State Energy Conservation - Solar Heater Review from Dade City, Florida
I was told that I only would have a one percent interest; when all was done it was nine percent interest. called the office; they said it was one percent of the payment. I dont' beleive all the parts was new to the solar heater because the guy who put it in , it didn't work. I beleive he went and got two other parts for the same porblem, then I was told he was going to get a brand new the 3rd and final time. It worked. I can't see any money that I am saving for my electric billl still. I hink this is a sham. You have three days to make decision whether to keep the product. I didn't know that until they came with the contract a week after. I was never told from the representative. I was also told that I would get a discount for home improvement; since I don't file income taxes, they told me my son could get the discount because he lives in the home. I didn't follow thru because It might be a farce also because I am the home owner. I am so sorry I made this decision. I trust people too much. I am now in the process of financing a lower rate with other financing.
