons name, address, phone # and addresses. I would have to pay an extra $18.00 to get a full report. I called the company and immediately demanded a refund but now they tell me it will be 4-10 days before it will be refunded. I am hopeful they do so because they are a GIG RIPOFF SCHEME.
