Issue with wifi

The representative I spoke with was extremely polite and knowledgeable. She was professional and worked with me to get the issue resolved. I would recommend to friends and family. 10/10 customer service.

My internet service is acting up. Been having this problem for a few days now.

Internet is not working. Been days already and no one is explaining anything about it. That's it and that's all can you please stop. This is ridiculous Oh my gosh oh my goodness. Atooooo This is so stupid...

Get back on my phone

I washed my phone in washing machine. Had to get new phone. Lost my contacts. I'm an Author, on my third book and use Starryai for illustrations. What a big difference!I

No service

Since i moved to this comny my internet service has been terrible i have more time without internet than the tome i have internet I really regret to abandoned my old internet service. In addition i was waiting 2 hours to speak with a representative and my problem was never solved. I have 3 days with no internet service.

Internet down since it went in

Very angry . I just switch service and its been down 90 percent of the time . Very upset and will be switching back if I cant reach an agent- been trying for two nights now

Over changed me My internet plan is $30 not $50. You took $50 out of my account yesterday

Starry, is a great company. Never heard of your company. To seeing your company name on of trucks driving down the street in Los Angeles. Breathe of fresh air, finally leaving Specturm. Because we had no other options for internet here in Los Angeles. Spectrum is such a ripoff. They change $80 a month for internet service. And call you a few times a day if youre a week late on payment. Plus Spectrum uses the same area code as your phone. Hoping youll answer. Got me once over a year ago. Never again

Internet Transfer

Was on hold for 2 hour and didnt get through to speak with anyone about simply transferring my already payed for internet to my new unit in the same buildingdidnt receive any notification of service/anything what so ever.
