Dishonest and uninformed

Moved from Texas to Oklahoma. Transferred my state farm insurance. Bought a home in Oklahoma. Went from title company to insurance company to put insurance on the home. The home was built in 1900. This is our first home so we thought we were doing the right thing. Insurance wrote up a homeowners policy. When the inspector went to inspect the home they said it could not be insured by state farm. State farm refunded deposit for home insurance of $123. I moved to another insurance company. State farm has now sent me a bill saying I owe $64.76...the amount it cost for the inspector to go out and inspect the home. Do I owe anything? Cars don't get insured without being looked at. Customer service of state farm says I owe nothing. A little discernment at the beginning would have kept the inspector from even going out there.

My truck was hit by a city plow

.kDec 16th -17th 2022 my truck was hit by a city plow in Bulington VT.Evidence clearly shows in multiple photos taken immediately after I noticed One set of tire tracks/plow within 18 inches of my truck 20 ft to the opposite side of the road. Fronting a park with no parking. After months of me being lied to.I was told by SF I needed a witness who saw this. My first instinct was to think , are you that stupid ???This is in a snowstorm , roads being plowed with a blade designed for moving heavy amounts of snow. Where is the witness supposed to be? Between the plow and my truck ?If anyone who sees this can tell me how this takes place PLEASE TELL ME The truth is the amount of the claim at best is 3500.00 is not worth their time . They care nothing about me !! after 50 years with SF. I will contact every agency I can think of.Federal and State. Their web peg states photos are used as evidence.These slimeballs have an easy 40 pictures

State Farm customer service is very disrespectful

A demented State Farm insured woman hit my car and seemed very confused. She even apologized and mentioned she was panicking and distracted. I caught it all on video and when I filed under her claim State Farm they refused to hold her liable. They determined it to be neutral. I was hit 7/22/2023 and I've had two reps try to over talk me and one hung up on me. State Farm is most definitely training their employees to be disrespectful. They're incompetent on top of it all. Plot twist: I also have State Farm Auto and Home, they are losing a customerthat's all I can say. I've had State Farm for over 15 years and the few times I've needed them they've been nothing short of a headache! I'm tired of giving chances.

Really? You want me to write a review on what has occurred over the last 7 months. You wouldn't be ale to handle all the mistakes,frustration,disappointment, thinking.. is this really a company?? I have had to endure. NO! Look at all the emails I have sent regarding claim number 0143L249K 1. Jimmy Stewart is an idiot!! My 89 year old Mother was underinsured! 2. You have passed us around to different claims adjusters like "child sex trafficking"!! I'm sure this is to confuse and confound the customer... but guess what... I keep EVERYTHING! I have every person's name, number, and what they did to this case. 3. I KNOW and CONFIRMED by your employee's that Miguel Menez was not capable of doing his job and was finally fired due to incompetence! I know he filed receipts under the wrong coverage. I know he is the reason I am still waiting on 4 checks. 1. My Mother for receipts through June 30. 2. Ron Hall, who was approved by Jessica for his invoices. 3. Blue Kangaroo Pack out. 4. 1-800-Water-damage. I sent an email yesterday updating all this information. I called today and left a message to call me back. No one did. I'm not surprised. 5. NO ONE AT THIS FACILITY KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON! I really haven't seen this kind of incompetence... I mean really! As I expressed yesterday in my email... PLEASE just send us the 4 checks and we are done and this horrible nightmare is over!

I cancelled auto policy effective April 5, 2023 with a refund due of $677.80 and have yet to receive this check. Customer service has been of little or no help. Despite having provided our current a

DDespite having provided our current address, including apartment number, we have not received our refund. We have been told it was First sent to our old address, second time to our address WITHOUT apartment number and so returned. Each time it was reissued there is a waiting period of up to 30 days. It is now three months since we cancelled the policy and no check!

Unsatisfied

I set up my payments for a more convenient time of the month for my pay cycle and not surprisingly, State Farms billing cycle and personal service from the agent changed it, without notifying and inconvenienced me a few months later. Not to mention they never sent a statement reflecting this inconveniencing to make me aware that reflected the change now I owe a double bill, and they refuse to waive it, due to their underhanded way of doing business. They are rip off artists like all the rest.-SO DISAPPOINTED

Disrespectful Employee

I would like to speak to someone over at StateFarm Perimeter in Georgia about a employee by the name of JMaya Kimble. For the last two days I have been disrespected, my dead parent has been spoken about, my 2 year old daughter has been threatened. I dont believe racism, kids, and disrespect of the dead should be tolerated at an establishment as amazing as StateFarm. Below I listed the messages. I will need to speak to HR immediately. Complaint on servicesg

I have been waiting over a year for my claim to be paid I have had 9 adjusters I have spoken to supervisers I have recordings of promises of my claim being paid and tooking care of I have been told that other adjusters don't know what ther doing I have sent police and fire and arrest report I have sent in loss report then they tell me to send another one a different wdy they tell me I have to many documents then they say they don't have anough they send me what they need I send it in they pass my claim along and something different.iam besides myself ?get your ins somewhere else this company lies

Eddie Sandoval State Farm has jeopardized my daughter's home investment

Eddie Sandoval State Farm insurance Agency has jeopardized my daughter's home investment instead of protecting it, but he gladly took her and her fiancé's money. My daughter and her fiancé recently just bought a house near Eddie Sandoval's State Farm Agency. This young couple were very thorough and had three inspections done including a specific roof inspection (also one done by the seller). Eddie Sandoval State Farm agency took their money for home insurance and neglected to ask if they had roof inspections. Instead they hired someone to drive by to inspect the roof without ever going on the roof. Just weeks after this young couple closed on their home, Eddie's agency said they will stop insuring their home in less than one month if they don't replace their roof, despite this couple having two professional and very recent inspections done; both indicating that the roof has year's of life left. Worse yet, when I spoke to Eddie and his agent, I found both completely in cya mode and lacking any empathy or willingness to even give them more time to sort things out. I have never seen any company treat a paying customer so badly. Shocking. They told me they don't have the authority to help, yet when I called state farm corporate, they told me that the local agency has the most power.

Cheated out of over $2,000 by lying, thieving insurance agent

I had car and home owner's insurance through Bruce Culver - State Farm (www.bruceismyagent.com) for 7 years. No problems, until an accident in November 2020. The car was totaled and I reported it to the agency immediately. I didn't purchase a new vehicle until February 2021 ( the pandemic, I wasn't leaving the house anyway). I notified the agency of the new car and for the next 15 months, dutifully made the monthly payment. So, imagine my surprise when I could not renew my tags this year. I emailed the agency, only to be informed that they were unaware that I had purchased a new vehicle. What?! Then why did you send payment reminders and accept my payments? I filed a complaint with State Farm corporate, only to hear the same regurgitated lies - 'Yes, we have a record of Vehicle 1 being totaled, but no record of the purchase of Vehicle 2.' Then why oh why did you accept over $2K in insurance payments when, as you said, you were unaware that I had a new vehicle? I filed complaints with the BBB, my state MVA, and my state Consumer Protection Agency. It's incredible to me that they acknowledge they received the payments, buy deny knowing I had a vehicle. The utter absence of ethics is astonishing. I have records of every single payment to this agency. If you live in Maryland, DO NOT waste your time and money - find an agent with scruples who won't lie to you and steal your money.

Homeowners claim unfair business practices

I had a file a claim due to a severe storm in July 2022. They have done every unfair business practices. The adjuster doesn't do a complete inspection. Request another adjuster who didn't do much better. They Request more photos which was already sent from 2 other roofer and still trying to tell me that the hail damage was around the house but the front roof. The main damage was on the but had damage on the front gutter and down spots but the manager tried to tell me that the front roof damage is normal wear and tear. I had 3 roofers confirmed it was hail. I did file a complaint with DCI which is doings investigation. The adjuster handler suggested a video call since with 3 different photos of the same area by 3 different roofer they still will not say it hail damage as is back to ghosting me on getting the video call set up. I have total placement coverage on my policy ans they are trying everything to delaying paying what is owed to me to replace the whole roof. It's going on the end april and still nothing. It will be a year in July.I have had State Farm close to 30 years and never had issues until now. Their new CEO is still making billions in bonuses while denying claims.

Statefarm say like a good neighbor statefarm don’t care!!!!!!!!!

My car was put in a shop which statefarm had suggested. This was the worst mistake I ever made. The shop basically damaged my car more and never fixed my car properly, The shop painted over my car while it was dirty. I only had my car for a month before it was hit from behind, I went to pick up my car and their was scratches all over etc, The shop that statefarm sent me too damaged my car and never fixed my rear alignment which should of Been fixed. Statefarm had the audacity to pay the shop over 10,000 dollars and they didnt properly fix my car, I contacted Statefarm while I was at the shop explaining everything and statefarm said they would take care of everything. Well bad news for me Statefarm lied.
